“THE ONLY LAW NEEDED”

The National Liberty Alliance (NLA) is working to institute common-law grand juries in every U.S. county

(Oct. 20, 2014) — Ask audiences, How many of you are people?  Most everyone will raise a hand.

However, did you know that people, not the territory or government, are the State and the law?  Per Black’s Law Dictionary, 5th Edition read and grasp the true meanings of:

PEOPLE.  A state; as the people of the state of New York.  A nation in its collective and political capacity.  The aggregate or mass of the individuals who constitute the state.

STATE.  A people permanently occupying a fixed territory bound together by common-law habits and custom into one body politic exercising, through the medium of an organized government, independent sovereignty and control over all persons and things within its boundaries, capable of making war and peace and of entering into international relations with other communities of the globe. (Emphasis added.)

In common-law, through people-selected petit and grand juries, people are in full control.

What happened to the colonist of New York, for example, when the Declaration of Independence was proclaimed on July 4, 1776? Those New York colonists instantly became the people, state and law of New York.  Why the huge difference?  The colonial citizens had been government’s subjects.  But with the layer of British government suppression gone the people fulfilled the role of the King to become the new sovereigns of New York, answering to no one but themselves and their Creator.  Wow!  Huge!

Didn’t New York’s law and order break down into lawlessness?  Of course not!

  • Though the King’s rule and British Parliament’s laws had vanished the people still had their unwritten, natural common-law that dwells in our hearts and minds, to treat others as we would be treated.  As a free people we need and have no other law.
  • For order, the people had their militia, their sheriff and their petit and grand juries.  Any victim of abuse against their person or property could petition the grand jury to try their case against the accused.  The granting of a “True Bill” to proceed causes a petit jury of a dozen jurists to try the facts and try the law that governs the case.  A unanimous guilty verdict demands the victim be redressed by the accused.  A finding of not guilty, or lesser charges, may prevail due to extenuating circumstances that caused the injury.  Witnesses and others, but no judges or attorneys, participate.

How did the people of New York later gain control of the conduct of their State?

For further protection of their Creator-endowed rights and their property the people of New York instituted a limited government deriving its just powers from the consent of the people.  Except during extreme emergency, the acts and actions of the government, military and regulated commerce are subservient to the will of the people.

Are you a people?  Yes, if you are “bound together by common-law habits” with the other people to keep the military, government and commerce in line.  It’s the only law needed as a people, and is one’s easily applied innate sense of fair play.  The thousands of written laws, statutes, regulations, and etc. do not apply to you.  Simple, no?

America needs your guidance. Please visit the web site www.NationalLibertyAlliance.org to study the common-law material and to confidentially sign on with your county.
