ARE PRESIDENTIAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FINALLY RECOGNIZED?

by Sharon Rondeau, h/t ORYR

(Aug. 7, 2013) — ObamaReleaseYourRecords has reported that a “Republican Assembly” has filed a Friend of the Court brief with the case reported earlier at The Post & Email as “under review” by the Alabama Supreme Court justices.

The Republican Assembly uses the customary Republican elephant on its logo but describes itself as “The Republican Wing of the Republican Party.”

The case was filed with the Alabama Supreme Court in late March of this year after an appellate court declined to fault Secretary of State Beth Chapman for failing to perform due diligence in vetting presidential candidates for eligibility according to Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, as claimed by the plaintiffs.

Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo filed an affidavit in mid-May for the plaintiffs which related some of the group’s findings in its then-19-month investigation of Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card, both of which they declared were forgeries.  The birth certificate image was posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 after much doubt had been expressed by business mogul Donald Trump and many other Americans that Obama did not qualify as a “natural born Citizen,” as is required by the Constitution.

This is a developing story.

  1. Alabama is a strong southern state but remember just a while back judge Moore was thrown out of office while standing up for the constitution and ten commandments tablet that was ripped out of his court house with a fork lift by the feds- the left is terrified of the southern states because it is the Bible belt, not DC or San Francisco. whoopsi! Alabama still has streets in towns that are safe to walk down without carrying a fire arm, most people there are not shy about self protection and the constitution. Texas and Alabama are two of the best states where you can still feel the constitution is in effect.
