Theory: Obama Attended Fundraising “Party” During Benghazi Attack

(Apr. 5, 2014) — On Friday, The Post & Email conducted an exclusive interview with researcher and website builder Tracy Fair, who recently launched a new section on her website, www.unslaveamerica.com, containing evidence she has gathered regarding Obama’s possible whereabouts on the evening of September 11, 2012, as the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya was under siege and four Americans lost their lives.

The Obama regime initially issued a false statement about the cause of the terrorist attack which left Amb. Christopher Stevens, Information Officer Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALS Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty dead after military assistance was not dispatched to attempt a rescue mission.  On Sunday, September 16, 2012, Obama’s then-United Nations ambassador, Susan Rice, appeared on five talk shows insisting that the video “Innocence of Muslims” was the cause of a protest having gone awry.  In truth, few had seen the video, and warnings about rising terrorist activity in eastern Libya had been issued in the months, and even one week, preceding the attack.

After several weeks of disinformation from regime operatives and an indirect outcry from the intelligence community, the regime was forced to recant its story about the video and admit that terrorists had attacked the compound.  The onslaught began at 9:40 p.m. Libyan time on the 11th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history in 2001 and occurred in several waves, the last of which killed the Doherty and Woods, who had been employed as CIA contract workers at a nearby “annex.”

Then-Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey testified to members of Congress last year that they met with Obama at 5:00 on the evening of September 11, 2012 and informed him that the mission in Benghazi, Libya had been attacked.  Panetta has insisted that there was no additional contact between Obama and himself for the remainder of the night and that Obama had instructed Dempsey and him to do whatever was necessary to protect American lives.

Multiple sources have reported that the Obama regime may have been funneling firearms previously owned by deposed Libyan dictator Muommar Gaddafi to “rebels” fighting to topple Syrian dictator Bashir al-Assad.  In June of last year, Obama overtly began sending military equipment and accoutrements to rebel groups, which knowingly consist of Al Qaeda members and terrorists from outside of Syria.

Uprisings throughout the Arab world began in December 2010 in Tunisia and expanded to Egypt, Syria and Libya, and other repressive Middle Eastern nations, dubbed the “Arab Spring.”

After lying on national television on September 16, 2012, Rice was promoted to the position of National Security Adviser and has said she “has no regrets” about her remarks made almost 19 months ago.

Over the last five or more years, Obama and his operatives have issued multiple false statements on topics ranging from Obamacare, the IRS targeting scandal, Fast & Furious gunrunning operation, and Obama’s own background and documentation, which has been found to be fraudulent by a criminal investigation.  The dearth of verifiable information on Obama’s changing life story has caused millions of Americans to doubt that he is constitutionally eligible to occupy the Oval Office, while Congress and the courts have failed to investigate the discrepancies and evolving “facts.”

Nevertheless, the White House website continues to claim that “…Obama is committed to making this the most open and participatory administration in history.”

Obama’s presidential eligibility has been questioned for a variety of reasons:  his claimed father was never a U.S. citizen; from 1991 to 2007, his biography published by his literary agent stated that he was “born in Kenya;” in late 2007, commentator Chris Matthews stated on air that Obama was “born in Indonesia;” and the declared forgeries of his long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form have never been directly refuted by the White House.

Fair has extensively researched the term “natural born Citizen,” required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution for the president and commander-in-chief, and told The Post & Email that she has proof that Obama does not qualify and “is a fraud.”  In January 2012, Fair filed a lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility in the Maryland courts which is still pending.

Tea Party members, constitutional supporters, veterans, homeschoolers, and Second Amendment proponents have all been labeled “Sovereign Citizens,” or “potential domestic terrorists” by the Obama regime.  In Nazi Germany, groups of citizens such as Jews, communists, and other dissenters against Hitler’s government were rounded up, jailed, tortured, and murdered after Hitler disarmed the country universally.

