Open Letter to All 112th Congressmembers

PROBABLE CAUSE OF FORGERY AND FRAUD IGNORED

Below is a copy of a form letter that your fellow Congress-member, Tom Coburn of OK, sent to one of his constituents, who had apparently asked him to address the issue of the blatant and open violation of Article II, Section 1 (“No person except a natural born Citizen shall be eligible for the Office of President”).

In his refusal to address this issue of a clear and present danger to our National Security – Treason, to be more exact – he stated the following:

Even so, while I disagree with most of President Obama’s policy positions, I believe he is a natural-born citizen and eligible to be President of the United States. My belief is based upon the fact that he was born in Hawaii, as the release of his long-form birth certificate proves, and his mother is a U.S. citizen. My staff has not found any evidence that contradicts these facts beyond conspiracy theories. Also, Sheriff Arpaio stated that his investigation does not prove that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible for office or that he personally committed fraud.

This statement, in and of itself, is nothing less than an act of Treason and should be cause for immediate removal from your debating premises, the Houses of Congress, and followed up with charges of Treason to the Constitution and to the citizens of the Constitutional Republic known as the United States of America.

First, Coburn’s belief cannot be based upon “the fact that he (Obama/Soetoro/AKA???) was born in Hawaii,” as the preponderance of evidence shows that he was NOT born in Hawaii (proven-to-be-forged Birth Certificates and Selective Service Registration; no hospital records of birth there; no living witnesses to his birth or presence there as a baby). Second, if his staff cannot find any evidence that contradicts these “facts (actually proven falsehoods) beyond conspiracy theories,” then all should be fired – and charged with misprision of felony-treason for aiding and abetting in this blatant act of treason. Our tax dollars should not be used to support abject stupidity and/or acts of treason.

Third, what Sheriff Arpaio actually stated was that “he is not charging President Obama with a crime,” which in no way gives Dr. Coburn (or the CRS [Congressional Research Services], which probably wrote the letter for him) the authority or justification to say that Sheriff Arpaio stated his “investigation does not prove that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible for office or that he personally committed fraud.”

Sheriff Arpaio was asked to protect the voting rights of the citizens of Maricopa County by determining if the document presented by candidate Obama on 27 April 2011 (for 2012 ballot access) was valid or, as suspected, a blatant forgery.  It was not his duty to determine if candidate Obama is constitutionally ineligible or if he personally committed fraud; it is YOUR JOB to do so, and so far you have failed miserably at it.

To be perfectly frank, YOU KNOW, OBAMA KNOWS, and YOUR CONSTITUENTS KNOW that he is NOT a natural born Citizen, he is NOT eligible for the Office of President, and he is NOT innocent of the fact that he personally committed fraud.

Ms. Ann Barnhardt, in an April 10, 2012 presentation before a Colorado Springs meeting of “Liberty On The Rocks,” pointed out that you did nothing when Obama and Biden’s crony and friend, Jon Corzine, STOLE over $1.6 Billion in MF Global depositors’ funds and that every one of you “535 Godless morally-degenerate sociopaths” is fully aware of the treason of Obama’s ineligibility.

As you can see, this kind of deception, dissembling, and deceit (i.e., lies) does nothing to relieve the concerns of the American people that their Constitution — and the protections of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness it was meant to provide to the People and instead will incite them to take the steps necessary to restore it – by removing you from your elected public servant posts, and removing the illegal alien Marxist Muslim that inhabits our White House.

No, Congressmember, it is YOUR JOB to acknowledge that Obama’s ineligibility and fraud are the number one issue in America today, and unless you acknowledge it (and the threat to our National Security) and begin the steps necessary to remove him and this grave threat to our National Security, you will eventually find yourself tried for Treason – as he most assuredly will be.

Thank you for writing to express your concerns regarding President Obama, his eligibility for office, and Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation of the president’s birth certificate. It is good to hear from you again, and I am glad to hear you caught my interview on KFAQ radio.

First and foremost, I believe President Obama’s own actions have demonstrated to the American people that he should not be re-elected for another term as president. The high rate of unemployment and our exploding national debt and deficit make a compelling case for why President Obama’s liberal agenda has not been successful.

Even so, while I disagree with most of President Obama’s policy positions, I believe he is a natural-born citizen and eligible to be President of the United States. My belief is based upon the fact that he was born in Hawaii, as the release of his long-form birth certificate proves, and his mother is a U.S. citizen. It is also important to point out that in the 2008 election, each of the 50 states placed candidate Obama on its ballot and certified its election results. Individual states are responsible for determining the eligibility of their federal candidates, and all 50 states legitimized candidate Obama’s presidency in this way.
