“THEY TRIED TO RIP OFF MY LEFT EAR”

(Oct. 27, 2010) — As of 9:50 p.m. EDT, The Post & Email has just spoken with LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, who was arrested today at his home on a charge of “failure to appear” at a hearing last Friday of which he claims he was not notified. Fitzpatrick is being held in the Monroe County detention facility.
Fitzpatrick reported that there were four officers who used a taser on him “over and over and over” and that “they tried to rip off my left ear. I don’t know how much of it is left.” He states that he is unable to use his right arm and that “they came out with the intent to hurt me. They broke down the door. It was a battle. They didn’t stop.”
The Post & Email contacted the detention facility earlier and inquired as to Fitzpatrick’s state of health and was told, “He’s fine.” When we asked if he were injured, the woman dispatcher answered, “No, not that I know of.”
Fitzpatrick stated that a nurse came to the jail with an x-ray machine and took x-rays of his shoulders and ribs. He reports that the ribs on his right side are still sore and that he was beaten over the head. He also said that he has facial contusions.
“It was an ambush,” he said. “I resisted them. They hit me pretty hard.”
Fitzpatrick has claimed that the Monroe County Grand Jury is “rigged” because the foreman has been serving for more than 20 years and that the judges are corrupt and “have taken over the grand jury.” Another jury member by the name of Angela Davis was on the compensation roster for 2009 and is again serving.
His closing words were “Everybody knows the grand jury has been rigged. This is what a dictatorship looks like.”

Dealing with Mr. Fitz’s situation is not in the mission of the Oath Keepers organization. Oath Keepers Reach, Teach, and Inspire active duty and LEO to defend the Constitution.
However Oath Keeper members are involved, personally. This Oath Keeper from Georgia has contacted the FBI local agent and in Knoxville and is looking for politicians to contact in TN other than the resident libtards that seem to “govern” Monroe county.

I agree with several commentators that we cannot jump to conclusions about what happened with Atty Pidgeon’s representation.
This runs deep to the heart of Obama’s ineligibility….not just from Walt’s case. After Atty Leo Donofrio was not able to get the ineligibility cases to be heard by SCOTUS in December 2008 he later teamed up with Atty Pidgeon to represent the closed Chrysler dealers. What Donofrio originally discussed regarding this case was that if the dealers could prove they were unlawfully closed as a result of the takeover/sale by the government to Fiat, that they may have “standing” to bring suit in the DC District Court under quo warranto (which essentially asks Obama to prove his eligibility for office).
Then some strange events happened with this case after the NY judge Hellerstein requested oral arguments and then delayed the date and then on August 30th, canceled it entirely-See http://www.naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com.
Donofrio and Pidgeon are appealing this case.
What kind of pressure could have been brought to bear on Atty Pidgeon? We saw what happened to Lou Dobbs when he voiced legitimacy to questioning the birth certificate.
I think this is all related and Walt got caught in the middle of this mess.

Not liking all the hyperbole here.
We don’t know the circumstances which led Steve Pidgeon to try and withdraw. Perhaps Mr Fitzpatrick refused to follow his counsel?
It is impossible to believe possible that Pidgeon failed to notify Walt of the hearing which he himself attended!
Certainly Walt’s own statements on this very site were that he was not going into any more courtrooms *and* that he would resist arrest. Perhaps he said the very same to Pidgeon?
Under those circumstances, it is conceivable that Pidgeon advised him *against* his chosen strategy and in honor felt bound to withdraw, as his counsel was not to Walt’s liking.
But now I am guilty of speculation, along with many others.
The point is, we just don’t know what transpired before Pidgeon tried to withdraw, and calling him a traitor is plain bombast.

Where is 60 Minutes? LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick has accused Obama of being a traitor, and now he is the one in jail instead of the usurper.
This was an arrest warrant. I read the Tennessee code and I do not see a no knock restriction as there might be on a search warrant. I think Walter should not have posted that he would not cooperate. I think that caused the police to distrust him.
It would be helpful to Fitzpatrick to have a priest or minister visit him. Somebody who is honest and a peacemaker. If anybody lives in that area and knows of a prison chaplain, please try to get him involved. Thanks.

