“BORN IN HAWAII”

(Nov. 12, 2013) — On Monday evening, CBS reporter Mark Knoller tweeted that Obama issued a statement in response to the Hawaii State Senate voting in favor of legalizing “gay” marriage saying that he was “proud to have been born in Hawaii.”
The Post & Email responded to Knoller’s tweet by saying, “America will find out that that is another lie.”
The Hawaii Senate voted to repeal an amendment to the state’s constitution approved by voters defining marriage as between one man and one woman in 1998.
Obama had first said he was against gay marriage, then during the 2012 campaign, said that he was in favor of it.
Several states’ legislatures have approved redefining marriage without their constituents’ having had the opportunity to vote on it. In Connecticut, the state Supreme Court rendered gay marriage legal by decree rather than by the consent of the voters.
There is no evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii. His purported long-form birth certificate has been declared fraudulent by a law enforcement investigation and numerous graphics experts. The Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse, which carried out the ongoing criminal investigation, also determined that Obama’s Selective Service registration form is a forgery.
Congress has taken no verifiable action on the results of the criminal investigation, although many members have been briefed by constituents and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo.
Zullo has reported that the airline manifests for early August 1961, when Obama was reportedly born, are missing, as is the microfilm which should have had a record of his original Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Hawaii Department of Health, if in fact it existed.
No hospital in Hawaii or anywhere else in the United States has claimed Obama’s birth, despite his repeated claims that he was born at Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu on August 4, 1961. Prior to that, his half-sister, Maya, told media that Obama was born at Queens Medical Center, which contradicted her statement.
Obama’s official biography issued by his literary agent in 1991 said that he was “born in Kenya” and raised in Hawaii and Indonesia. The biography was changed to say that he was born in Hawaii in 2007, shortly after he declared he would seek the presidency.
Hawaii issues short-form Certifications of Live Birth to Hawaii residents who report a birth to the Health Department, although the birth could have occurred outside of the United States. Zullo and Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio have stated that the practice endangers national security because an unknown number of illegal aliens could have received what appears to be a document indicating that they were born in the United States and are therefore entitled to citizenship and other benefits.
Obama’s birthplace is germane to the question of whether or not he is eligible to serve as president of the United States given that the U.S. Constitution requires that the nation’s chief executive be a “natural born Citizen.”
Former Hawaii officials have contradicted each other’s statements pertaining to Obama’s vital records and whether or not they worked together to produce public comments made by former Department of Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino.
A graphics and typesetting analyst who believes he knows who created the fraudulent birth certificate bearing Obama’s name filed two affidavits with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington on October 18 and has been asked by the judge to substantiate why the petition should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. One of the affidavits is public, while the other reportedly contains the identities of those accused of forgery, fraud, conspiracy and other crimes.
Several individuals named in the public affidavit are NBC News’ Savannah Guthrie, Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, former White House Counsel Robert Bauer, and Fukino, among others.
The mainstream media has refused to report on the questions surrounding Obama’s origins and the findings of the Cold Case Posse.
The Post & Email has received information from a reputable source indicating that Obama was not born in Hawaii.
In Obama’s statement today, he said that “Hawaii exemplifies the values we hold dear as a nation.”
To correct my last comment. Bari Malik Shabazz, aka Barrack Obama, son of Malcolm X and radical Elizabeth Ann Newman aka Elizabeth Ann Duke-recently removed from the FBI Most Wanted lists, is the son of two Radicals that were known in their time and the Bronx. The father of Ann was Dr. Fred Delano Newman another Radical Marxist “Community Organizer” of the Bronx-the mother of Ann was Jackie Salit- another “Community Organizer” and once wife of Dr. Newman both Marxist/Socialist liberals that were Godless anti-American operatives from the 60’s. Elizabeth Ann Newman, Obama’s mother was with Bill Ayers when they broke off from “The Weather Underground” to form another radical group that killed police officers and bombed the Washington Navy Yard Computer Building in 1969. Obama’s mother Ann was on the FBI most wanted list and on the run since 1984 and was discovered in Pennsylvania and was seen with Obama getting off a plane with Obama. So, the government is protecting a criminal fugitive who is the mother of Obama and who was recently taken off The Most Wanted status. Ann’s mother and father were well known in the liberal community and were intertwined with The Black Muslim Movement in New York and Chicago with the Ayers family. Their dream was to put the son of Malcolm in power as President and was a major focus of the DNC