“A LIFE OR DEATH DECISION”
Dear Editor: The following is a letter written to my local sheriff.

Dear Sheriff Grady Judd,
As the Chief Law Enforcement Officer for Polk County you took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Having taken that oath I would like to know if you intend to honor that oath by refusing to enforce Federal rules, regulations and directives that violate the Constitution and/or the Bill of Rights.
The Second Amendment clearly proclaims that the people have a right to own guns and in the Bill of Rights, the government is prohibited from infringing on the right of the people to own guns if they choose to do so. Your primary job is to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the rights of the people that live in Polk County.
The Supreme Court has ruled that the Federal government has no lawful jurisdiction in the counties and that when a Sheriff chooses to enforce an unconstitutional directive, he is violating his Constitutional Oath.
The people of Polk County are your employer and you are our employee and we expect you to represent us and not the Federal government. As your employer, I would like to know if you are given an order that violates the Constitution, will you honor your oath or will you do as directed by the current usurper president, who has shown himself to be a man of highly questionable allegiance to our Republic and whose birth certificate and selective service registration card are law enforcement confirmed forgeries and the name Obama and the current social security number he is using will not pass E-verify because it was issued to someone else.
In this regard, I urge you to personally contact Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona, who has conducted an extensive investigation into this matter because if this man, currently known as Obama and his Marxist/Islamist supporters, attempt to eliminate our 2nd amendment rights there will be much armed resistance and chaos and I would like to know whose side you are going to be on.
For the sake of our Republic and our children’s future, I beg you to call your fellow Sheriff in Arizona before you are forced to blindly make this coming crucial decision that will be a life or death decision for many of your Polk County employers.

It might have been better NOT to combine two issues in one letter. Even though the eligibility issue is a valid and pertinent point, as soon as it comes up, the complainant is completely ignored and chalked up to be a crackpot – therefore why would ANYTHING he says be valid.
At the rate things are going it probably won’t be too far in the future when anybody who says anything about his eligibility and status will just be arrested and/or disposed of.
I pray to God enough people wake up BEFORE that happens, but I doubt they will. There are ALREADY prominent people in the firearms business or who promote the 2nd amendment, or the Constitution in general, who are turning up dead.
And STILL the “human resources” slumber.
Come on Florida, all Veterans, all Patriots. Let’s hear about the USURPER Bari Shabazz (Sunni Muslim/Usurper/Identity Fraud man/man of Treason,Perjury,Election Fraud/Murderer of Benghazi government employees, Navy Seals, our deployed troops through “ROE” endangerment, obfuscator in commission of misprision of felony and high Treason and left wing Communist Democratic Party Members of all his posse of corruption, money laundering, stimulus scams, Constitutional Violator. As people in Germany that were threatened with removing the Christian Cross from their communities turned out in a crowd of 33,000 in one town to tell them that will not happen, we the people of the South and Southern States hear the souls of the dead soldiers, cousin and family crying out for the freedom they died for. Veterans and civilians that lost family, friends and neighbors that died for freedom to bear arms in America and protect themselves by the written law of our Constitution are listening. “Public Trustee’s” should be thinking and hearing about what is coming from Washington and the blatant violations of all our Constitutional Laws and Judicial Corruption running rampant during this usurpation. They are protecting a usurper, illegal POTUS that has used taxpayer’s money over $4million to pay the DNC Perkins Coie Law Firm in Seattle to keep his identity hidden from the public to deliberately lie to the public and citizens of America and have REFUSED to reveal to the citizens the real identity of this faux POTUS. His Muslim criminal associates and Black Muslim Eric Holder have completed cover up after cover up refusing all accountability with gun running scams and obfuscated murders. There is more to life than a paycheck, it is the oath to the Constitution we all need to be concerned about, not more coverups and decoy’s on Bari’s eligibility. They may laugh in DC about the “people that cling to their guns and Bibles” but our Constitution is what brings that and keeps that and America together. The farcical news stories and pretensive dialog, continued ignorance that America and it’s Constitution have been under usurpation for over 4 years will have to stop at some point. More ARROGANCE from this Muslim usurper that conducts tactics like Idi Amin and completely ignores our Constitution and is taunting the LEGAL citizens, LEO’s Veterans, continues ordering back door brutalizing and imprisonment of Veterans, Constitutional Patriots, citizens standing up for our blood bought Constitution, who is brokering a $35 million dollar “retirement mansion” in Hawaii from questionable fund sources, may find guilt eventually in his deception of POTUS. Continued destruction of America’s jobs, financial institutions, colleges, Military Ethos and disrespect for our Special Operations people will have results that America may not be able to correct. It is time to listen to the “Free Men Under God” that are in 100% liability of themselves. The “public trustee’s” that are in limited liability in the “New Corporate Trust Law System” have shown that they are no longer capable of managing America. It is “America, by the Government, for the Government.” not “America, by the People, for the People.” All “public trustee’s” that have shown they are no longer capable of properly managing and performing their job title other than for themselves and self serving corruption need to be indicted for not performing their job as given under oath and are living a lie while stealing from the taxpayers. Monroe County Tennessee is an excellent example of how “Washington” operates, especially with orders and influence coming from high treason members of Bari’s Chicago Machine. Soon the sleeping giant may awaken and we will see what is left of real America.
