IS FORMER WHITE HOUSE COUNSEL INVOLVED IN TARGETING OF “CONSERVATIVES?”

by Sharon Rondeau

Former White House Counsel Robert Bauer cited political influence over the firing of nine U.S. attorneys during the Bush administration. But is the Obama regime carrying out politically-motivated acts against citizens of the United States?

(Jun. 24, 2013) — On October 17, 2008, former White House Counsel and Obama for America Counsel Robert Bauer wrote a seven-page letter to then-Attorney General Michael Mukasey to complain that in 2004 and 2006, there had been a “corrupt injection of politics into federal law enforcement.”

Bauer cited a “pattern of misconduct” under investigation by Special Prosecutor Nora Dannehy relating to the termination of nine U.S. attorneys serving in the Bush administration.

On July 21, 2010, Dennehy’s two-year investigation resulted in a finding that no criminal charges were warranted over the firing of the U.S. attorneys.  Dannehy’s qualifications and findings have been criticized by some.

Dannehy is now deputy attorney general for the State of Connecticut under Democrat Attorney General George Jepsen.

In his letter to Mukasey, Bauer cited the website TPM, which describes itself as providing “commentary on political events from a politically left perspective.” As The Post & Email has noted previously, there is a difference between “commentary” or editorializing and real news.

TPM calls Tea Party members “extremists” and seeks to “stop” them in their “partisan politics.”

Upon logging on to the site, the following political ad appears unsolicited:

Ed Markey is a Democrat running for the U.S. Senate seat vacated by John Kerry upon becoming putative Secretary of State.  On his campaign website, Obama promises that Markey will “continue the march forward on behalf of not just this generation, but future generations.”

“Citizens United” was a case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court challenging a 2002 campaign finance law.  The court sided with Citizens United in its contention that some of the restrictions imposed by the law violated the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights.

Citizens United is currently advocating for a special prosecutor to investigate the terrorist attack of September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya, which killed four Americans and during which a “stand-down” order was reportedly given to Special Forces and other military units ready to carry out a contingency plan to assist those under siege.  The organization also examines Democrats and Independents who voted for Obama in 2008 and whether or not Obama has delivered on his promises.

U.S. attorneys are part of the Department of Justice under the U.S. Attorney General.

Over the last several months, corruption uncovered within the Obama regime has shown that the IRS has targeted hundreds of “conservative” groups, particularly “smaller” groups without lawyers on staff, according to Fox News on Monday morning.  Numerous Tea Party, evangelical, traditional marriage and family, and private persons have been the objects of additional scrutiny by the IRS beginning at least in 2010.

Robert Bauer left his post as White House counsel in June 2011.  In an undated announcement on the White House website, Bauer was declared the replacement for then-White House counsel Gregory Craig.  A downloadable PDF of the announcement leads to an empty search box with an error message.

Obama promised the most transparent administration in U.S. history, but Bauer has been named by a scanning expert who has participated in an official investigation as having knowledge of a cover-up of Obama’s birth records and history.

Atty. J. Christian Adams, who formerly worked in the Obama Justice Department but resigned over his allegations of a racially-motivated environment, has suggested that Bauer is responsible for the IRS’s targeting of certain organizations.  “Any criminal investigation identifies for further scrutiny those with motive, opportunity, and means, and Bauer deserves no quarter from FBI investigators on those three counts,” wrote Adams on June 4.

At a Tea Party rally held at the U.S. Capitol last Wednesday, Ken Hoagland of “Restore Americanamed Bauer as having sent “memo after memo to the Justice Department, the IRS, and all interested parties” to make efforts to silence Tea Party groups.  “Bob Bauer,” Hoagland shouted out loudly at the rally.

Adams’s article predated the Tea Party protests against the IRS last week.

Bauer had decried claims of voter fraud in 2008 allegedly made by Republicans, although numerous members of ACORN, which organized massive voter registration drives, at times collecting fraudulent signatures, pleaded guilty and were convicted in 2009.

Bauer is married to Anita Dunn, who stated in 2009 that the Obama campaign had “controlled the media” during the 2008 campaign.  Dunn described how a “Fight the Smears” website was assembled to allegedly combat misinformation.  Now defunct, the site contained Obama’s short-form birth certificate, which has been described by investigators as a forgery.

Control of the media was effected by Adolf Hitler in his rise to totalitarian power.  The Founders included the First Amendment in the Bill of Rights so that government could be held accountable, but American media has failed to perform its function over at least the last several decades, instead under-reporting corruption and substituting Hollywood gossip for “news.”

On July 17, 2012, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office gave the second of two press conferences, at which Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Zullo called for a congressional investigation into their findings.  The media fell silent and Congress took no action.  Since that time, Zullo has attempted to gain the attention of members of Congress at CPAC and the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers’ Association conference held on May 31 and June 1 of this year.  Forward movement toward that end has been accomplished with a possible meeting between Zullo and members of Congress to take place sometime over the summer.

On April 27, 2011, the White House posted an image which it purported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate proving he was born in Hawaii, but that, too, is a forgery.  In a recent radio interview, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, which commissioned the posse to conduct its investigation in September 2011, had in its possession two short-form birth certificates from black people born in Hawaii during the 1960s whose forms indicate “Negro” for the race of their parents, not “African,” which is the term on Obama’s purported short form used to describe his alleged father, Barack Hussein Obama from Kenya.

Kapiolani Medical Center, where Obama was reportedly born, will not grant any interviews nor make any statements about the claim, allegedly because of “privacy” concerns.  Criminal complaints sent to the FBI about the crime of forgery have been ignored.

