WHAT ABOUT OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW AND ORDER?

For the last four or five years, after having never been politically “active” before, I have become somewhat of a student, as well as a blogger, concerning the man who calls himself “Barack Hussein Obama” (legal name unknown and legal citizenship undocumented). I suppose my preoccupation with “Obama” stems mainly from my college education (sociology and psychology degree) and my 30+ year career in law enforcement (roughly half of that time spent as an investigator). I also am a military veteran, and my permanent assignment overseas was with a Military Police Unit. Through the years, I have developed a pretty good sense of sizing up and assessing people. I am fair and rarely wrong. In examples relevant to the subject matter at hand, when Richard Nixon (a Republican) claimed “Your president is not a crook,” I sensed early on and very strongly that he was, and years later I made a similar assessment, again early on, that Bill Clinton, who said “I never had s** with that woman,” was a liar and, for all intents and purposes, using our White House as a brothel. I DO NOT LIKE PEOPLE WHO ARE CHEATS, LIARS, AND CROOKS, AND I DISLIKE IT ESPECIALLY WHEN OUR PRESIDENT IS A CHEAT, LIAR AND CROOK. To me, there could be nothing worse.
Before I get to the point of my message, though, I feel it necessary to once again reiterate a number of FACTS and TRUTHS. And, by the way, I am a registered INDEPENDENT, and certainly not a racist or any type of extremist. The first FACT is that the Hawaiian “birth certificate,” which, under pressure, “Obama” publicly released in April 2011, is a blatant FORGERY. It has been examined by forensic experts around the world, including law enforcement, and proved to be a photographically pieced-together counterfeit document. The FACT of the matter overwhelmingly appears to be that “Obama” was born in Kenya. A literary agent in 1991 wrote a bio of “Obama” which stated that “Obama” was “Kenyan-born.” Only when “Obama” decided to run for the presidency in 2007 did he retract the information contained in the bio about his birthplace! I guess he never proofread his own bio! Maybe it was just a typographical error! Another FACT is that “Obama” is using a Social Security Number which does not belong to him (IDENTITY THEFT). It belongs to a man born in 1890 whose name was Harrison J Bounel (which is one of the many aliases “Obama” has used throughout his life). Still another FACT is that “Obama,” or someone acting on his behalf (Chicago draft board?), unlawfully altered and backdated (FORGERY) his military Selective Service Registration form, commonly called draft card. By law, no one guilty of this criminal offense can EVER be “commander-in-chief” of our country’s armed forces, or president. How “Obama” did it is another story for another time. THESE ,THEN, ARE SOME OF THE FACTS AND TRUTHS ABOUT OUR CURRENT PRESIDENT (who has committed literally dozens, if not hundreds, more serious crimes and violations of our country’s Constitution including, I think, treason). It is obvious to me that this man, “Obama,” attempted by mostly criminal means to FABRICATE AN IDENTITY AS AN AMERICAN CITIZEN. You ought to ask yourselves WHAT DO YOU THINK HIS MOTIVE WAS! To say the least, the answer should be greatly disturbing to you, future Komrade!
In 2008, I began, along with many other concerned Americans, informing the media, various elected officials, and the GOP of these FACTS AND TRUTHS. As you might guess, I rarely received any response! Whenever such a rare response was received, it was always a form letter or email thanking me for my interest and telling me that “Obama” was an American “citizen” (the actual Constitutional requirement of being a NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN was never mentioned in those rare responses), who was qualified to hold the office of the presidency. It is not an exaggeration to say that I wrote hundreds (possibly thousands) of emails, letters and faxes and made hundreds of phone calls – all to no avail. In fact, people like REINCE PRIEBUS, the RNC Chairman, GREGG KELLER, National Executive Director of the American Conservative Union which sponsors CPAC, and ROGER AILES, President of Fox News Channel, REFUSED (AND STILL DO REFUSE) TO TAKE MY CALLS OR COMMUNICATE WITH ME IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER! One of those organizations repeatedly and viciously called me “Benedict Arnold!” Their reason for not discussing and not even wanting to acknowledge the existence of these issues (I see them as national security issues) is that THEY DON’T WANT TO RISK GOING “ON RECORD,” BEING IMPLICATED IN, OR EVEN BEING EXPOSED TO ANYTHING SO POTENTIALLY DAMNING AND CONTROVERSIAL. And, too, there is a vast CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE. In the case of FOX NEWS, their employees and so-called journalists have had their FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND FREEDOM OF PRESS taken away by a sinister un-American GAG ORDER imposed on them by Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes.
