WHO HAS THE COURAGE TO PURSUE IT?

(Dec. 17, 2013) — At approximately 9:00 a.m., businessman Donald Trump tweeted the question, “Who thinks that President Obama is totally incompetent?”

The Post & Email follows Trump on Twitter and responded, “Incompetent, ineligible, and a liar. Also party to a conspiracy to create a fraudulent BC and SS registration form.”

In early 2011, weighing a possible presidential run, Trump pressured Obama to produce his “long-form” birth certificate to the public to prove his origins and presumed eligibility for the presidency.  On April 26, Obama’s personal attorney, Judith Corley of Perkins & Coie, reportedly flew to Hawaii to retrieve two certified copies of his long-form birth certificate as reportedly overseen by Health Department Director Loretta Fuddy.

Fuddy was reported to have died after a single-engine Cessna Grand Caravan airplane lost power and the pilot skillfully landed it on the surface of the water off the cost of Molokai Island, where Fuddy and eight others had visited for the day on official business, according to news reports.  All passengers and the pilot were reported to have donned life jackets in a “calm, orderly” manner when they knew the plane would make impact with the water shortly after takeoff.

Conflicting reports say that Fuddy was found in the fuselage of the plane and was floating in the water with the others after the “crash.”  An autopsy was supposed to have been done on Thursday, then Friday, but is apparently still not available.

Earlier in the Twitter feed, CBS White House reporter Mark Knoller tweeted that Obama would be meeting with 15 technology representatives “to discuss performance and capacity issues” associated with the failed Healthcare.gov website.  Moments before publication time, Knoller updated his report with, “WH agrees to let a TV Pool cameraman into the Obama photo op with IT execs. But no reporters. Which means no questions.”

Last week, the White House press pool voiced strident opposition to the Obama regime’s blocking of their photographers from its figurehead, which other administrations have not done.

Obama had promised “an unprecedented level of openness in government” on the part of his regime, which has “fundamentally transformed” the health care industry, the EPA and hence jobs in the coal industry, the national debt, government surveillance of innocent American citizens, race relations, the function of the U.S. Justice Department and Internal Revenue Service, converting those agencies into tools to be used against his political and ideological opponents.

His FBI has taken no action on death threats made by his sycophants to those investigating his false statements and constitutional eligibility.  In fact, over the last four years, The Post & Email has acquired proof that certain FBI employees are cooperating with the regime in its prosecution of Darren Wesley Huff and Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III.

Fitzpatrick’s attempt to arrest the Monroe County, TN grand jury foreman on April 1, 2010 is now vindicated since the state of Tennessee has clarified that the foreman does not come from the randomly-selected jury pool but is an employee of the court hired by the judge “from wherever he chooses.”  In one of the grand jury indictments against Fitzpatrick, the acting grand jury foreman was described as “a juror,” and the charge specifically concerned the “intimidation of a juror.”

The Washington Times has just reported that six U.S. troops have been killed in a plane crash in Afghanistan.  Under Obama, U.S. troop deaths in Afghanistan in five years have skyrocketed to five times the number which occurred under George W. Bush in seven years of war, largely attributed to the new Rules of Engagement which prevent soldiers from shooting suspected terrorists unless they clearly see that the person possesses a firearm.

In September 2011, the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse began a criminal investigation into the birth certificate image, declaring it fraudulent on March 1, 2012, along with Obama’s Selective Service registration form.  At least 200 members of Congress have been given “Sheriff’s Kits” with a presentation given by lead investigator Mike Zullo, but none has taken any public action.  Zullo and radio show host Carl Gallups, who is close to the investigation, have recently stated unequivocally that “there is no birth in Hawaii” for Obama.

If Obama was born in a foreign country, he may not meet the requirements of Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, which states that the president and commander-in-chief must be a “natural born Citizen.”

The creator of the Sheriff’s Kits, Mike Volin, told The Post & Email on Monday that it is now up to “the grassroots” to tell the citizenry that Obama’s only proffered documentation is fraudulent.
