“IT IS THAT SERIOUS”

Alexander Hamilton was Gen. George Washington’s Chief of Staff and a Founding Father

(Sep. 9, 2014) — Once again, loyal P&E readers, let us review: as the outrages of the Regime at 1600 continue to flood across the nation – much like a tsunami, but without the charm – it is far past time to insist… no, demand that Articles of Impeachment of the president be passed out of the House of Representatives and referred to the Senate for trial.

The circumstance that the current Dictator of the Senate would not even allow such a bill to come to the floor for a vote – thereby laying the foundation for his own impeachment next year, after his death grip on the Senate ends – is irrelevant.  Impeachment is what the Founders intended for offenses against the nation far less mendacious than those inflicted thus far by the regime, its emperor and his operatives.

And while the editorial board of the Grey Trollop drones on about the perils of global warming (memo to the editors: the ice caps are growing, not shrinking; and the phantom GOP “war on women” (with females like D. Wasserman-Shultz on the battlefield, who needs reinforcements?), the squatter at 1600 frets, in retrospect of course, about the “optics” of playing golf on the heels of the beheading of American journalist James Foley.

Well, at least he wasn’t off at some Vegas Democratic fundraiser… oh… wait…  I forgot.  The fundraiser in Vegas was the day after the attack on the US “facility” at Benghazi on September 11, 2012, which his sycophant David Plouffe deemed to be “not inappropriate.”   It was unclear whether Plouffe was referring to the attack or the fundraiser.  Or both.

Ah, yes, Benghazi.  You remember that one, do you not?  That was the incident the regime assured us was sparked by a nasty video.  It was also the one where we were assured… repeatedly… that there was never… NEVER an order to stand down and wait before going to the rescue of a U.S. ambassador whose life was sacrificed while the emperor raised money for his re-election campaign and the campaigns of JV “statesmen” like Harry Reid.

Thomas Jefferson was the first secretary of state and third U.S. president

Well, guess what.  Thanks to Bret Baier and Fox News, three former military men, now security contractors who were on the ground there in Benghazi when the attack took place – Kris (“Tanto”) Paronto, Mark (“Oz”) Geist, and John (“Tig”) Tiegen – have come forward to confirm, to a man, that their CIA leader in Benghazi, currently known only as “Bob,” specifically told them as they were preparing to rush to the aid of Ambassador Stevens and communications specialist Sean Smith: stand down.  The stand-down order was given not just once.  Not twice.  Three times.  Stand down.  Do not respond to their radio cries for help.  Ignore the sounds of gunfire and explosions from the compound less than a mile away.

Disregard, for now, suggestions that more nefarious motivations prompted the stand-down order and focus instead on what the three men who risked their lives at Benghazi and survived – unlike others – had to say about the delay: to a man, Paronto, Geist and Tiegen believed that, but for that stand-down order and resultant delay, both Ambassador Stevens and Sean Smith would be alive today.

The burning question remains: who is “Bob” and who did he answer to?  Perhaps Rep. Trey Gowdy could look into this.  Ultimately, Tanto, Oz and Tig went to the compound without formal authorization… but too late to save either Ambassador Stevens or Sean Smith.

The electorate has been repeatedly lied to by the regime, from the capo de capo on down to marionettes like Debbie Wasserman- Schultz.  Not once or twice.  Repeatedly.  Never supplied guns to Mexican drug cartels?  A lie.  Like your doctor, keep your doctor?  A lie.  No IRS targeting of conservatives?  A lie.  Benghazi sparked by a video?  A lie.  No stand-down order ever given?  A lie.   Anyone see a pattern here?

John Jay served as governor of New York and the first U.S. Supreme Court chief justice

The pirates now steering the ship of state must be removed.  The Founders realized that, on occasion, exigencies might arise necessitating the impeachment and removal of persons presenting a clear and present danger to the nation.  We are way past that point.  Impeachment should have been invoked long ago, but because of feckless, “optics-driven” politics, the pirates remain in control.

As we approach September 11, 2014, a useful first step in keel-hauling the pirates and fortifying a bunch of backbones in the House would be the defeat of any and all Democrat senators up for reelection in November.   It is that serious.

Finally, it can neither be confirmed nor denied that, last night, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay were channeled about these matters and that they approved this message.
