PUSHING BACK AGAINST INDEFINITE DETENTION

(Mar. 26, 2013) — This week, two states are facing crucial action in the fight for our Constitution. Texas’s powerful anti-NDAA bill, HB 149, comes up for its first vote tomorrow afternoon. Arizona’s bill is being held up by one person, and we need to bring the pressure as fast as possible.
