Is Holder Feeling the Heat?

PUTATIVE ATTORNEY GENERAL COULD LEAVE BY YEAR’S END

(Feb. 11, 2014) — Quoting Jeffrey Toobin of The New Yorker Magazine, The Washington Times is reporting that putative Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he will leave his position before 2015.

An editorial at The Washington Post which appeared to attempt to dispel the notion that Holder will resign by the end of the year also asked the question and crowed, “The uproars — faux and real —  have faded.  He hasn’t testified before a House Committee since May, and nothing’s scheduled.”

USA Today quoted Justice Department spokesman Brian Fallon as having said on Twitter that Holder “planned to stay well into ’14.”

Holder began his tenure as putative Attorney General under Barack Hussein Obama by refusing to prosecute several members of the New Black Panthers who intimidated voters on Election Day 2008 with billy clubs.  Holder is reportedly a former member of the Black Panthers and calls blacks “his people.”

In 2012, Holder refused to take action against New Black Panther members who threatened to kill George Zimmerman after he killed a black teenager, Trayvon Martin, reportedly in self-defense.

Last year, Holder was cited for contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over documentation relating to the gunrunning operation titled “Fast & Furious” which killed several hundred Mexican citizens and a U.S. Border Patrol officer.  In August 2012, the House of Representatives filed a lawsuit to compel release of the documents which is still under adjudication, although in October, an Obama-appointed federal judge ruled against Holder’s request to dismiss the case.

Holder has presided over the U.S. Justice Department as Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility has been challenged in dozens of lawsuits and later, in ballot challenges during the 2012 campaign cycle.  Holder has apparently not questioned the credibility to the long-form birth certificate image posted on the White House website since April 27, 2011 despite a criminal investigation which reports it to be a “computer-generated forgery.”

Under Holder, the FBI has declared Bible believers, veterans, “constitutionalists,” Tea Party members, and traditional-values organizations “right-wing extremists” and “potential domestic terrorists.”  The Sovereign Citizen training programs used throughout the country group veterans standing up against government corruption as potentially violent, in the same vein as a father-and-son team which killed a young Arkansas police officer in cold blood.

Just as his boss wanted to “fundamentally transform the United States of America,” Holder wishes to “fundamentally reconsider laws that permanently disenfranchise people who are no longer under federal or state supervision,” meaning that voting rights should be restored to convicted felons.

Three years ago, Holder announced that he and Obama would no longer uphold the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). On Monday, stated that “It is the (Justice Department’s) policy to recognize lawful same-sex marriages as broadly as possible, to ensure equal treatment for all members of society regardless of sexual orientation,” regardless of the individual state laws pertaining to marriage.

Holder’s DOJ has sued the states of Texas and North Carolina over voter ID laws, and Alabama, South Carolina, Utah, and Arizona over laws passed to combat illegal immigration.

After a district court judge in Utah issued a ruling that same-sex marriages should be recognized in the state despite a voter-approved constitutional amendment, Holder declared that such unions are “legal” and would be recognized by the Justice Department.

Obama had opposed same-sex marriages until he decided he supported them prior to the 2012 election.

Perhaps next month, “universe-shattering” information is expected to be released in the probe of Obama’s long-form birth certificate, with “prosecutions coming.”  On Friday, Maricopa County Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo announced on “Freedom Friday” that a second investigation springing from the birth certificate investigation has been commenced by Sheriff Joe Arpaio.  Zullo also revealed that at least one  ideological Obama supporter is employed by DARPA, which is funded by taxpayer dollars.  Such supporters, or “Obots,” have perpetrated a disinformation campaign on the internet since Obama ran for the presidency and may include death threats, intimidation, ridicule, defamation and false statements.

Holder began his public career in 1976, when he began working as an attorney at Justice’s Public Integrity Section investigating public corruption “on the local, state and federal levels.”