Because citizens cannot approach judicially-recognized, seated federal grand juries with evidence, no grand jury in the country has had the opportunity to review the evidence of forgery, fraud, election fraud, and what could be the “corrupt injection of politics into federal law enforcement” for failing to investigate the forgeries bearing Obama’s name.

After leaving the White House, Bauer returned to private practice at Perkins Coie, which has defended Obama from having to release documentation to prove his constitutional eligibility.  Bauer also served as counsel for Obama for America during 2012 and is counsel to the Democratic National Committee (DNC).  Perkins Coie has been a customer of Reed Hayes, a certified document examiner with 20 years’ experience, who stated on the record that the Cold Case Posse’s findings of fraud in Obama’s long-form birth certificate were correct.

Under Obama, veterans, particularly white males, have been targeted by the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Justice Department, and one of its branches, the FBI, for special scrutiny resulting from the regime’s belief that they could easily become “radicalized” through Operation Vigilant Eagle.

Darren Wesley Huff, a Navy veteran who did not commit a crime, has been incarcerated since October 18, 2011 after having been framed by a false affidavit sworn out by FBI Special Agent Mark van Balen on April 26, 2010.  U.S. Attorney William C. Killian, who appears to favor Muslims’ civil rights over those of others, has threatened the public with prosecution if they should express anti-Muslim views in public or online.  Killian’s office prosecuted Huff and has obstructed exculpatory evidence on his case from reaching the two federal grand juries sitting in Knoxville.

The head of the Knoxville FBI contends that there is not enough evidence to prosecute Barack Hussein Obama for treason.  The FBI is a “federal law enforcement” agency led by Robert S. Mueller, III, who will be retiring on September 4.

Obama’s Justice Department head, Eric Holder, has been cited for contempt of Congress and is under investigation for perjury to Congress.  He refused to prosecute a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers which could have been won by default, which was a factor in Adams’s resignation.  After leaving, Adams wrote a book entitledInjustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department.

Former Marine Brandon Raub, who had posted a declaration entitled “Take Our Republic Back” on his Facebook page in 2011, was arrested without cause in August of last year, incarcerated in a psychiatric institution against his will and told he would be forced to take medication.  After six days, a federal judge ordered him released, after which The Rutherford Institute filed a lawsuit on his behalf with an unspecified amount for injury they claimed he sustained.

On August 20, 2012, Rutherford stated in a press release on Raub’s case that the government had been conducting “overt Facebook surveillance” on him.  The organization claims that both his First Amendment and Fourth Amendment rights were violated by members of Obama’s Secret Service and FBI.  On May 22, 2013, in its announcement about the lawsuit, Rutherford said:

Since coming to Raub’s defense, The Rutherford Institute has been contacted by military veterans across the country recounting similar incidents. In filing a civil suit against government officials, Rutherford Institute attorneys plan to take issue with the manner in which Virginia’s civil commitment statutes are being used to silence individuals engaged in lawfully exercising their free speech rights.

Under Obama, journalists’ computers and websites have been hacked and death threats received, with an increased effort by the regime to limit free speech on bloggers and “citizen journalists” predicted by a “DHS insider,” according to Douglas Hagmann.  The source, who has been quoted in previous articles by Hagmann, reportedly told him last week:

The intimidation factor is huge if a media contact is outside of a small circle of ‘vetted’ journalists who are completely loyal to Obama and his agenda. If you are not part of that inner circle, you are a target, it’s that simple. You are seeing the formation of a state-run media and an administration that will intimidate, punish or prosecute anyone considered unfriendly to the Obama camp from the inside and the outside. Like I said, this also involves elected officials, their staffs and even in some cases, their families. And it is all being done under the color of authority and the pretext of national security.”

…This is about dismantling the United States and nothing less. This is about foreign interests who have taken over our government without a shot.

Retired Navy veteran Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III has been targeted by the IRS, which has been garnishing two-thirds of his pension for the last 17 months without notification or a hearing on any alleged taxes due.

Fitzpatrick has said that anyone standing up for the U.S. Constitution is a target of the Obama regime.  When entering the U.S. military, those enlisting take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Both Huff and Fitzpatrick have been labeled “Sovereign Citizens” in a nationally-distributed law enforcement training program and were falsely named in a non-existent plot to “take over” the Monroe County courthouse on April 20, 2010.

In his declaration, Raub stated:

This is the land where justice wins. This is the land where liberty dwells. This is the land where freedom reigns. This is the land where we help the poor, and people help each other…Force is not the way because liberty is a powerful concept. The idea that men can govern themselves is the basis for every just form of government…

The Bill of Rights is being systematically dismantled. Men have spilled their blood for those rights.

Your sons and daughters, your brothers and sisters, and Americas best young men and women are losing their limbs. They are losing their lives. They are losing the hearts. They do not know why they are fighting. They are killing. And they do not know why…

There is hope. BUT WE MUST TAKE OUR REPUBLIC BACK.

During Huff’s trial, his former bank manager, Shane Longmire, testified that Huff had said he was going to “take over the [Monroe County] courthouse on April 20.  However, Huff told The Post & Email in a telephone interview last fall that Longmire’s claim  “wasn’t even close to what I said.”  Huff told us that he said, “If we can take back our courts and our grand juries…”

Malfeasance in office, or official misconduct, is the commission of an unlawful act, done in an official capacity, which affects the performance of official duties. Malfeasance in office is often grounds for a for-cause removal of an elected official by statute or recall election.

What is failure to support and prosecute Grand Jury findings by a DA or judge, if not official misconduct or malfeasance in office?
