(Mar. 16, 2014) — On Saturday, The Post & Email spoke with the owner of a new website launched specifically to encourage concerned citizens to send letters to their congressional representatives to build critical mass for the launch of a congressional investigation into Barack Hussein Obama’s fraudulent documentation.
“Obamaseligibility.com” (OE) contains pages detailing the investigation performed by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse which concluded that Obama’s Selective Service registration form and long-form birth certificate are “computer-generated forgeries.” The long-form birth certificate image was posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 after public demands made by businessman Donald Trump, who was considering a run for president himself at the time.
A second investigation announced on February 3 by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo is pursuing matters stemming from the birth certificate probe.
Questions arose about Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve in 2007, when progressive commentator Chris Matthews declared on national television that Obama was “born in Indonesia,” an item he speculated that fellow Democrat Hillary Clinton would raise during the upcoming 2008 primaries.
Reports that Clinton did, in fact, state during a debate to Obama that “You can’t run for president; you’re not a ‘natural born Citizen'” have surfaced, but a video or audio of the purported event has either not been made available or been scrubbed from the internet.
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen.”
OE’s owner focuses on the CCP investigation as “the only legal investigation conducted into the background of Barack Obama” and features parts of a resultant presentation given by Zullo to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) conference last spring in St. Charles, MO.
The entire presentation can be viewed at WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC), which last year launched a campaign to inform Congress, average citizens and public officials about the forgeries through the production of Sheriff’s Kits in either downloadable or DVD format.
OE received copies of the Sheriff’s Kit DVD directly from Michael Volin, founder of WOBC, as did this writer last Thursday, and recommends that anyone needing more information call Volin at 570-394-2570.
An OE page features the case of McInnish v. Chapman, a decision about which The Post & Email exclusively reported on Saturday evening is expected to be announced soon.
As to the purpose of his website, OE told The Post & Email, “I put it originally on CDs for the purpose of handing them out to people to look at and then take some action as a result of that. But I realized that I wouldn’t be able to distribute 2,000,000 of them. The best way to do this was to create a website and challenge every person who reads the website to do two things: to write one letter to his congressman and one letter to each of his senators, then to send a link to the website to every person in their address book. If they did that, it would get to everybody very quickly.”
OE’s home page provides simple directions on how people can write letters in their own words and urge all of their acquaintances to do the same with the goal of reaching 2,000,000 letters, a number mentioned by Zullo on the “Freedom Friday” radio show some weeks ago.
OE recommends that handwritten and typed letters be sent by standard mail or fax to members of Congress and includes a list of every congressman’s contact information on the site. He believes that a hard-copy letter cannot be discarded as easily as an email communication.
During the course of the interview, OE told The Post & Email that last week, he was headed to a dentist’s appointment with a Sheriff’s Kit DVD to provide to the dentist when he was stopped by a sheriff’s deputy for driving five miles over the speed limit. “When we got through, I asked him if he’d heard about Sheriff Arpaio, and he said ‘yes,’ although not much, and I said, “Here,” and I handed him a CD, which I had put in a nice clear plastic jewel case. He was quite eager to get that. It had been meant for my dentist, and I was going to give it to him, so he hasn’t gotten one yet.”
OE told us that the deputy issued a warning rather than a ticket for the five-mile-per-hour infraction.
Regarding Obama’s eligibility, OE said, “Even if he was born in the Oval Office with all of Congress watching, he’s not eligible, not with a foreign-citizen father.”
“We need an avalanche of letters,” OE told us, citing the 2,000,000 figure given out by Zullo. He also asked that everyone inform him via email so that he can keep a tally of approximately how many letters have been mailed or faxed, the address for which is fred@obamaseligibility.com. “We’re looking for an exponential effect,” he told us.
OE recommends a one-page letter to members of Congress asking “that they faithfully discharge the duties of their office…by immediately appointing a Special Prosecutor to investigate the background of Barack Hussein Obama with respect to his eligibility to serve as President of the United States.” However, he also urged citizens to write letters in their own words.

As stated quite some time ago – I have contacted, in writing and verbally, many different “officials” including Paul Broun. That has produced zero results. Over three years ago I personally talked with Paul Broun and provided him with the appropriate documentation regarding Obama and his ineligibility. I also advised him that should it come to a revolution that I would personally make sure that I was a witness at his trial. As you know, that also resulted in zero action. I am physically incapable of participating in such an action but will support any grand jury action that results from the people exercising their rights.
For those that write their ?Reps? I suggest they spell out that their lack of action could be considered treasonous and that they also would participate in any resulting trials.
Breitbart just recently had an article titled, “Ted Cruz Signs Now-Infamous Poster of Himself: ‘The Fight For Liberty Never Ends’.” To those who haven’t seen it, in the poster, which was created by an artist known as SABO, Cruz appears as a shirtless, tattooed, biker-style bad boy. When the unauthorized poster was brought to his attention, Cruz barely batted an eye and instead deftly took the opportunity to make the political point about liberty. That was the gist of the short article.
The ensuing comments to the article were filled with unquestioning adulation and infatuation with Cruz and proclamations that he must be our next president. The Cruz-crush celebrity cult level was as high as when aka obama was first “immaculated” by the left. No one, it seemed, had commented on Cruz being born to an alien father in a foreign country. I posted a comment favorable to Cruz, but while also pointing out that he is not a natural born Citizen and is no more eligible to be president than is the current usurper, aka obama. Shockingly, my comment was promptly censored within minutes (which was surprising since I have posted similar comments there at Breitbart in the past without moderation troubles).
It is darkly sobering when supposedly conservative publications succumb to intolerant worship of personality over principle and over the civil debate of unsettled legitimate political issues. For the record, here is my comment (as well as I can recreate it):
