TREASON CHARGES FILED AGAINST THE RESPECTIVE “FRIENDS“

(Jan. 15, 2014) — On Tuesday, Barack Hussein Obama declared, “I have a pen, and I’ve got a phone” to “move the ball forward” with agenda items he wants to accomplish while he continues to occupy the office of the U.S. presidency.

He said he would be meeting with his “cabinet members” to discuss ways to “use all the tools available to us” to reach his goals, implying that he can take action without the legislative branch of government.  The U.S. Constitution set forth three distinct branches of government, with “all legislative powers…vested in a Congress of the United States.”

In 1776, 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence pledged their “lives, fortunes and sacred honor” to proclaim the 13 colonies free from the tyranny of British rule, which imposed “taxation without representation” and other oppressive regulations from King George III in faraway England.  Many of the Framers of the U.S. Constitution died penniless, their farms pillaged, and their wives and children killed by the British.  Some were tortured and witnessed the plundering of their businesses and personal possessions.

Current observers have written that constitutional restraints do not impinge on Obama’s plans for the United States, despite having taken a faulty oath of office in both 2009 and 2013.  Obama said on Tuesday that he intends to implement a “year of action” in 2014 in which he promises to “do everything that I can do without Congress.”

In late 2012, Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi vowed to utilize new powers he bestowed upon himself outside of the nation’s constitution.  At that time, he and Obama were described as “new friends.”  On July 3 of last year, Morsi was deposed by the military after angry citizens protested his dictatorial stance.

Obama claimed that “everybody has to take responsibility” and “everybody has to work hard,” but the number of individuals receiving SNAP food assistance has increased by 16,000,000 under his “leadership.”  He has been pushing Congress to extend unemployment insurance benefits for those who have been receiving it “long-term,” and the “shovel-ready” jobs he promised from the 2009 Stimulus Bill have not materialized.

The “catastrophe” described by putative Labor Secretary Thomas Perez for those whose unemployment insurance had expired is experienced by millions of Americans every day who are not eligible for such benefits and cannot find work, many of whom have lost their homes and businesses through the economic downturn which began in 2008.  There are fewer people in the workforce than there have been since 1979, and many who were counted in the unemployment statistics have stopped looking for work.

Recess appointments made in 2011 are now under review by the U.S. Supreme Court as to whether or not Obama overstepped his constitutional authority.  Many in Congress have expressed outrage at Obama’s perceived flouting of the U.S. Constitution but have failed to take steps to remove him from office or launch a criminal investigation into why his scant documentation has been found to be fraudulent.

Obama has sent millions of dollars to his former bundlers in the “green” energy sector, only to see their companies declare bankruptcy within months of their taxpayer-provided stashes of cash.  His healthcare bill, the Affordable Care Act, has caused nearly 6,000,000 Americans to lose their health insurance plans which they “liked” and Obama said they could “keep.”  A “bailout” of insurance companies if they should lose money by implementing “Obamacare” has reportedly been “built in” to the mammoth piece of hotly-disputed legislation.

Last month, Obama tried to coax Congress to grant him more authority over the U.S. economy.

The economy in Egypt has suffered during the “Great Recession,” and in September 2012, The New York Times described it as “devastated.”

Obama’s sycophantic media claimed that the 2009 Stimulus bill “saved or created” jobs “through its unemployment benefits, food stamps and other aid to struggling families likely to spend it…”  Those who received an increase in food stamps in 2009 lost it in late 2013, with the actual number of people working decreasing since the law was passed.

“Operation Choke Point,” a secret program carried out by Obama’s Department of Justice, has sought to “destroy sectors of the private lending industry” unbeknownst to members of Congress over a four-year period.

Operation Vigilant Eagle has singled out veterans, particularly white males, as “Sovereign Citizens” and “right-wing extremists.”  Over the last five years, veterans have been illegally seized and jailed, targeted by the IRS for unexplained tax levies, and imprisoned far from home on false charges.