Operatives for many decades. Voter fraud, theft of funds and massive decoys were employed to force feed Obama to POTUS. Not only did Biden and Pelosi falsify Obama’s eligibility on the DNC vetting papers in 2008 but they also sent the falsified papers to all 50 states. Obama was born of two U.S. Citizen parents out of wedlock but he became a “dual citizen” by his eight year attendance at Jakarta’s Muslim Boy Prep School and had to become a citizen of Indonesia to attend their schools by their Constitution rendering Obama unqualified to be POTUS as a “dual citizen”. American Grand Jury had copies of the papers years ago but no one listened to them including “The Tea Party” that wanted nothing to do with that group or the Long Form Kenyan COB that we had posted on the internet. The site was hacked 24/7 by DNC Operatives and Bob Campbell pulled the site since it took so much of his time to repair it. Now America is becoming “concerned” about complete collapse, they should have listened to many people and Veterans like Walter Fitzpatrick that was the first to stand up and risk his retirement and reputation. Since that time the DNC had focused on illegal arrests, illegal imprisonment, drugging, beating, tazering and torture of about 8 different Veteran hero’s that have tried to save America from the Marxist/Socialist gutting of it’s finance, Military and stimulus Ponzi schemes forced by DNC voting fraud and theft. I can’t understand what level America will have to reach before we are like Old Detroit and national riots and anarchy will be the news of the day. The politicians have cut their own throat and we are all looking at term limits and full benefit cuts just to start. All security cuts after leaving office will be a reality-if they want “security” let them pay for a “license to carry” permit as all “The Commoners” have to and run the gamut that we have to in order to protect ourselves from the criminals. The “Entitlement Era” is over and “The Pork Train” is over. The ones that are there in DC don’t care since they have spent careers stealing and scamming taxpayer monies to become wealthy behind closed doors in DC. The time has come to flush out the cowards and thieves behind the curtains of “The DC Culture Of Corruption”. A new generation will be their worst nightmare to remind them of their careers of serving themselves while destroying America and leaving a tradition of horrors and perversion, theft and corruption in their wake. Over 65 million people have lost their jobs or are now forced to be UNDEREMPLOYED and have been forced to live a life in misery after all their lifelong efforts to succeed. Only the politicians are responsible as their over taxing and force has broken companies and forced them over seas to survive the 40% corporate tax rate. Any body got any ideas on how to create 65 million gainful employment jobs? Naa, probably not and we know the government doesn’t either. We don’t need ANY more “Government Jobs” since we have too many that are poorly managed and operate in the 70% waste mode 24/7 and still nothing gets done. Always look at the end result to what you have, how is our government doing? There are some good people in government but the majority rule and we ain’t doin’ so good folks. Don’t hold your breath since you may not make it. Voting times are comin’ again and lets remember all the voter fraud that Uncle Sam wouldn’t investigate the last 2 times around that got us into real trouble and loss. Lets not allow fraud and adolescents to turn us off onto that dead end road again. It’ time for a New America to stand up and let the criminals know they fired their last shot and to prepare for war. My generation is ready and they have ignited the fires of retaliation that will not stop for respect of so many that have given their lives for our freedom and we will not stop until ALL the entitlement criminals have been imprisoned or worse-given the death penalty for Treason to get their dirty deed rewards. Hillary and her perverted criminal crew are working hard for a shot at the next DNC voter fraud rodeo. Let’s get ready to vote all out and see a landslide to remove the destruction of American History. We don’t need any more cigar Gods or Oreo Cookie Pimps running the show. We need our Constitutional rights returned to secure Criminal Presentments to imprison or deal sentences for Treason, Perjury, Election Fraud, Identity Fraud, Murder, Theft Of Funds, Obfuscation, Misprision Of Felony and outright criminal lying and fraud of America’s citizens and Veterans. We also need Walt Fitzpatrick, Darren Huff, Lakin, Butler and other Veterans released from false accusations of the law, false imprisonment and attacks from the Obama criminal organization against these Veterans. We had better pray to remove the Muslim/Marxist/Socialist/Liberal force that is destroying America. Martha called it out as a Demonic Bind Against America which is what it is and it’s even worse as they have so many on their side working to take down America. Many Americans cannot identify what’s wrong, because they don’t grasp that satan is quite alive – and wreaking evil like never before.
The last line of barry’s quote should read,”Hawaii nullifies the values we once held dear as a nation.” That would be a truthful statement. Of course, from the liar-in-chief we cannot expect any truth to emanate from his deceitful, fraudulent character.
Is it possible under Hawaiian Law that the SENATE repeal an AMENDMENT?
Wouldn’t a REPEAL AMENDMENT have to replace an AMENDMENT?
Since when does one branch of government get to overturn the Will of the People?
Even supporters of a repeal should be terrified that their voices are but caprices to the ears of elected officials.
