Ballot Challenge to be Heard in Mississippi on April 16

(Mar. 21, 2012) — Atty. Orly Taitz reported that Mississippi Special Judge Robert Kenneth Coleman has scheduled a ballot challenge hearing for April 16 in Jackson at 9:00 a.m. to adjudicate the placement of Barack Hussein Obama’s name on the state ballot for the 2012 election.  Taitz and others have questioned Obama’s constitutional eligibility, use of a Connecticut Social Security number, and the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate released to the public last year.  A recent investigation by a Cold Case Posse resulted in a declaration that the birth certificate and Obama’s Selective Service registration card are likely forgeries.

Obama’s legitimacy has been challenged in other states, with judges relying on the long-form birth certificate as proof that Obama meets the requirement of “natural born Citizen” prior to the announcement of the findings of the Cold Case Posse’s investigation.  Many believe that in addition to questions about the birth certificate, Obama’s foreign-citizen father precludes him from qualifying under Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

Taitz is also a candidate for U.S. Senate from California and has been speaking at campaign events and conducting fundraisers.  A recent poll gauged her tied for first place among Republican candidates, and another showed her in the lead.  She spoke in Seal Beach last night, after which a reader of The Post & Email told us, “Dr. Orly was superior tonight.  Her husband, also of Russian Descent was there.  Will send a photo of us together this weekend.  She made many good points, wowed a crowd of 4 and sold a lot of her videos.  She has guts too.  3 Democrat plants tried to trip her up and she shot them down with logic and facts.”

Taitz said, “I am so exhausted; you would not believe how hard I am working.  I’ve been having chest pains.  I’ve done nine meetings with voters in nine different cities; I have a schedule of a 22-city tour where I’ll be meeting with voters.  I’m doing fundraising events and also seven legal actions in different states.”

Today Taitz submitted a challenge against Obama in Indiana as well as with the Supreme Court of Georgia.  She also submitted all the papers in Mississippi and a Motion for Reconsideration in New Hampshire, where she flew to present the first ballot challenge against Obama last November.  She submitted two cases in the Court of Appeals in Washington, DC today. She also announced on her website that she has “put on notice” the chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, that she “personally will be held accountable” and named as an additional defendant in a lawsuit filed under the RICO law “if the DNC knowingly certifies candidate Obama as a presidential candidate in 2012 general election,” given the claims of forgery, fraud, elections fraud and use of a stolen Social Security number.

“I also have my practice and my family; I am just exhausted,” Taitz said.

Regarding her trip to Mississippi next month, Taitz said:

It’s all very expensive to go to Mississippi from Southern California.  There are no direct flights from Orange County, CA to Jackson, MS.  How often do people from California go to Mississippi?  I have to take a flight with two or three legs, and I need to get a hotel and a car rental.  If I want to bring some witnesses, sometimes I have to pay for them because they’re not willing to go if their expenses aren’t paid.  So if people can donate, that would help.

Today Taitz received an affidavit from Tim Adams, the man from Kentucky who worked for the Hawaii Elections Office iin 2008 and “said that Obama has no Hawaii birth certificate.”  One of Taitz’s supporters drove to Bowling Green, KY to meet with Adams and accompanied him to obtain another notarized statement for Taitz, as the original had been given to WorldNetDaily for their previous reporting.  Taitz said that Adams had ten new certified copies made.  “I might need to pay for him to fly to Mississippi.  It will really help me if people donate,” Taitz said.

Regarding her candidacy for Senate, Taitz reported, “I’m leading all of the challenges from all of the parties, and the corrupt 24-member California GOP Board is not allowing me to talk to central committees anywhere.  I wanted to talk to central committees on my candidacy, and they will not let me present it.  They will only support Emken, who is dead-last according to the polling.”

Taitz said that she has flyers and DVDs to distribute to volunteers to urge voters to support her.  She said that although contender Danville Emken is polling in last place, Emken’s campaign adviser “sent an email to everyone in the Republican party saying that the Board has endorsed her and that the Republican Party will throw all of its resources behind her and provide her with all of the financing, all of the volunteers, the logistical help that she needs to win and face Feinstein in the General Election.”

Of that development, Taitz said, “We have essentially a Mafia rule.  At least under communist rule, you knew that you had no choice.  Here, people are just being defrauded.  They’re told that there is a choice, and they have nothing.”

Taitz was raised in the former Soviet Union and has said that present conditions in the U.S. remind her of the communist regime.
