LAWFUL GRAND JURIES ARE ESSENTIAL TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE

by Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, ©2014

(Jan. 16, 2014) —…there could be a crowd of McMinn County citizens petitioning the McMinn County, Tennessee grand jury next Tuesday, 21 January 2014, offering their own criminal complaints about how Criminal Court Judge Amy F. Armstrong Reedy, in particular, has rigged the McMinn County grand jury since at least 2012 (continuing into 2013 and 2014).

Attachment #1 is a downloadable sample criminal complaint that can be tailored for personal use (see below).

Attachments #2 and #3 offer documented physical evidence of Reedy’s criminal adventures.

Folks interested in appearing next Tuesday morning will need an approved PETITION TO APPEAR.

Attachment #4 is what my petition looks like. This is a picture of the actual document I’ll present in my own behalf next week.

Attachment #5 is a downloadable SAMPLE petition that you can use to construct your own PETITION TO APPEAR.

NOTICE: ONCE COMPLETED, DO NOT SIGN THE PETITION UNLESS YOU HAVE A NOTARY WITNESS OR A WITNESS FROM THE COURTHOUSE!

Folks can download and craft attachment #5 for personal use. The petition can be printed out either on one page (double-sided as mine), or submitted as two separate pages (stapled together).

DO NOT SIGN YOUR PETITION TO APPEAR UNTIL YOU HAVE AN APPROVED WITNESS WATCHING YOU!

You can either take your own personal petition to a Notary before Tuesday morning and sign in the presence of the Notary (as I have and is shown in attachment #4).  Your bank may offer Notary service free of charge. Most attorney paralegals have a Notary stamp and may not charge you if you explain your purpose, or you can bring the unsigned PETITION TO APPEAR to the Courthouse next Tuesday and have either a COURT CLERK or the ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY witness your applied signature and countersign free of charge.

The grand jurors meet in Congressman Chuck Fleischmann‘s office conference room on the 2nd floor of the McMinn County Courthouse in downtown Athens (8 East Madison Avenue). They report at 8:00 a.m.

I plan to be at the Courthouse at 8:00 a.m. I also plan to wait for about 3 1/2 hours before I’m called.

You should expect the same.

Seriously consider bringing your own folding chair or portable chair. There isn’t much seating available on the second floor. A few wooden benches. That’s all. There is wisdom in bringing your own chair. And a good book.

Make sure you sign in. There’s a sign-up sheet at the reception desk in Congressman Fleischmann’s office. I’ll be there if you have any questions.

I’ll be the guy wearing the gray sweatshirt with the great big “NAVY” printed on the front.

If enough folks show up, maybe that dynamic will change (the grand jury might decide to hear us earlier in the day rather than later).

Feel free to send me an email if you need assistance.

This could be a lot of fun.

Me from the bleachers. Pass the word.
