CAN AMERICA’S FINANCIAL FOUNDATION BE RESTORED?

(Jul. 4, 2013) — We have about a hundred major crises on hand this day, the rising debt increasing its service cost while we don’t pay a dime on principal; just the interest.  We have a central bank printing dollars and buying government bonds, as if one can print money, print real capital, and buy the capital with the money, making it real.

We have a commander in chief who established a “diplomatic compound” for the express purpose of transferring weapons to terrorists, and when it was being attacked, this man took the frantic call for help in the White House situation room, stopped the two rescue missions already initiated according to standard operating procedure, and summarily relieved one of the commanders because he refused to stop doing his “standard operating procedure orders” for emergencies,” at the president’s command.”

It is almost assured we have surpassed the unemployment of “the Great Depression” at this point, but since government figures lie, we can only do our utmost to secure our own corner of the community.  Every action taken by the man in the presidential suit appears purposed for reducing our productivity as a nation, to reduce our ability to compete in the world of finance and in trade, deliberately taking steps to break our productivity, while increasing our debt dramatically.

The Congress is debating whether to allow 11 million, or 20 million, take a guess, it’s as likely to be accurate as any figures, illegal aliens to become “legal,” even while the 700 miles of fence written into law and funded a decade ago has had almost thirty miles built.   It was made law when Congress passed the bill and signed off by the president, yet having made the law, Congress turned around and spent the funds elsewhere, and in essence, let the passage of the bill be the sole extent of the law.

I have called for all Americans to look at the way our government functions and to take umbrage at the fact almost every single act it takes turns out to be a crime, yet nothing has changed.  There are literally thousands of such laws on the books, entirely unfulfilled, because they stand in support of “the republic” and to enforce them would end the welfare state and bring back “the rule of law,” putting our elected representatives back in the position of serving rather than ruling.

I demand we live by the Constitution, the Declaration, and consider what it took to get these things in place as the beginnings of “a government under the rule of law,” following the best to be gained from “The Empire” and adding to it our own best, establishing a new paradigm for government in the world, but the cacophony of politics draws people away from our foundation.

We could change, we can recognize no part of the central government functions within the law, and we could choose to stop this government by, as A People, “choosing the law over politics” and standing together on the fixed principles of our founding.  That is the sole means of restoring “the republic” without revolution.  If we don’t do this, there are many things we know are going to happen.  Our economy will collapse.  The government will demand we turn in all our real money, our change, and everything of value we have to “save the Nation.”  We will end up ratifying the U.N. treaties, not merely the Small Arms Treaty, but every one they put before us.

The Americans who simply can’t stand this current state of affairs will rise up, we will take up arms, and regardless of the outcome, civil war will rage, and the nation will at best be devastated, and at worst, conquered as we fight our government.

On the other hand, we could demand Congress tell us what the dollar is valued at, fulfilling their constitutional duty again and providing relative values of foreign money coined.  It probably can’t revert to the original, but it could be defined as “100 copper pennies of standard weight,” and the dollar could revert to its value as of 1981, deflating, but providing a foundation beyond manipulation.

We can have freedom, liberty, and responsibility, or we can have privileges, rules and laws governing our every move each day.  We can be “sovereign citizens” and not dependent, or we can be subjects of the State, and not be responsible for anything but paying taxes.  We have to choose, because not to decide is to decide to be serfs.
