Federal Judges Exposing Obama Regime Agenda

AND IS IT TREASON?

(Dec. 19, 2013) — On a special “We Become the Media” radio show held by Special Operations Speaks and other groups, Capt. Larry Bailey (Ret.) stated that recent news articles have reported that a federal judge has accused the Obama regime of uniting illegal alien children with their parents who are residing in the U.S. illegally themselves.

Two of the hosts on the show identified Obama’s behavior as unconstitutional and “treasonous.”  Numerous criminal complaints have named Obama and members of his regime traitors against the United States of America.

The Post & Email researched Bailey’s claim and found it to be accurate.  On Thursday, Fox News, The Washington Times and Breitbart reported that U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen accused the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of actively participating in a “criminal conspiracy” to “complete the mission” of smugglers attempting to bring children into the country whose parents have summoned them.

The Daily Caller published the judge’s opinion in which he stated that a total of four cases “in as many weeks” involving DHS’s illegal activity were presented to him.  “The DHS has simply chosen not to enforce the United States’ border security laws,” Hanen wrote.

Hanen wrote that the Obama regime knowingly “actually assisted in achieving” the “illegal goals” of uniting the alien minors with their parents.  According to Hanen, taxpayers have paid for the children to be flown with a government guardian of sorts “to multiple locations” during the reunification process.

ICE Council president Chris Crane, who filed a lawsuit against DHS for carrying out Obama’s policy decreed by executive order of “prosecutorial discretion” in regard to illegal aliens, told Fox News that ICE agents routinely “babysit kids and change diapers” for illegal alien children at the behest of their employer, DHS.

On Monday, Judge Richard C. Leon ruled that the surveillance of American citizens “may be unconstitutional,” describing the gathering of information from Americans’ cellular phones without probable cause as “almost Orwellian,” referencing George Orwell, author of the books Animal Farm and 1984, which detail how governments can become authoritarian.

It is expected that the lawsuit upon which Leon ruled, brought by Atty. Larry Klayman, as well as others challenging the constitutionality of the NSA spying, will be appealed by the regime to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Also this week, Judge Ellen Huvelle deemed Obama’s use of executive privilege in denying a FOIA request for a document relating to “Policy Development on Global Development” based on what she termed “a secret law” created by the regime.

Prior to this year, several federal judges ruled that the individual mandate in Obamacare is unconstitutional, while others upheld it.  In June 2012, the U.S. Supreme Court rewrote the law to accommodate its consideration as a tax.  Many observers believe that Chief Justice John Roberts was coerced into changing his vote, possibly as a result of his NSA spying program.

At the beginning of the year, a federal appeals court ruled Obama’s interim appointments unconstitutional.

The U.S. Constitution states that all bills for raising revenue must arise in the House of Representatives, but all of the language in the bill came from the U.S. Senate.  The law has caused over 6,000,000 to lose their individual health care plans without an equivalent affordable substitute in the Obamacare system.

On October 1, an ill-prepared Healthcare.gov website launched despite the regime’s knowledge that it would not perform as expected and needed.  While millions of taxpayers dollars have been paid to the contractors who purportedly built the site, millions more are being spent in an apparent attempt to “fix” it.  Currently, in many cases, after a customer registers and authorizes payment for a premium, the money is not remitted to insurers, with the regime “ordering” the insurance companies to provide coverage to consumers anyway.

Other federal judges are now declaring the mandate for employers with a religious objection to provide contraception and abortion to their employees unconstitutional.

In 1991, Obama claimed through his official biography that he was born in Kenya.  In 2007, he changed his story to say that he was born in Hawaii as he prepared to run for the presidency.  The scant documentation Obama or his supporters have released is available only in electronic form and has been declared fraudulent by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse.

Since 2008, anyone questioning Obama’s life story, birthplace, parentage, education, and public statements has been threatened, intimidated, ridiculed, ostracized, and vilified.  Many have received threats of death or bodily harm.

However, even the mainstream media, which has shielded Obama from any scrutiny for at least the last five years, has begun to identify and report opinion polls which say that Obama is dishonest.  An editorial in The Pittsburgh Press recounts some of Obama’s lies and asks, “So why the forgery?” as mainstream news outlets finally begin to acknowledge Obama’s duplicity in other matters.

Presidential contender Mitt Romney had attempted to tell the public that Obama was lying about his “signature” health care law, Obamacare.

As reported by normally left-leaning Yahoo! News, Obama’s own half-brother says that Obama “used composites” in his book Dreams From My Father in order to “fashion an identity.”

There has been speculation that Obama could be impeached by the House of Representatives for his perceived constitutional violations.  Obama has presided over an IRS which has targeted individuals voicing opposition to his policies; supported the collection of journalists’ phone records without cause; termed military veterans “right-wing extremists;” attempted to infuse the military with propaganda about Christians and other religious groups; produced propaganda at taxpayer expense to push his socialist health care program; and promised transparency but delivered dishonesty and deceit, among other transgressions.

But are federal judges beginning to see through the lies?