 

During his de facto presidency, Obama has been observed to have been sympathetic to Islam and not Christians, even though he claimed during the 2008 campaign that he was a practicing Christian.  His former pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, revealed at the end of Obama’s first term that when Obama arrived at Wright’s church, Trinity United Church of Christ, in the 1990s, Obama was “steeped in Islam.”

Fair has a YouTube channel titled “KenyanbornObama.”  She assembled a video montage of various news reports and commentators’ observations which question where Obama was on the evening of September 11, 2012 following the 30-minute aforementioned meeting with Panetta and Dempsey.  In the video, Fair depicts Panetta testifying to the Senate Armed Services Committee that “troops were deployed” to Benghazi on the night of the attack when he had previously said that there wasn’t “enough time” to send military assistance.

Conflicting reports have also arisen from eyewitnesses in Libya that night, as Stevens’ deputy claimed that a “stand-down order” was given to an emergency team in Tripoli which had prepared to travel quickly to Benghazi upon hearing of the attack.  After the deputy, Gregory Hicks, testified last May that Lt. Col. Steve Gibson had been “furious” that he was told to “stand down,” Gibson reportedly told a congressional panel behind closed doors that there had been no stand-down order.

It is widely believed and reported by retired military personnel that Gen. Carter Ham, then-commander of AFRICOM, was relieved of his duties by his second-in-command, Gen. David Rodriguez, at Obama’s order when Ham began preparations to send military assistance to Benghazi.  One-star admiral Charles Gaouette was removed from his post in October 2012 after allegedly coming under scrutiny for a question about his “judgment.”  Gaouette has not been heard from publicly, while Ham retired last year.

Based on the number of people reportedly occupying the West Wing of the White House that evening, Fair believes that Obama attended a scheduled fundraiser which he did not wish to publicize because of the deaths in Benghazi.  Fair noted that commentator Glenn Beck stated that “Obama could not have been attending a fundraiser” that night, perhaps suggesting that that was, in fact, what Obama had been doing.

On September 12, 2012, Obama flew to Las Vegas to attend a scheduled fundraiser despite knowing that four Americans had been left to die in Benghazi.  When the bodies of the deceased arrived at Andrews Air Force Base several days later, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton assured two grieving parents that those responsible for producing “the video” would be “arrested and prosecuted,” knowing that it had had nothing to do with the attack.  While Obama gave an address in the Rose Garden prior to departing for Las Vegas on September 12, he referred to the incident as “an attack.”

Fair has assembled a timeline of September 11, 2012 containing links to Data.gov, which show electronic logs of White House visitors with their arrival and departure times.  Some of the entries show that appointments were made a week or more prior to September 11, 2012, while others are left blank as to the appointment date.  Included in the timeline are emails first published by mainstream media outlets shown to have been exchanged shortly after it was known that the American compound in Benghazi had come under attack.

THE POST & EMAIL:  I did not know that White House visitor logs could be accessed online until I saw your report.  I thought you had to submit a FOIA request and await the information in paper form.

MS. FAIR:    I thought that, also.  I found the Data.gov site back when they were having the hearing about the IRS and they were talking about Doug Schulman visiting the White House.  I’m the one who found that he had visited the White House 157 times; I weeded it all out. I had been searching “Schulman” and “White House,” and somehow I got to that Data.gov site.  I think it’s some kind of internal White House thing, because a group of people who work in the White House set it up.

THE POST & EMAIL:  How long has it been available?

MS. FAIR:  I’ve had it for at least a year and a half.  I know the person who put it together; she is on the list here [on my website].  She’s a staff person of some kind.  When they put it out, she went to Twitter and tweeted to her friends, I guess her coworkers, saying, “Everybody come, look at the ways to get new info that we’re all looking for…”

The way I did it, it looks as if it’s all laid out, but I meticulously went through each hour of the day.  I actually searched for each person.  You can narrow it down on the Data.gov site.  You start with just one, but it has so many trees on the side that you can add in and take out.  You’ll notice once you start looking through it how I actually did it, but it’s so hard.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Could someone do a search for “Obama?”

