“ABSOLUTELY ABSURD”

by Sharon Rondeau

Writer and activist Miki Booth has been accused of providing false documentation to reporter Jerome Corsi in September 2011 by Douglas Vogt, a researcher who contends, along with many others, that Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a forgery

(May 15, 2014) — On Monday, a previously-sealed affidavit filed with the U.S. Supreme Court by Douglas Vogt with a petition requesting a grand jury review of evidence regarding the forgery of Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate was unsealed and made available for public inspection and copying.

Last October, Vogt filed two affidavits, one sealed and one unsealed, with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle requesting that the judge empanel a federal grand jury to review the same submission which he said showed how the forgery was created and by whom.  He included a “Notice of Commission of Felony” as well as dozens of exhibits detailing the construction of the image.  The court inexplicably renamed the submission as a lawsuit and said it had no jurisdiction.  From there, Vogt appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which did not respond after a number of months; hence, his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court refused to accept a sealed affidavit, so Vogt resubmitted it as a routine, unsealed document last week.  On Monday, it became available on the internet by NewsBlaze reporter Randy Foreman, who visited the clerk’s office at 9:00 a.m. that day to obtain a full copy.

In the now-unsealed affidavit, Vogt names a number of people who he believes participated in a conspiracy to create and distribute two fraudulent Hawaiian birth certificates with the alleged intention of misleading WND reporter and author of Where’s the Birth Certificate? Dr. Jerome Corsi.

Included in Vogt’s list of names was that of Miki Booth, who formerly lived in Hawaii, ran for Congress in 2010, founded a Tea Party group in her adopted state of Oklahoma, published a book, and traveled to Hawaii several times to gather information since Obama assumed the presidency.

Posted on April 27, 2011, an image purported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate was quickly judged to be fraudulent by numerous document and graphics experts. In September of that year, Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio commissioned the Cold Case Posse associated with his office to investigate the image so that voters could be assured that their votes in the upcoming 2012 election would not be disenfranchised.

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen,” reside for 14 years within the United States, and be at least 35 years old.  Whether or not Obama meets the qualifications has been a subject of intense debate over the last six years, as questions about his birthplace, parentage and identity persist in the wake of conflicting public statements, some from the White House itself.

Obama claims he was born at Kapiolani Medical Center in Hawaii, although initial unexplained reports said that he was born at Queens Hospital.  Between 1991 and 2007, his official biography stated that he was born in Kenya but was changed two months after he declared his ambitions for the presidency.

In May 2011, Corsi reported that a private investigator in Hawaii “claims employees of the state Department of Health forged three Hawaiian birth certificates…one document placed the birth at Kapiolani hospital [sic], another at Queens Medical Center and a third in Kenya.”

On March 1, 2-12, six months after beginning its probe, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio declared Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form “computer-generated forgeries” at a formal press conference.  However, after a second press conference in July of that year, major media failed to broadcast the news or conduct its own investigation. Likewise, Congress rebuffed constituents’ inquiries into Obama’s eligibility, life story, and possible allegiances.

Last year, Zullo stated that in regard to Obama, “there never was a birth in Hawaii.”  Today, members of Congress cannot say truthfully that they are unaware of the forgery of Obama’s long-form birth certificate, although none will acknowledge the crime.

Montgomery Blair Sibley assisted Vogt in assembling his submission and told The Post & Email on Monday that the Supreme Court “will have to look at the totality of what he [Vogt] is saying” in order to “affirm” or “deny” Vogt’s request for a grand jury review if the court finds that the matter is one of “public interest.”  On his blog, Sibley wrote, “Doug Vogt’s Petition…argues that as a citizen he has the right to bring to the Grand Jury’s attention serious matters.”

The high court scheduled a conference on the petition for Thursday, May 15.

Vogt was consulted by the Cold Case Posse for his opinion on the birth certificate image on two occasions.    On his website, Vogt reports that he and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo “have not always agreed on the same things such as the typewriter evidence.”

Vogt owned a typesetting firm for 11 years and has owned a company which markets scanners since 1993.  On June 24, 2011, Vogt wrote in an affidavit which he submitted to the FBI, “What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the County Health Department in Hawaii” and listed nine points of forgery.”

Vogt is completing a book with long-time typesetter Paul Irey on the various “points of forgery” they identified in the birth certificate image.

Many analysts have questioned the appearance of the letters “TXE” instead of “THE” above the signature stamp of Hawaii Health Department Registrar Dr. Alvin Onaka on the White House image.  Others questioned what they thought looked like a “happy face” inscribed in the “A” of Onaka’s first name.

In the past, Obama supporters called “Obots” took credit for producing and circulating admittedly fraudulent birth certificates.

The Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights states that “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia,…”

The Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights mandates a grand jury’s review of evidence against an individual for a “capital, or otherwise infamous crime” before charges can be brought

Over the last five years, CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) and others have found that county, state and federal grand juries are no longer approachable by average citizens.  Beginning in colonial times, grand jurors performed their own investigations without any influence from prosecutors or government officials.  Today, however, grand juries are controlled by prosecutors and judges, who determine which cases to give to the grand jury and can exert undue influence on its decisions.

