AMERICANS NOW PITTED AGAINST EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF THE REAL ENEMY

(Sep. 9, 2011) — In the run-up media coverage for the tenth anniversary of September 11, 2001, I noticed an increasing disconnect from the truthful story of that horrific day in history, as media talking heads carefully crafted their memories in politically correct terminologies aimed at only offending the Americans who endured the events of 9/11/2001.
Though the heartache still lives in the lives of many Americans who lost innocent loved ones on that day, and the memories are forever burned into the minds of the many fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters and children left behind, the news media seems to have lost touch with the truth about 9/11/01.
Contrary to the modern opinion of Obama’s TSA (Transportation Safety Administration), it was not little old ladies or their grandchildren traveling via air who committed the violent acts of September 2001, but rather Islamic extremists alone. All 19 hijackers were of the Muslim faith, of Middle Eastern decent, between the ages of 19 and 40, and all were males, in country on visas. Why are we looking for anyone else?
Contrary to Obama’s DHS (Department of Homeland Security), it is not American citizens who hold the Constitution and their personal freedom dear, who are potential domestic terrorists, but rather Middle Eastern visitors and Americans who converted to Islam on the college campus or while in the U.S. prison system. Lately, we have to worry about angry left-wing flash mobs and labor union thugs as well. But the average Tea Partier only threatens to run your local Starbuck’s out of coffee…
Contrary to the Democrats’ version of the story, the attack on 9/11 was not an attack against George W. Bush, Republicans in general or even the United States of America.
The attacks were against all of Western Civilization. The attacks were plotted in 1996, during the Clinton years, before Bush even thought about running for the office of President. The plot was not hatched in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan or even the Southern Confederacy. It was hatched in Hamburg, Germany, which had been far too tolerant of radical Islam for far too long, at its own demise.
Three thousand innocent souls died that day. But they were not just white American constitutionalist Tea Party types. They were of all races, all religions, all walks of life, from more than ninety different countries, every political stripe and they were all innocent people living very average lives on an otherwise average American day.
There were indeed thousands of heroes, only one of which was in government, New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, to whom the people of New York and America should be forever grateful. Some were firemen and policemen, but most of them were just average American citizens who immediately dropped everything they were doing and ran to the aid of their fellow Americans, no matter race, creed or color.
September 11, 2001 will forever mark one of our nation’s most horrific days in history. But it also marks one of the greatest days in American history, when average citizens became uncommon heroes – and nobody cared what color, religion, or political stripe someone was.
When Americans set all of their personal agendas aside and placed the best interest of their nation and their fellow citizens, at the top of priorities for days, weeks and even months following 9/11. – And the rest of the world looked on in awe of the strength and resilience of the greatest society on earth, the American people.
You see, America is both loved and despised in the world — Loved by all who love freedom, liberty and decency. Despised by all who don’t…
Ten years after 9/11, there has not been another successful terror attack on U.S. soil. Bin Laden is dead, as are many of his believers. But the war is not yet over.
The battle against radical Islam is ongoing and until political leaders decide to finish that war, it will continue for the foreseeable future. The war to remember the truth about 9/11 will go on, so long as the press is more interested in not offending the people who killed three thousand innocent Americans, than telling the truth so that it will never happen again.
The war against the politically motivated divisions are without end as well, as politicians seek to divide and conquer every citizen, no matter their race, religion, station in life or political stripe.
Ten years after 9/11, today’s most dangerous threat to our way of life comes from within, through our many divisions.
But as we saw on 9/11/01, the American people can and will again come together to protect each other from evil, and protect and preserve our way of life, no matter the odds, no matter the cost.
America is not a piece of land, or a government, or any particular voting block used to keep the American people at odds with one another. America is the sum of its people and their love of freedom and liberty.
America is at its best when under threat, because the American people often distracted by daily life will sacrifice all for the greatest nation ever known to mankind. They did it on 9/11/01 and they will do it again when called upon to do so.
May God continue to bless this great nation and all who make it great. And May God have mercy on those who stand opposed, as their future is not at all bright. Hope that you are caught by law enforcement rather than the average American.
We remember – Todd Beamer – Jeremy Glick – Mark Bingham and Tom Burnett, the four American men who brought an end to the attacks of 9/11 with the downing of Flight 93. They were four, and there are millions more in this great land.
God Bless all who lost a loved one ten years ago. We will never forget them and we will always be here for you.
We must never forget the truth about 9/11, or it can and will happen again.