Now, for my main point. Last year, and forgive me if this seems pretentious, I told REINCE PRIEBUS (in emails which received no responses) and MITT ROMNEY as well as PAUL RYAN (in emails and personal letters which received no responses) WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO TO GUARANTEE VICTORY IN THE ELECTION, AND, IN THE PROCESS, SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY, i.e., the RNC/GOP should have stopped withholding the truth about “Barack Hussein Obama” from the people, who were the potential voters in the election, and should have publicly exposed him for the fraud and criminal that he is. By exposing “Obama” collectively by The Party as a whole, they would have been able to save Mssrs. Romney and Ryan from having to do it themselves and undoubtedly then being accused of racism, dirty campaigning, and much worse. The RNC/GOP should have made it clear to the people that the issue was a LAW ENFORCEMENT and CONSTITUTIONAL matter, not one motivated by racism or partisan politics. Obviously, the advice which I (and very likely many others) offered to the RNC/GOP was disregarded, and the election was lost. Now, in March 2013 in the last week and one-half, I have been trying to communicate the facts and truths about “Obama” and the same above sentiments and strategy to GREGG KELLER, ACU National Executive Director and sponsor of CPAC. Evidently, though, Mr. Keller doesn’t want to hear what I have to say or be subjected to it for fear that it might incriminate him later because he had knowledge of it and failed to take any action (some people equate this with misprision). Mr. Keller thus far has refused to respond to my efforts to communicate with him, and I have little or no doubt that he will continue to do so!

Not only is conservatism & patriotism dead in DC, the attributes of integrity, honesty, and God fearing (revering)character, are no longer endangered species. They are by all appearances extinct. The two party system has genetically mutated into a manipulated body politic.
The exposure of alleged Christian politicians is the most disturbing factor. Oh, to discover a young David (shepherd boy)that acts upon principle without fear of the soetero machine.
Tom – An excellent post but I believe you have given the leaders of my Republican Party (since Barry Goldwater ran for President in 1964) too much slack by suggesting they might be guilty of misprision of treason. A more accurate description is they have willingly accepted their complicity in this overall act of treason as being, “Politically Correct Treason” and they are just as involved in this most critical breach of national security as are Eric Holder, his corrupt Justice Department and its FBI.
These treasonous cowards are literally stealing the future of my 8 grandchildren by piling up unsustainable debt just to keep themselves at the government feeding trough along with Obama as this usurper of foreign allegiance dismantles and re-staffs our military and national security operations with Marxist/Islamist sympathizers, while he aggressively builds up his promised internal security force that is to be just a powerful as our traditional military.
The pathetic thing about this is, while Obama is literally dividing and destroying the Republican Party by forcing them to display this utter cowardice for the whole world to see, these cowards have the law enforcement verified weapon of his forgery laying at their feet that would not only take out this usurper but has the potential to cleanout all those complicit in the forgery.
It has been suggested by others that a group of retired generals and admirals, who feel as we do and realize our Republic is in great danger, organize themselves into a leadership group to meet with and demand the US House begin the impeachment process for Obama, based upon their choice of the numerous impeachable offences (Benghazi for example) and mandate the first step for the special prosecutor to be opening up the files where-in the authentic Obama eligibility records reside (if any exist) to see if this man is even eligible to be Commander in Chief. If such a group is formed and goes public, after first meeting with the House Leadership, it will give we patriots a leadership to get behind and there will be millions that will do so and force these cowards to do their job.
Since SCOTUS has recently denied accepting a case dealing with this forgery, it is the investigative powers of the US House that is important and is our only hope to save our Republic from the coming catastrophic upheaval.
Once these files are opened the information there will be so criminally devastating to Obama the democrats will find a way to dump him ASAP in order to salvage the tremendous gains the Marxist and Islamist have already gained. It will not be necessary for the Senate to hold the trial.
I’ll sure give you an “A” for effort, but the Good Book does say not to “cast your pearls before swine”. There is no better way to describe our RINOs.