MS. FAIR:  He’s “POTUS;” they call him that.  If you go to Data.gov and go to the beginning page of that search, you can put in just one person you’re searching for and it will bring up pretty-much everyone he’s ever met with.  It’s hard to see between the lines because it’s mixed in with every other person.  I sorted all that out and then took snapshots of it; that’s why you see them all there.

If you search by date, you’re going to get every person who was there along with every single person who works there, and they’re just all bunched together.  So I found a way to sort them out.

THE POST & EMAIL:  I understand that you have experienced setting up websites and making videos?

Yes.  I made up the Obama eligibility database.  If you’re on my website, it’s on the “Usurper Obama” tab.  It has all the evidence and proof that he’s not eligible because he’s not a natural born Citizen.  I just added another tab about my eligibility case.

THE POST & EMAIL:  When did you first become involved in researching the Benghazi issue?

MS. FAIR:  It was while they were having the hearings.  I had been looking at it, but not specifically about what Obama was doing. After Krauthammer and others said, “What was he doing? We want to know what he was doing,” and I found that Doug Schulman thing, I said, “I bet I can search through these things and found out who was there that night,” and it ended up being hundreds of people.  I think they had one big swinging party with all his cronies.  If you look through them, I identified all the people with links to who they are – the ones I could find, at least.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Did you notice that for many of them, the reason they were there was designated as a “West Wing Tour?”

MS. FAIR:  I guess they were all in the West Wing, and there was some big party.  The people they were visiting do not all have offices in the West Wing.  There were groups of ten or 20.  They weren’t having small personal meetings with separate packs of people.  I think it was one big party together.  They just happened to be having “meetings” in the West Wing that night…or everybody was taking a “tour” of the West Wing that night.

You can tell it was a party, because a lot of the dates on which appointments for them to go to the White House were made were left blank. It’s just too many people…

THE POST & EMAIL:  I noticed that, and that there were a lot of attorneys there that night.

MS. FAIR:  Did you see that attorneys from Deloitte arrived at 8:00 p.m.?  Ten people who work for Deloitte were there just one month before an out-of-court settlement with the government took place in a $340,000,000 lawsuit in which Deloitte was involved.  It’s the biggest lawsuit ever, and they were hiding money-laundering from Standard Chartered Bank in New York.  It involved Iranian money-laundering.  I included all kinds of links to the case.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Do you think that means that Obama has some kind of tie to the Iranian regime?

MS. FAIR:  That’s exactly what I think.  I know money was being funneled into the bank, but I haven’t figured out the whole thing yet.  Standard Chartered was sued, but then during the investigation, they found out that Deloitte, which that does the books, “accidentally” left out a lot of information about money-laundering.  That’s why they were sued.  They settled out of court rather than go to court and fight it, and Standard Chartered agreed to pay $340,000,000 to New York State just before Deloitte attorneys went to the White House.

THE POST & EMAIL:  I have a short story about Deloitte & Touche from personal experience.  I’m a harpist, as you know, and about 12 years ago, D&L hired me to play at an evening reception.  We used a written, signed contract which said, “Payment due on the date of the performance.”  I believe at that time, my fee was $350.  At the end of my playing time, I approached the woman who had hired me for the check, and she said something like, “Oh, I left the check in my office.  Can I mail it to you?”  Weeks went by, then finally, four months, and payment had not arrived.  After numerous letters and phone calls both to her and company executives in the same Hartford office, I warned them that if they didn’t remit payment by the end of that week, with 1.5% interest added for every month for which they were late, I would file a claim in Small Claims Court.