Prior to publication, The Post & Email contacted Dr. Corsi, who did not have a comment at this time.

Booth soundly disagreed when then-Hawaii Department of Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino stated that the short-form “Certification of Live Birth” posted on the internet on June 12, 2008 bearing Obama’s name was “what everybody gets when they ask for a birth certificate.”

Fukino’s then-description of Obama’s birth certificate does not match the image on the White House website.

In the now-unsealed affidavit, Vogt contends, in part:

“This affidavit will cover five main individuals who came to our attention (Paul Irey and myself) over the past two years.  The affidavit will present the evidence I have developed by examining forged Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) forms given to Dr. Jerome Corsi and Detective Mike Zullo of the Sheriffs [sic] office in Mariposa [sic] County Arizona who sent Paul and me copies of them to examine.  The COLBs came from two individuals.  One whose name is Miki Booth who lived in Hawaii but now lives in Oklahoma, approached Jerome Corsi directly to get into his confidence and gave him two of her families [sic] long form birth certificates.  One had problems indicating forgery both had their certificate numbers off by 25 days. [sic]

“The second person is Johanna Ah’Nee who is a personal friend of Miki Booth when they both lived in Hawaii.  I believe Johanna Ah’Nee is the forger of the Obama COLB as well as other birth certificates created to cover-up [sic] the first mistake the principles [sic] made and that being the certificate number assigned to Barack Obama was out of sequence if it was registered with the Hawaiian [sic] Department of Health (HDOH) on August 8, 1961.  I have already proved that in my open affidavit.  I will also show that Johanna most likely knew Barack Obama when they were both kids in Hawaii.”

Regarding Vogt’s claim of her participation in a conspiracy to purposely provide false documentation, Booth told The Post & Email, “It’s absolutely absurd.”

She continued:

MIKI BOOTH:  I think that Johanna Ah’Nee’s birth certificate shares some of the anomalies that Doug Vogt and Paul Irey found on Obama’s.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Does that mean that Johanna’s is forged?

MIKI BOOTH:  She got that certified birth certificate back in 1995.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Was it a long-form or short-form?

MIKI BOOTH:  Long-form.

The Hawaii Department of Health reportedly has an original, long-form birth certificate on file for Barack Hussein Obama from which the White House website image was allegedly obtained

THE POST & EMAIL:  Does that mean that the birth certificates which the Hawaii Department of Health is issuing are flawed? If Doug Vogt is correct, to what could the anomalies be attributed?

MIKI BOOTH:  I really don’t know, except that I know that Doug Vogt has a lot of different points showing that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery, and out of all of these points, there are some that show up on Johanna’s.  I didn’t know this until the affidavit was unsealed, but I found out that he also inspected my husband Fred’s birth certificate, and it has anomalies.  I think he’s jumped to the conclusion that all three of these birth certificates share anomalies, and so therefore, they must all be forgeries.

My anger was all about Johanna being named, because I know she’s innocent. She never asked for anything like this to happen, and now to find out that her name is at the Supreme Court…I just felt horrible because I’m the one who got her into it.  All she did was help me.  She’s my friend, and as I said, we have a small circle of friends who also don’t want to be named but have helped me do various things, including visiting Kapiolani to see if there’s anything commemorating the fraud-in-chief (Obama).  We never found anything.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Did you ever provide your husband’s birth certificate to Dr. Corsi?

MIKI BOOTH:  My husband’s and son‘s birth certificates have been on the internet since 2009, but a copy of my husband’s was in a binder of Hawaii birth certificates that I gave to him.

THE POST & EMAIL:  I recall that you mailed your son’s short-form birth certificate to me and I wrote an article about it.

MIKI BOOTH:  Right.  I don’t think anybody has my husband’s paper birth certificate, so I think Doug Vogt must have gotten it from the internet.

THE POST & EMAIL:  We lay people looking at an image on the internet cannot tell if something is real or not.

MIKI BOOTH:  I know what the truth is, so I don’t have to come out and say, “I didn’t do it.”  I keep reading all of the comments that are out there, and it’s amazing how people have turned against me.  People say, “Doug Vogt lays out a very concise case, and it really looks good,” and that he’s proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that we’re the culprits.  In a way, it’s comical and makes me laugh, because they’ve named Dr. Conspiracy, who has come out and said that it’s not Miki Booth and Johanna Ah’nee.  He’s made several comments to that effect.

[Editor’s Note:  The late Hawaii Health Department Director, Loretta Fuddy, and Onaka are also named in Vogt’s affidavit as co-conspirators.]

One of the “Obots” found Johanna’s name.  She never wanted to be identified. Not only did she give a copy to Dr. Corsi, but she gave me a copy.  I also obtained copies from others of their birth certificates.  There was never a problem getting a long-form birth certificate until Obama came into the picture.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Yes, then suddenly they said, “What he got, everybody gets” in regard to the short-forms they issued after 2008.  However, some people were still able to obtain their long-form birth certificates.

