- Law Cases

(Feb. 13, 2013) — In a New York Times article dated January 31, 1993, the Germans were reported to have held peaceful candlelight vigils to mark the solemn 60th anniversary of the ascension of Adolf Hitler to the position of Chancellor and subsequent tyranny which culminated in World War II and the murder of more than 6,000,000 people.
Following World War I, the Weimar Republic had proven weak, with several political factions vying for power amid a severe economic depression, runaway inflation and high unemployment impacted by the Great Depression in the United States.
Hitler’s National Socialist German Workers Party, known as the Nazi Party, had been elected to 230 seats in the German Parliament, the Reichstag, in July 1932 during a poor German economy and demoralization over the country’s defeat in World War I. In the same election, Hitler ran unsuccessfully for President against Paul von Hindenburg. Although the Nazis lost seats in the November election as a result of violent tactics against its opponents, the power struggle between the Nazis and Communists continued, and von Hindenburg appointed Hitler Chancellor and Franz von Pappen Vice Chancellor on January 30, 1933.
Several American companies reportedly supported Hitler’s campaign financially, including the Ford Motor Company. Hitler’s political organization promised “redistribution of wealth and attacked the high profits made by the large chain stores.”
“Hitler wanted change” and became a persuasive orator, railing against the Jews’ alleged lack of German nationalism. He “gave people the answers they wanted to hear.” The businesses and property of Jews were confiscated, and they were deprived of German citizenship.
After Hindenburg’s decision, Erich von Ludendorff, a World War I German military leader and former ally of both Hitler and Hindenburg, wrote to Hindenburg in a telegram, “I prophesy that this man will plunge our Reich into the abyss and will inflict immeasurable woe on our nation.” Future generations will curse you in your grave.” Ludendorff died in 1937 before the full impact of Hitler’s ascension to power was known to the world.
Hitler desired the rise of a National Socialist state in Germany and was aided during the 1920s by a major German media company. With the consent of a majority of the German people and aided by propaganda produced by his allies, Hitler’s Nazi Party gained in popularity through the 1920s and early 1930s.
Within a month of becoming Chancellor, Hitler sought to consolidate power by ordering the arrest of his opponents, incarcerating them in concentration camps operated by the “SS.” That same year, the Reichstag was circumvented and Hitler issued emergency proclamations banning freedom of speech and political opposition. The press was overtaken by the formation of a “Ministry for Public Enlightenment and Propaganda” headed by Joseph Goebbels, a member of the Reichstag who had helped Hitler to gain the trust of the German people while seeking public office.
Goebbels had said of his “ministry,” “We make propaganda not in the pay of men in the background, but rather we make propaganda for our own honest convictions. We advertise for our own ideal, and therefore we fight using all good means to make good propaganda to win the soul of our people.”
In July 1933, Hitler forbade all political parties other than the Nazi Party. At the time von Hindenburg died in August of the following year, Hitler combined the offices of the President and Chancellor to become Fuhrer, which translates to “Leader.”
Shortly after taking office, Hitler abandoned his oath to uphold the German constitution and seized “unprecedented [executive] power.”
In 1934, Hitler established the “People’s Court,” which conducted trials outside of constitutional parameters “without evidence being presented or arguments made by either side.” The court was presided over by Judge Roland Freisler, who carried out “blood justice,” including the sentencing of juveniles to death.
Born and raised in Austria, Hitler’s annexation of the country required no combat as the first invasion of his regime in March 1938. Approximately six months later, the control of a majority of Czechoslovakia was given to Hitler by the French and British in an act of appeasement, with the entire country overtaken by March 1939. Hitler had promised the German people that his vision of “Lebensraum,” or physical expansion, would make the nation stronger and “enhance the area of the mother country.”
Six months after annexing Czechoslovakia, Hitler invaded Poland, which had been given parts of Germany by the Treaty of Versailles after World War I. Following Poland, Hitler overtook Scandinavia, Belgium, Holland, France, the Soviet Union, Greece and a portion of Egypt in North Africa.
In the process of political campaigns, Hitler and other world dictators used children to aid in the delivery of their messages. Hitler ordered a national registration of firearms which led to confiscation, which left them “helpless” against his SS.
Jews, Romanian gypsies, the handicapped, Jehovah’s witnesses, homosexuals, and opponents of Hitler were captured, sent to concentration camps as work slaves or killed in gas chambers. Some were murdered in mass killings, while others died of starvation, malnutrition and disease.
At the end of World War II, Goebbels and his wife poisoned their six children and committed suicide. Hitler and his new wife, Eva Braun, were reported to have committed suicide on April 30, 1945 “rather than falling to enemy troops.”
In 2008, Barack Hussein Obama campaigned on the theme of “Hope and Change,” winning the support of many Jews, Catholics, progressives, minorities, women, and some Republicans, including Gen. Colin Powell, who endorsed Obama again in 2012. Numerous reports of election fraud and election law violations in both presidential elections are still coming to light.
