Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood attacked the character of CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) during a sentencing hearing on Tuesday. Fitzpatrick had attempted to submit evidence he had compiled on the criminality of judges, court personnel, prosecutors and the grand jury foreman. State law allows any citizen to take a petition to the grand jury.