MIKI BOOTH:  Yes, and remember we spoke to Hawaii State Sen. Sam Slom, and he said, “There’s definitely something rotten in the Hawaii Department of Health,” because he had just spoken with someone who got his long-form birth certificate.  We did the story when they were lying when they said, “This is all you can get” because a relative of someone I know got her long-form.  I know of other people who also got long-forms, and the department never questioned it.

A memo was issued in 2001 which said that all records were to be electronic and that requested copies would be a printout of that. If there were any questions, people were to call Alvin Onaka.

THE POST & EMAIL:  But it seems they didn’t always follow the new policy.  Also, the Hawaiian Department of Home Lands had insisted on the long-form birth certificate to prove Hawaiian ancestry and then changed the requirement to either the long- or short-form in 2009.

MIKI BOOTH:  That’s right.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Has anyone talked to Dr. Corsi about this?

MIKI BOOTH:  No.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Has he tried to contact you?

MIKI BOOTH:  No.

THE POST & EMAIL:  I asked former attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley of any ramifications of incorrect information provided in Vogt’s affidavits, to which he responded that “Doug may be wrong, and that’s what a grand jury will determine” if the Supreme Court grants Vogt’s request.

MIKI BOOTH:   I saw that.

THE POST & EMAIL:  What do you think of Vogt’s analysis of the forgery in the affidavits?  Is he strong enough in the way he presents it?

MIKI BOOTH:  I think so; I even put his findings in my book.  I credit him with the things that he found, such as the kerning.

THE POST & EMAIL:  What was it Vogt referenced (page 13, bottom) when he said you “couldn’t take back” what you wrote in your book on page 356 which allegedly incriminated you?

MIKI BOOTH:  I was describing how when the forgery came out, the first thing I looked for was who the doctor was.  When I saw that it was “David A. Sinclair,” I felt as if that was a deliberate poke in my eye by them.

[Editor’s Note:  Sinclair is the delivery doctor noted on Booth’s son’s birth certificate.]

At this time, I was on the phone quite a bit with [the late] Victoria Windsor.  She was the one who called me and said, “Turn on your TV; they released a birth certificate.  So I did.  And she said, ‘There’s something wrong with the stamp; it says ‘TXE.’  And what’s with this ‘happy face’ on the ‘Alvin?'”

When I saw the “happy face” there, I couldn’t believe it.  I wrote in my book, “the happy face on the ‘A’ in the signature…” Vogt is saying that it’s an “E” and that that is Johanna Ah’Nee’s signature (laughs).  He interpreted it to mean that it was the signature of the forger.  He’s terribly misguided and apparently suffers from some kind of tunnel vision so that he can’t look in any other direction and see that this is just totally wrong.  He’s focused on these tiny little anomalies that are matched in the birth certificates I provided to come to the conclusion that they must all be forgeries.

—————-

Booth noted that since Onaka became registrar in 1995, numerous “changes” have taken place within the health department “at suspicious times.”  “For example, the short-form was revised one month before the 2008 election, and a lot of the short-form birth certificates don’t have the names of the parents and where they came from; some do.  It’s totally inconsistent; they just change it on a whim.  It’s very suspicious when they make these changes…” Booth said.  She also recalled a trip she made to Hawaii in September 2011 wherein Jesse Koike, a supervisor at the Department of Health, told her that the “short-form” birth certificate was the only document available to requesters.  “He was calling the ‘short-form’ the ‘long-form.’  So then I said, ‘Oh, really?’  I opened my binder and showed him Obama’s and said, ‘Then what do you call this?’ and Jesse said, ‘You need a court order for that.’  I said, ‘Obama didn’t get a court order for this.  They gave it to his attorney,'” in a reference to Judith Corley, who reportedly retrieved two certified copies of Obama’s long-form birth certificate on April 25, 2011, two days before it was made public on the White House website.

“How do you think this should be resolved?” The Post & Email asked Booth of Vogt’s affidavit, to which she responded, “I think he should take back whatever he gave them.  To me, that’s the simplest thing:  to take it back.”

The Post & Email reminded Booth that if criminal charges should arise from Vogt’s claims, she is entitled to a review of the evidence by a grand jury as stated in the Fifth Amendment.

As this article was going to press, Booth checked her email between flights on her way to Operation American Spring (OAS) in Washington, DC, and responded to our question posed approximately 75 minutes earlier in which we asked if Johanna Ah’Nee “was acquainted, as Vogt claims, with Obama ‘when they were both kids in Hawaii?'”

Her response was, “She was not.”

Excellent Article Sharon, we should all feel blessed to have The Post & Email covering things no one else will. I’m sure Miki Booth’s gratitude goes without saying.

While Vogt is correct that the birth certificate is a forgery, he is most certainly wrong about many of his other conclusions. Miki Booth is a patriot who was worked to prove Obama is a fraud. Vogt’s accusations are reckless and unfounded.