Since taking office, Obama has been accused of violating the U.S. Constitution on ten counts, and 86 reasons to begin impeachment have been enumerated. On Wednesday, Obama is expected to unconstitutionally “bypass Congress” to issue an executive order on “cybersecurity” to private businesses.
A three-judge panel at the federal level found that Obama had violated the Constitution by appointing four people to a board when the Senate was technically still in session. Article II, Section 2, clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution states that the president “shall have Power to to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.”
In a takeover of almost one-fifth of the U.S. economy, Obama’s health care bill was upheld in part by the U.S. Supreme Court, with speculation that Chief Justice John Roberts wrote both the dissenting and assenting opinions after being intimidated by the regime. Directly after the decision was announced last June, Roberts departed to spend several weeks teaching a seminar in secluded Malta.
Obama appeared friendly with Roberts at the State of the Union address on Tuesday evening.
Since several mass shootings between 2010 and 2012, Obama and Biden have attempted to rally the nation around a substantial restriction on the purchasing of firearms by lawful means while doing little to address the problems of the mentally ill obtaining guns and the lack of trained personnel in some areas to protect schoolchildren and staff.
Since 2009, Obama’s advisers have openly admitted that they “control the media,” and articles, photos and comments have disappeared or been altered without explanation in many cases. Propaganda depicting Obama as a deity and songs praising him sung by schoolchildren have been widely reported. Since 2007, when Obama announced his bid for the presidency, the media has openly supported him and even assisted him when he “misspoke.”
After his first election to the presidency, the media proudly proclaimed, “We are all socialists now.”
Many supporters of Obama are members of the Communist Party, have been reported to have Communist affiliations, or have been active in Socialist organizations, including some who have served in Obama’s cabinet. Members of the “Progressive Caucus” in Congress espouse socialist ideals.
The Obama regime has leaked national security secrets, attempted to appease Islamics worldwide, exploded the national debt and been accused of “partnering with hostile regimes.” Companies reporting unfavorable poll numbers have reportedly been intimidated.
Under Obama, the FBI has developed a “Sovereign Citizen” program which labels those professing belief in the Bible, traditional values, homeschooling, legal gun ownership, the U.S. Constitution and First Amendment rights as “domestic terrorists.” The White House website has announced an effort to combat “online Radicalization to Violence” among purported “Sovereign Citizens.”
The label has landed at least one man in federal prison for four years without the commission of a crime. Prosecutions on the part of the Justice Department have depended on political and racial affiliations and dispositions rather than equal justice under the law.
Obama has increased the national debt more than all of his combined predecessors as Congress does nothing to stop his increasing use of executive “actions” and “orders” issued “by the hundreds of pages” since his alleged reelection. Hitler’s campaign song, “Forward!” was mimicked in Obama’s 2012 campaign slogan of the same name, although the major media did not point out the connection.
Just as the German people believed Hitler would save them from starvation, hardship and exploitation, some Obama supporters have looked to him for free telephones, government benefits, and even as a “savior” of sorts. Like Hitler’s National Socialist Party, Obama seeks to guarantee “a decent living” to all workers.
The Obama regime is considering establishing an extra-constitutional court to decide whether or not his targets of assassinations by drones should be permitted, although already deemed justified by the U.S. Justice Department. The National Defense Authorization Act passed in December 2011 gives the president the apparent ability to order the “indefinite detention” of anyone suspected of taking part in terrorist activity without charges.
It has been reported that Obama is retaining or releasing military commanders based on whether or not they indicate that they would fire on American citizens if given the order. In 2008, Obama declared the need for a “civilian national security force” just as powerful as the U.S. military. The Serve America Act outlines “National and Community Service” programs.
There are indications that the media is heavily controlled by the Obama regime. A question on a message board asking “Why did both Obama and Hitler use children for props during speeches?” following the unveiling of his “executive actions” on gun control on January 16 has been deleted “according to…Community Guidelines.”
An interview with a “DHS insider” on February 6, 2013 indicated that Obama is targeting the shutdown of “religious websites” through a purported organization called “the Cyber-Warriors for Obama Project.” Throughout his first term, Obama supporters have hacked websites and email accounts of those who oppose his policies, with some issuing death threats. Second Amendment advocates have also been threatened and denied paid media time to air their message.
Obama has launched a new effort centered around “organizing” to promote his “legislative agenda.” However, Obama is issuing executive orders in place of legislation from Congress.
As Obama continues to promise “transparency,” his personal records and background remain hidden from public view. Although hundreds of lawsuits demanding Obama’s original documentation have been filed, not one judge has ordered it unsealed.
Obama has been accused of treason against the United States, but nothing has been done.
After four years of executive-branch overreach, Congress has just begun to act. But have they run out of time?
Is it 1933 Germany all over again?
