(Apr. 12, 2014) — On Saturday morning, a reader of The Post & Email using the screen name “Loggia” posted a comment under a story having to do with the Bundy ranch in Nevada asking, “ARE FEDERAL AGENTS AUTHORIZED TO ACT IF OBAMA IS ILLEGITIMATE?”

An hour later, the comment was still there.

Most mainstream media outlets have banned any comments made about Obama’s questionable legitimacy and the Arpaio investigation, which began after a lengthy investigation by the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse concluded that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.” Several weeks ago, a respectful comment made by The Post & Email at The Washington Examiner regarding Arpaio’s upcoming “universe-shattering” announcement was never published.
The reference to “Sheriff’s Kit” is to a DVD or electronic production showing an hour-long demonstration given to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) of Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo showing how the posse reached the conclusions that Obama’s proffered documentation to the American public is fraudulent. The kits were produced by Mike Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com and have been distributed to virtually all members of Congress, many media outlets, private citizens, and other elected officials.
Loggia’s reference to “Cody Robert Judy” was to an article Judy wrote on Friday evening reposted at The Post & Email which posited that Cliven Bundy, who is in a heated dispute over grazing rights with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), could challenge the legality of BLM agents’ actions on the grounds that as part of the Executive Branch and with an illegitimate president at the helm, they are following unlawful orders.
A second comment by Loggia reads:
Bundy says that the dispute over where his cattle graze “is a lot bigger deal than just my cows. It’s a statement for freedom and liberty and the Constitution.” The BLM began capturing Bundy’s cattle last week and has reportedly confiscated a total of 352 head.
On Friday evening, Megyn Kelly of The Kelly File stated that Bundy “doesn’t have a leg to stand on” because his claims have gone “through the courts” and Bundy has “lost every time.”
Federal agents claim they have been threatened by protesters and that the Bundy cattle are grazing on “public lands,” while protesters say that a son of Bundy was tasered and another arrested after filming BLM agents’ movements.
Sheriff Richard Mack, head of the CSPOA, has gone on the record to say that as a result of Zullo’s presentation last year, he is convinced that Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service form are forgeries. On Thursday evening, Mack announced that he and others from the CSPOA and Oathkeepers would be supporting Bundy on Saturday in his standoff with the BLM.
The Washington Times reported that militia groups from several states have joined in Bundy’s fight against the BLM and “are not afraid to shoot.” Observers have said that the federal government is out of control. “We need guns to protect ourselves from the tyrannical government,” said a militia member.

A former senior adviser to Sen. Harry Reid, Neil Kornze, became head of the BLM in 2011. Reid is Senate Majority Leader and carries out Obama’s wishes. On Friday, Infowars reported that the BLM “has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations.”
Amen to Mandy Ricotta. I stated this for many years. THE POSITION is more important than oaths or the Constitution at all levels of media or government. What does that say about their character?
We need a Constitutional Convention to be organized asap. It would clean up everything that is wrong and we could start fresh. As long as true patriots and constitutionalists are the ones that run it and it isn’t infiltrated by goons from the corporations of America, the States and others that are everywhere. A true, free republic is the only thing that will ultimately save us from this slavery we have endured at least since the Civil War and probably longer.
If only someone could get through to Mr. Bundy that he is presently center stage and could circumvent the mainstream media’s refusal to report on Mr. Obama’s criminal usurpation of the presidency by fraud.
I would suggest to Mr. Bundy that he attend the upcoming press release conference to be held by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s volunteer Cold-Case-Posse in Maricopa County, Arizona and, capitalizing upon the unwanted spotlight currently focused on him, ask a question in the follow-up question and answer period that Sheriff Joe has had after other press conferences with the question directed at either Sheriff Joe or the commander of the volunteer Cold-Case-Posse Lieutenant Mike Zullo:

“If as you have proven beyond any shadow of a doubt the documentation/electronic file presented by Mr. Obama, or Soetoro, or Soebarkah–whatever his legal name happens to be–as authentication for his purported constitutional eligibility to be president are amateurishly manufactured attempts at forgery employed in an effort to cover-up Mr. Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah having fraudulently represented himself as constitutionally eligible to be president in two presidential elections, then was not Mr. Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah illegally elected to the office of the president of the United States of America while in the commission of the crime of fraudulently representing himself as constitutionally eligible to be president while in fact knowingly not so–knowingly if we are to believe Mr. Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah himself who publicized himself through his private literary agent for some 16 years before first running for the presidency as having been born in what is now called Kenya?
Is it not reasonable for ‘We the People’ to assume, in light of the information that the Cold-Case-Posse has uncovered, that America is presently in the midst of a constitutional crisis of unparalleled proportions wherein there is no legal sitting president occupying the office of the president of the United States of America for Mr. Obama was in the commission of the crime of fraudulently representing himself as constitutionally eligible to be president when he was illegally elected?
Do we not have a criminal usurper illegally occupying the White House?”
Though nobody in the mainstream media wants to address the most sinister crime ever perpetrated against the office of the president of the United States of America, against the Constitution, and against the American experiment in government of the people, the mainstream media would have no choice but to air such a question posited by Mr. Bundy and would be forced to respond as journalists, not just as Obama-worshipping sycophants.
Please Mr. Bundy, Contact the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and speak with Mike Zullo about attending the upcoming press conference and ask the questions that I have suggested you ask.
America has an enemy agent of Islam practicing taqiyya illegally occupying the office of the president of the United States of America. This is much bigger than even your land. Take a straight shot directly at the usurper-in-chief and shine the light of truth upon his criminal usurpation of the presidency by forcing the effectively state-run media to fulfill their traditional Fourth Estate responsibilities to defending the American experiment in government of the people–in defending the Constitution.
I suggest to you Mr. Bundy that the best way to protect your land from the international cabal’s conspiracy to take it from you is to take Obama, Reid, and Holder–along with all others complicit–down.

Excellent that it is still posted! Regarding Megan Kelly, I would stake my life that she knows all too well what is going on with the eligibility issue and Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigation. She has reached a career pinnacle now, and as much as she tries to convince her viewers that she delves into ALL controversial issues, she has avoided this investigation like the plaque, so as to not threaten what she has attained. No different than all the others (media, Congressmen, etc.) who SHOULD be doing their job of exposing the fraud in our People’s House.
Megan is going to fall like the rest of them when this finally comes out!