I did not receive the payment by the date specified, so I filed in Small Claims Court.  After approximately ten days, once D&L had presumably received notification from the court of my claim, an anxious executive contacted me to ask if a check for $350 sent by overnight mail would suffice to close the case.  I said, “No, because you owe me interest on each month that you were late plus the court filing fee.”  “Can I pay you that balance by personal check?” the executive asked, to which I agreed if it were sent in one mailing.  I received the full remuneration the next day by overnight mail, after which I sent proof of payment to the court and withdrew the claim.

I recall that when I asked the executive why the woman who had hired me never returned my phone calls after she failed to pay me, he replied, “I think she was simply embarrassed.”  In my opinion, that certainly speaks to the company’s character.

MS. FAIR:  Deloitte has been in so many legal scrapes.  They do all the government’s books:  welfare, Medicaid, Medicare…it’s disgusting…

At 8:30-9:00, there were numerous “Mohammads” who entered the White House.  I haven’t yet figured out who they are.

Did you see who was there at 5:00 p.m.?  Chuck Schumer.  He knows what Obama was doing that night, because that was after the first email came in. You can see I put when the first emails came in.

[Rep. Debbie] Wasserman-Schultz came in earlier, but there is no time noted for her departure.

THE POST & EMAIL:  Have you looked at other logs from Data.gov where the times of departure and dates on which appointments were made are more frequently noted?

MS. FAIR:  Yes, I’ve gone all through that thing, and pretty-much all of them are filled in. After I went through these, it seems as if they were changing.  If you go to the pink and purple links on my site, you can manipulate the search.

You know who also was there that night:  Marilyn Tavenner.  Do you know who she is?

THE POST & EMAIL:  Yes, Administrator of Medicare/Medicaid Services.

MS. FAIR:  Yes.  There are a lot of people you’ll recognize when you start looking through it.

THE POST & EMAIL:  I noticed that the departure time for many of the people who arrived in the evening are noted to have left at “23:59.”  Do you think that’s accurate?

MS. FAIR:  I think it might have just cut off.  I don’t know if it could have gone longer; if they left before then, it would have the time, and a lot of them do.  I don’t know if there was somebody there marking people out.   But the ones marked “23:59” I think – maybe they went through after 12:00 and it just doesn’t document it.  Maybe on the next day, it will have an early morning departure time.

You can see in a lot of the groups, there were parents and kids there.  I don’t know who they were.  I’m thinking they might have been his Chicago cronies and union thugs.  There are a lot of union people in there, too.  I’m going to add to the website after asking people, “Let’s figure out what was going on that night.  Who was there?  What could have been going on?”

THE POST & EMAIL:  So you’re thinking that because so many people were there designated “West Wing Tour,” it was a planned event?

MS. FAIR:  It must have been something planned, because why was Obama so busy that night?  He couldn’t get away; he couldn’t leave and go to the Situation Room.  I think he was having a fundraiser, and he was leaving in the morning to go to Nevada for another fundraiser. He had just had a fundraiser not long before that saying, “Al Qaeda’s on the run…”  You can see his speechwriters came in at a certain time and I bet they had to change his speech because he couldn’t say that afterward.  I think this is all connected.

When you saw the video, did you see the Glenn Beck part?  He said, “That would have been crass. He was definitely not fundraising” (10:44).

There was also a time when an ambulance came and a medic gave shots.  I wonder who had to be sedated?  That was strange.

There are a lot of people there who we can start questioning as to what went on such as Schumer…we can bombard him and ask, “What was going on that night?”

This information has been available for so long that I can’t believe that the media hasn’t done more on this.  I believe that all of these “Springs” that popped up are all Obama and his cronies getting on Facebook and getting people together.  I think they’re behind everything.  If you look at the Ukraine situation, they all claim it’s Obama.

We think Putin knows about Obama’s ineligibility so that he could blackmail him.  I think Obama is working for Putin.  There are reports that Obama was at Patrice Lamumba University in Russia when he supposedly was at Columbia. I believe that story.

I wonder if on September 11, 2012, Obama held a “9/11 victory party.”  Valerie Jarrett runs the place, and she was born in Iran.  Do you know who her great-uncle is?