Obama wasted billions of taxpayer dollars to build a dysfunctional website for his socialized health care program which the vast majority of Americans oppose. After Obama began selectively changing provisions of the law without Congress, he said that “only lawyers understand the Constitution,” even though historically, it was written for the common man to understand.

Obama has provided aid to Muslim countries, including millions to celebrate a Muslim holiday.  The Obama regime gave $250,000,000 to Morsi prior to his ouster for “promises of economic reform.”  Morsi now awaits trial in an Egyptian prison on charges of murder, kidnapping, conspiracy, and aiding the enemy.

Obama has been accused of aiding enemies of the United States by providing materiel to “rebels” whose numbers include known terrorist groups such as Al Qaeda and Jabhat al-Nusra, who have called for “Islamic rule” in Syria.  He dispatched his “diplomats” to meet with imprisoned members of The Muslim Brotherhood and has himself been accused of “crimes against humanity” by Egyptian attorneys in a complaint filed at the International Criminal Court (ICC), as has Morsi.

Under Morsi, religious persecution and murdering of Christians increased sharply, including of children held for ransom.  Marginalization, persecution, discrimination, retaliation and destitution of Christians, particularly Catholics, has occurred under Obama in violation of the First Amendment to the Bill of Rights.

Walid Shoebat points to the attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 in which four Americans died as a possible Obama-Morsi connection.  On June 30, 2013, Shoebat reported:

A Libyan intelligence document has been produced that directly implicates Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood president Mohammed Mursi in the attacks on American installations in Benghazi on 9/11/12. Those who attempt to discredit this document run into trouble when it is coupled with real-time video we uncovered on 9/13/12. In that video, gunmen at the scene of the attack can be heard declaring that they were sent by Mursi.

Morsi could face the death penalty if convicted of the charges brought against him, which include treason.

Article III, Section 3, clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution states:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Obama regime urged the Egyptian military to release Morsi but claimed it was not “taking sides” in the political turmoil which surrounded his ouster and imprisonment.  Many Egyptians contend that Obama is a supporter of terrorists.  WND reported early last year that Obama was using the Benghazi mission as a location to “to coordinate Arab arms shipments and other aid to the so-called rebels fighting in Libya and later in Syria.”

In August, Shoebat wrote:

…evidence continues to mount which suggests Ansar Al-Sharia Egypt and the Muslim Brotherhood’s Egyptian branch played a role in the Benghazi attacks…the Obama administration is going out of its way to run interference for Egypt’s Brotherhood. Inexplicably, so are Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC). If it can be proven that the individuals these officials and Senators want released, had a role in the Benghazi attacks, the U.S. would be working to actively release individuals responsible for committing an act of war against the United States. There is no question that the Obama administration is siding with the Brotherhood in Egypt’s current struggle. If there was a bit more intellectual curiosity, perhaps we’d get closer to understanding why.

If that question can be answered, impeachment and conviction might be quite possible.

Obama was first accused of committing treason on March 17, 2009, when CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) filed a criminal complaint against him with the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee.  Nothing was done, and Obama is now making his own law with “a pen.”

He has hosted members of Islamist activist groups with ties to The Muslim Brotherhood at the White House and paid verbal tribute to them in public addresses.  Various as-yet-unconfirmed reports state that Obama has also paid tribute to them with millions of American dollars in a secret deal with Morsi.  The son of a jailed Muslim Brotherhood leader claimed in August that his father “had in his hand evidence that will land the head of United States of America, president Obama, in prison.”

Obama has been observed to be Muslim if not in practice, then in his ideology and affinity.  Obama himself has stated, “I am a Muslim.”

While president, Morsi met with an Islamic leader accused of crimes against humanity in his own country of the Sudan and supported by The Muslim Brotherhood.  Morsi retains the support of The Muslim Brotherhood, having been a member of the organization himself from a young age.

The Muslim Brotherhood’s stated goal is to install Sharia law in the United States and to crush Western civilization as we know it.

In the United States, treason has been punished with the death penalty.
