“HEROES” VS. “OUTCASTS OF SOCIETY”

(Jun. 19, 2014) — Centuries of study have been devoted to the subject of “What, really now, is the human brain?” Some say it’s some kind of electrical generating device that has a tendency to short-circuit and fly off the handle. Then we have the “Divinely-Inspired” sect who say such things as “What’s it all about?” and “Why are we here?” There are also the “Mother Earth” types who believe, as the Egyptians in the times of the pharaohs, that everything is “connected” and that there’s a “River of Life.” And then there are the “One per-centers,” and that’s the school of thought that we’ll pursue today.
This is the “One-per-cent theory of the brain:” 99% of the brain is nothing but an unfathomable void. Think of the vastness of space and you’re on the right track. No plants or animals, no splashing of waves upon the shore of the universe. No boundaries, so no shore. No directions and no dimensions. It’s a step beyond quantum mechanics. It takes the word “void” and erases it.
So we’re born and we go through life using just one lousy one per-cent of the brain until that magic moment. Some people never have a “magic moment” where time stops, and the memory of that “magic moment” is forever etched, trumping any other remembrance, until the end of time. That “magic moment” is when you meet the love of your life.
On the other hand, some people go through life sticking their noses in other people’s business, living vicarious lives that have no meaning. Think “Obots, Socialism, Obamacare” and all the rest of the ancillary baggage associated with Obama’s dismally-failed government. What’s in their void? Nothing: the ability to sacrifice oneself for others; the desire to give up for the greater good; and the need to make the world a better place (even if it means personal disastrous results) is completely lacking. Psychiatrists use the words “apathy” and “disconnect,” words associated with psychopaths who think only of themselves and none other.
In short, the world can be divided into two distinct groups: the GIVERS and the TAKERS. A good marriage is between two GIVERS; any other combination is a failure.
The telltale rebuttal, and thus exposure, is the use of the word “but.” Sorry, there are no exceptions. Either you love your country, honor your Oath (“I pledge allegiance,” for example), or you don’t. Either you will give up your life so that others may enjoy the fruits of Freedom, or you refuse to.
A mother giving her life to save her child, a father handing a child to the fireman as the car is falling over the falls, and so on: we call such people “heroes” when all they are, when it comes down to brass tacks, are GIVERS.
Government employees, doing the unlawful bidding of their bosses, are TAKERS. Obama and everyone in his Administration, Lois Lerner and Hillary Clinton, for example, are all TAKERS.
It is not good, desirable, nor recommended to go through life as a TAKER. TAKERS are the ones who we leave to rot behind bars. TAKERS are the cheats, the liars and the outcasts of society, and with good reason.
GIVERS are the righteous and prosperous ones. Be in love with the USA: it’s home to you and the people you love. Exercise your 2nd Amendment rights; it’s your responsibility as a citizen, as an American and as a GIVER.
