CAN CATTLE RANCHER FIGHTING FOR GRAZING RIGHTS CHALLENGE OBAMA’S ORDERS TO BLM AGENTS?

(Apr. 11, 2014) — Pete Santilli and Gary Franchi reported on Friday that agents working for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) have tazed “multiple people” and thrown them to the ground over a dispute arising from land use by Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy.

According to Santilli, reports earlier this week stated that the BLM has deployed agents to round up one-third of the cattle belonging to Bundy which BLM claims are grazing on government land.  In 1998, Bundy was ordered by a judge to remove his cattle from the land so that it could be preserved for a species of endangered tortoise.

On Friday, constitutional writer, scholar and activist Gerry Donaldson stated that the BLM is attempting to enact “Agenda 21” objectives by “taking action to remove the people from most of the rural areas of America and confine them to high-density urban areas.”

The dispute between Bundy and the federal government began “two decades ago.”  Bundy said his family’s cattle have grazed on the land claimed by the BLM before the BLM even existed.  The Blaze reported that an “Ohio attorney familiar with the legal claims being made” stated in an email that Bundy “no legal right to access to the property.”

On Wednesday, the BLM reportedly called in “armed rangers” from Oregon and California for backup to their already heavily-armed forces.  Protesters were threatened with being “bitten by their K9 unit.”

An article at Gulag Bound appears to confirm Santilli’s eyewitness video report.  Militia members, state representatives from Western states, and Oathkeepers are reportedly on the scene, with more to arrive on Saturday to support Bundy.

Santilli said he was “threatened with arrest” for allegedly “obstructing a convoy” of BLM vehicles.

In speaking with Franchi, Santilli said that a “56-year-old cancer” victim was “thrown to the ground.”  “We believe that crimes have been committed,” Santilli said.  He urged people to “get out here and show force – peacefully…” or “surrender our rights to the federal government.”

On Thursday evening, Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) issued the following announcement:

Sheriff Mack travels with other CSPOA members to stand with Nevada rancher against the BLM

Many of you have called or emailed regarding the storm brewing between Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the BLM.  We all know how we feel about the all-too-frequent bullying of individual citizens by various Feds with their usurped, unconstitutional powers.  It’s an epidemic that must be stopped. Well, we want you to know we ARE doing something about it, and thankfully this time we’re not alone.  Sheriff Mack is leaving early Saturday morning for an emergency trip to Bunkerville, Nevada, along with other members of the CSPOA posse (hopefully that’s some of you!) to stand vigil and find a peaceful resolution to this conflict (i.e., the feds going home).

AND this late-breaking news as per Lyle Rapacki today:

State Senate President Andy Biggs and House of Reps Speaker Dave Livingston have both agreed that Arizona should be involved in supporting CSPOA and Oath Keepers in going to Bunkerville, NV to support the movement for freedom there with the Cliven Bundy family. State Senators Al Melvin, Chester Crandall, and Kelly Ward along with State Reps Brenda Barton, Bob Thorpe, Kelly Townsend and Warren Peterson are all planning to be at the Bundy ranch by Sunday morning. Furthermore, they all plan to attend the Press Conference Monday afternoon with the CSPOA and Oath Keepers along with the Bundys and other sheriffs and public officials from across the country.

Oathkeepers issued its own press release, which reads, in part:

Coalition of Western State Legislators, Sheriffs, and Veterans Stand Vigil in Support of Embattled Nevada Rancher, Cliven Bundy ‘To Prevent Another Ruby Ridge or Waco”

A Delegation of state legislators, lead by Washington State Representative Matt Shea, along with a  delegation of current serving Sheriffs, lead by Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and military and police members of Oath Keepers, are converging on the site of a stand-off between federal law enforcement and Nevada Rancher Cliven Bundy, to prevent bloodshed and to stand in defense of hardworking rural Americans who are under assault by a runaway federal government.

The Bureau of Land Management is a division of the Department of the Interior, which strives to develop sources of “renewable energy on public lands.”  Interior is one of many executive branch departments, such as the Department of Health and Human Services and Selective Service System.

On Friday evening, presidential candidate and Obama eligibility challenger Cody Robert Judy wrote in an op-ed on his blog that Bundy could have standing to challenge the BLM’s orders to remove his cattle by challenging the legitimacy of the chief executive given that his long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form have been declared “computer-generated forgeries,” making it impossible to verify his qualifications under Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

The Post & Email then contacted Sheriff Mack, who is planning on being at the Bundy ranch on Saturday, by sending the following email:

Hello, Sheriff Mack, I interviewed you back in June of last year over an issue between XXXXXXXXX.

I am editor of The Post & Email, an electronic newspaper which covers government corruption.  Since our inception in August 2009, we have reported aggressively on the Obama eligibility question and the declared forgery of his scant documentation.

One of my editorial writers just sent an article raising the question of whether or not federal agents have any authority to do anything to Mr. Bundy or anyone, given that they work for the executive branch of government which is most likely headed by a usurper, Barack Obama.  In other words, with an ineligible person holding the office of president given that all of his documentation has been proved fraudulent, could Mr. Bundy refuse to accede to the BLM’s demands on the grounds that they are operating illegitimately, unless he is shown proof to the contrary?

As we know, Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Mike Zullo can back up those claims with extensive evidence and documentation following 31 months of investigation.
