(Jul. 12, 2014) —[Editor’s Note:  The following is the last in a five-part series written in 2009 in favor of impeaching Barack Hussein Obama before the discovery of the Fast & Furious gunrunning scheme; the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, which killed four Americans; before the passage of “Obamacare,” after which millions of Americans lost health plans which had served them well for years; Obama’s insistence that the U.S. must arm “rebel” groups in Syria and Libya containing members of Al Qaeda and other terrorists; the spying of the NSA on average Americans was disclosed by Edward Snowden; the unexplained downing of Extortion 17, which killed 31 Special Operations soldiers and Navy SEALS in Afghanistan on August 6, 2011; and the current dramatic increase in the incursion of illegal aliens carrying diseases and including violent criminals on the southern border.

It was also written before Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form were declared “computer-generated forgeries” by a criminal investigative team on March 1, 2012.]

In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Obama, has defamed the office of president of the United States through repeated acts of malfeasance and other acts of extreme unethical behavior as evidenced by his most recent demonstration of corrupt behavior by abuse of power and serious misconduct in that:

(1) he spent an estimated $10M on an ill fated sales trip to Denmark on behalf of the city of Chicago.  Data from an article by Jim Geraghty in the September 29, 2009 “issue” of the National Review Online tally the 747, a back up 747, the 747 airborne command post, 757 for FLOTUS, cargo aircraft for the limos, airfare for support staff, security, handmaidens, ad infinitum, exceeded $10M of We the People tax payer dollars,

(2) but according to the September 30, 2009 article by Michelle Malkin in TownHall.com the pitch wasn’t really for the folks in Chicago.  The real purpose was yet another example of Chicago politics style quid pro quo, straight up.  The beneficiaries read like the Who’s Who inside Chicago politics, from Richard Daley, to Valerie Jarrett of Grove Parc fame, David Axelrod of AKPD public relations, Patrick Ryan, Penny Pritzker, etc., etc.,

(3) and to add insult to the people’s injuries Crain’s Chicago Business reports that Jarrett was pitching HUD for the $1B Olympic village,

(4) and by absenting himself from Washington during a critical period in the legislative process and at a crossroads in one of the multiple “wars” that the United States is engaged in, he has demonstrated indifference, arrogance, and abject incompetence to hold office.

In doing this, Barack Obama has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President, and has acted in a manner that generates great lack of confidence by the American people who now fear for their safety and well being under his stewardship.

Wherefore, Barack Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.
