TENNESSEE CORRUPTION NOW TOPIC OF NATIONAL NEWS

(Jul. 22, 2014) — Dr. James David Manning, who has been an outspoken critic of Obama and his policies and held a citizens’ jury trial in 2010 which convicted Obama of several crimes, will be discussing the convictions against CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) by a McMinn County jury on his show this afternoon.
Manning has hosted The Post & Email on his show on several occasions in the past to discuss corruption in the Tennessee courts, which Fitzpatrick had discovered inadvertently in late 2009 and exposed by attempting to conduct a citizen’s arrest on then-Monroe County grand jury foreman Gary Pettway.
Fitzpatrick has been the object of retaliation by Tennessee’s Tenth Judicial District since the citizen’s arrest on April 1, 2010, up to and including by operatives in the Obama regime and possibly in the White House. Fitzpatrick arrested Pettway for over-serving his legal term as a juror, which is mandated by Tennessee code. Pettway was found to have served 28 years consecutively and never to have been sworn in.
A reader of The Post & Email is Manning’s invited guest this afternoon to provide his views on the McMinn convictions of Fitzpatrick for “aggravated perjury” and “extortion,” neither of which was justified. The reader will speak with Dr. Manning between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. EDT.
Since the verdicts were read, readers and others have been calling the office of Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood, who was compromised and should not have heard the case, as he denied Fitzpatrick a restraining order stemming from the false charges without a hearing case the day before his arrest. Most people are reporting reaching an answering machine when they call, although some calls have been answered by a live person. Calls have also been made to the U.S. Senate and House Judiciary Committees, as evidence presented by The Post & Email shows that some federal judges appear to have worked with corrupt Tennessee judges to incarcerate Darren Wesley Huff for a crime he did not commit but about which he was accused of “thinking.”
Blackwood was forced off the bench by the Tennessee attorney general and an appellate court in a case in 2012 for conflict of interest.
The Post & Email wrote to FBI Director James B. Comey early last week to ask for federal intervention in the crimes committed against citizens in the Tenth Judicial District and beyond by malfeasant judges, prosecutors, court clerks, jurors and sheriffs.
Fitzpatrick spent ten days in the McMinn County jail before making bond. His attorney, Van Irion, was a guest on The Roth Show on Monday night, an archive for which can be found here. Irion stated that Fitzpatrick was exercising his First Amendment right when he petitioned the grand jury with evidence of criminality.
Manning is a pastor in Harlem, New York, and held a reconciliation conference in Gettysburg, PA over Independence Day weekend. His Facebook page has close to 5,000 “likes” at this writing.
