“I PRAY THE JAIL STAFF TREATS YOU RIGHT”

from Michael Jackson

Postage stamps included with letter from Michael Jackson to Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, who is again jailed in Monroe County, TN

(Dec. 31, 2011) — Sharon,

Good afternoon.  I hope you are well.  I wanted you to know that I have continued to contact officials in TN regarding Walt. I have contacted various state reps in TN this past week: John Forgety, Frank Nicely, Jimmy Matlock, Cameron Sexton, and Glenn Casada. Mr. Casada’s office is the only office I have been able to speak to anybody.  I have left multiple messages at the other offices and to this date have not heard back from anybody.  Mr. Nicely as well as Mr. Casada are part of the 40 plaintiffs on Orly’s lawsuit in CA that Pamela Barnett and Alan Keyes are on.  Mr. Sexton unseated Eric Swafford who (Swafford) was the first TN rep to be put on Orly’s lawsuit. I thought they’d be more likely to help as they apparently have come to the conclusion we have a usurper in the WH..  I read a post from Orly’s site today that was about Walt.  I have talked to Nathan Buttrey who is the Director of Constituent Services.  I have also left him two messages in the past to the which he never called back.  He is from Gov. Haslam’s office.  He is referenced in that article posted on Orly’s site.  I also sent out Walt a package last week with various items in it.  The Lord used you to encourage me to send Walt out that package.  I also sent him a note this week with some stamps.  I will attach that to this letter so you can see and that there is evidence of people trying to reach Walt.  I have some friends from church that said they were going to send him out letters, care package etc.  I also e-mailed this very request to all of my contacts hoping and praying others will follow suit and not just reach out to Walt, but reach out and contact TN officials. I hope he received what I sent him.  I don’t know if there’s a way you could confirm that.  Perhaps Walt might write me back if he got what I sent him.  May the Lord bless you Sharon.

Because of Christ,

Michael

Editor’s Notes:  The referenced article on Orly Taitz’s website contains a letter from another citizen concerned for Fitzpatrick’s welfare.  Taitz had made a statement about Fitzpatrick’s last incarceration, which ran from September 23 to December 3, 2011.  He was rearrested on December 7, 2011.

Fitzpatrick had brought a criminal complaint of treason against Barack Hussein Obama to the Monroe County grand jury during the fall of 2009, following his attempt to have it reviewed by U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth. Fitzpatrick’s complaint identified Obama as a “foreign born domestic enemy,” and, while not focusing on whether or not Obama qualified as a “natural born Citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution to serve as president, accused Obama of “fundamentally changing our form of government” by allowing U.S. Army troops to deploy and act as law enforcement in Samson, AL following a shooting.

[It is interesting to note that the link under the word “complaint” in the first paragraph of our July 7, 2010 report which originally linked to the complaint document filed by Fitzpatrick now leads to a generic Google search box.]

Subsequent complaints were filed by Fitzpatrick to the FBI, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the two federal grand juries in Knoxville.

Several sources have reported that the alleged short-form and long-form birth certificates which Obama has presented to the public are forgeries and that he is using a stolen social security number.  One source has stated that he has committed identity fraud and that his entire background has been fabricated to conceal his real identity. The state of Hawaii has refused to release the documentation on Obama’s birth which it allegedly has on file despite a U.S. District Court subpoena for it.

Recently, Obama stated that capitalism “doesn’t work…it has never worked.”

Following a series of delays and denials from the local grand jury, Fitzpatrick discovered that Gary Pettway, the presumed foreman, had been serving in that capacity for at least 20 consecutive years.

After approaching all local and state law enforcement entities about what he perceived to be a violation of state law, Fitzpatrick attempted to make a citizen’s arrest of Pettway on April 1, 2010 but was ordered arrested by Judge Carroll L. Ross.  A transcript of Fitzpatrick’s June 28, 2010 arraignment at the Monroe County courthouse was posted on the internet long before Fitzpatrick himself was able to obtain a copy, said copy of which was obtained first by The Post & Email.  The transcript obtained from the court reporter and that which was published on the internet do not match.

