“CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS” DESTROYED BY EVER-INCREASING GOVERNMENTAL POWER

(Aug. 24, 2014) — Illegal immigrants, from every corner of the earth, are strolling across our borders. Go to any major international airport and watch them strolling up the jetway; watch them strolling across our southern border. And if you were to take the time and report one, the chances that it is you who is arrested, booked, and convicted are astronomically higher than the illegal being inconvenienced in any way whatsoever.
After you get arrested, you are formally charged. Your crime? “Undetermined.” However, because the DHS has unlimited powers, the charge actually sticks. You are fined and warned that you are not to possess a weapon of any kind as long as you are on probation. Furthermore, your home is subject to random searches to make sure you don’t 1) have any guns and 2) have any drugs. Probation is two years, minimum.
So, who is the enemy: the illegal immigrants or those who are violating your Constitutional rights? Simply put, there are no “good guys” in this equation. The goal of the government is to destroy those who believe in and fight for the Constitution, which is why Veterans are at the top of the list of “domestic terrorists.”
Like so many things in government, what is stated is the opposite of the reality. The so-called “Department of Homeland Security” has nothing whatsoever to do with the safety of the average American. The real purpose of the DHS is to target, silence, destroy and/or eliminate any citizen who calls for the Constitution to be the “Law of the Land,” for if the Constitution were truly adhered to, then Obama (de facto president) and Eric Holder (Muslim advocator) would be rotting away their miserable lives in a cage down in Gitmo.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff are on board with the DHS/Border Patrol. Those who are still in the military who put the Constitution above the babblings of the three branches of government have been removed by (forced) early “retirement.” To remove a warrior from the field of battle for political reasons is a first for any military organization. This administration is systematically weeding out the patriots from our military and law enforcement. What we’re soon to end up with is nothing other than one big SWAT military arm of the White House.
Day by day, America is becoming less recognizable as America, similar to 1930’s Germany when the Nazi goons ran the country. Same tactics (dark of night); same kangaroo courts (“Undetermined” charges that stick). Same total disregard of existing laws on the books (immigration law is the most obvious: the federal government refuses to follow the laws on the books; therefore, we have 20+ million illegal immigrants within our borders).
So, who are the bad guys? The ones who break the law: the illegal immigrants and the government employees who fail to uphold the laws, or, well, there aren’t any “good guys” any more, are there?
Except us, the citizen, who is equal under the law to anyone else in our country, and that includes the de facto joke of a president (Obama) and all the other government employees, or used to be.
For shame. Axiom #1: know your enemy.