Grand juries are authorized by the Fifth Amendment to act as a check between a potentially overzealous government prosecutor and a criminal defendant.  Their gradual takeover by the government has jeopardized the guarantee of a trial by an impartial jury of one’s peers because the jury is not impartial.

Fitzpatrick discovered that Monroe County grand jury and trial jury members are hand-selected by either the “jury coordinator,” Chief Court Clerk Marty Cook, or by one of the judges, contrary to TCA 22-2-314, which states that jury selection must be completed by automated means.  Cook has claimed that a judge “may pick the foreman from wherever they choose,” but the law states that the foreman must meet all the qualifications of a juror, which presumably would include a ban on serving twice within the 24-month period.

Acting as s a citizen reporter, Fitzpatrick observed Judge Amy Reedy allow a defendant to be convicted of murder after no forensic testing was done on the evidence and the prosecutor asked the jury to convict based on a new theory presented during closing arguments.  The Post & Email has heard from other members of the Monroe County and McMinn County communities stating that Reedy is guilty of judicial misconduct on several fronts.

Through an open records request, Fitzpatrick was informed by Cook that no appointing orders exist for Pettway or any other grand jury foreman for at least the last 27 years.  The Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts did not respond to The Post & Email’s inquiry as to the legality of Pettway’s having acted as foreman without having been duly appointed and sworn in.  Fitzpatrick has described Pettway as “a play-actor…a puppet” and that power must be restored to the people by forming constitutional grand juries.

On December 1, 2010, Fitzpatrick was convicted of two misdemeanors arising from the April 1, 2010 citizen’s arrest.  The indictments arose from a tainted grand jury, as at least two of the members had served a second consecutive term contrary to the law.  However, the judges refused to correct that deficiency and allowed the charges, trial and convictions to stand.  It is unknown how many other defendants have been accused, tried and convicted by compromised grand juries and trial juries in Monroe County alone.

Earlier this month, The Post & Email contacted three other Tennessee counties to ask about the manner in which they select their jurors.  All three said that names are chosen by computer from the state driver’s license list.  The clerk from Stewart County stated that he would provide a written summation of the jury selection process, but we never received anything.  Knox County and Franklin County stated that after automated means are utilized, potential jurors’ names are checked against previous records to ascertain that no one serves twice within the period mandated by the law.  The clerk in Knox County stated that the law mandated “three years.”

It has been reported that corruption is widespread throughout the Tennessee Judiciary but that impeachment of a judge has not occurred in that state since 1958.  The Court of the Judiciary, created by the Tennessee General Assembly to be responsible for reviewing complaints about judges, is composed mainly of judges and attorneys.   At least one of the judges who sits on the Court of the Judiciary, Christy R. Little, has been accused of wrongdoing regarding her decision to place a young child in the custody of a father who admitted to being a drug dealer instead of with the mother, whom witnesses stated was an outstanding parent.

Complaints against judges are kept private and have been reported to be dismissed in almost all cases.

The Tennessee General Assembly will reconvene for the 2012 session on January 10, 2012.  Members can be reached here.  The Post & Email sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee members on December 21, 2011.  U.S. Congressman Jimmy Duncan has refused to respond to reports of corruption within his district.

The Executive Branch of Tennessee government was contacted last year as well as recently.

  1. Our northern neighbours Indonesia who are notoriously known for their corrupt and inhumane jailing system are nowhere as bad as RC jailers, and that’s a Muslim country. It says a lot about the so called leader of the free world.

Hang in there Cmdr Fitzpatrick, Sir, us Aussie’s know what your ungrateful Government officials are doing to you just because you tried doing the right thing by your fellow citizens.

    Stunned Aussie

  2. Walt has received letters and legal paperwork. He is aware of packages coming in but he has been told they are refused.

    Books are accepted!

  3. Walt will only receive first class mail, especially when identified as legal paperwork.
Money orders will be signed for by the jail but not entered in Walt’s commissary account.
Any other items will be either returned or confiscated and shared amongst the guards.
The jail commissary is run as a “for profit” entity. That is why no packages reach the inmates. The inmates are required to pay for their own medical care and buy from the commissary clothing they need to stay warm in the winter and extra food to meet their caloric requirements.
Verification of what Walt has been receiving in the mail will be made.