By the way, I have spoken at length with Stephen Pidgeon on several occasions, once in person for over an hour and I was very impressed with his understanding of the dire situation our Country now faces and his personal dedication to restoring the primacy of the Constitution and the rule of law. My (admittedly somewhat superficial) impression is that Attorney Pidgeon is honest and professional and is not the kind of person to abandon, let alone set up, Commander Fitzpatrick. I definitely would want to wait for more information before jumping to any untoward conclusions about Attorney Pidgeon.
I was at Com. Fitzpatricks hearings I can tell you it was a fiasco. The Sheriffs, Judges, Grand Jury foremans are all in on the corruption. They have been taught FOLLOW THE MONEY. Lets not forget the murder of Jim Miller, who obviously said the wrong thing about the Fitzpactrick, Darren Huff case. People like this need to be, well, we all know the penalty for treason. I am contacting the FBI to let them know the details, that jerk Ross is at the top of my list. He’s so crooked when he dies they will have toscrew him in the ground.
I’m as outraged at this gross injustice as the rest of you here. Has the ultimate line not yet been crossed?! Perhaps it’s high time for the TN community to band together and deliver their OWN brand of justice to the criminal “legal” elements, therein. Well ,I am sure there are others who know more about this situation than I but,I had the opportunity once to speak or should I say listen to Walter Fitzpatrick via telephone and mostly what I came away with was Walter Fitzpatrick is a man who was intent on dotting every “i” and crossing every “t” in a legal and peaceful manner,just to get access to a “Lawful Grand Jury” When Mr. Fitzpatrick found out the whole system was wormy,only then did he
try to accomplish a “Citizens arrest”.This “Citizens arrest” was also strictly “By the book” and law enforcement was notified and solicited for help but these same law enforcement agencies simply ignored him.My only hope in all of this
is that some legislators or law enforcement operatives somewhere will realize that the Monroe county “Powers that be” are not only dumping in their own nest,but also being allowed to dump in the nest,of the whole State of Tennessee.May GOD judge Mr. Fitzpatrick fairly,because so far the supposed
legal system.is not.
Remember that this is not just about the heinous treatment of CDR Fitzpatrick. If this story “breaks through” the issues behind CDR Fitzpatrick’s actions (obama’s illegitimacy) also break through which brings the accompanying focus from certain sectors.

This was nothing but torture, pure and simple. Liberals get all worked up about waterboarding, a catapillar in a cell, etc. concerning terrorists who have killed repeatedly, but what they did to Walt for simply standing for truth is nothing short of sickening. Please continue calling the FBI (865-544-0751), Governor Phil Bredesen (615-741-2001) and the TN Bureau of Veterans Affairs (615-741-2931). I am appalled at the way this is being handled by all parties involved. When I and many others were in Madisonville for Walt’s court hearing on April 20, we saw an American patriot, a hero who is grounded in his convictions out of love for our country. I am sick to my stomach after viewing the photo of Walt, which clearly shows injuries to his face and ear. This kind, humble man needs our help. Where do we go from here, patriots?
Just a thought…….has anyone contacted Amnesty International yet? It’s not a bad idea if you think it through.
Paul, What you see in Monroe CO. is Chicago style politics & corruption, (or Wash D C, take your pick.) True red-necks would have jumped in and protected Lt. Col. Fitzpatrick (N-Ret.), a patriot & Senior citizen, and kicked the stuffing out of the crooked deputies.
The Monroe county officials have been after Fitzpatrick since he tried to get the Grand Jury there to look into the prez’s eligibility issue. They have harassed him, threatened him, ignored his requests. He has been visited by the Secret Service who gave him some thinly veiled threats. He steadily kept pushing for legal action on the issue so they finally beat the hell out of him. If I am any judge of character, that won’t stop Fitz either.
Every Post & Email reader should be burning up the Monroe County phone lines non-stop. We need to let those yahoos know that people nationwide are outraged at the treatment of Cdr. Fitzpatrick.

makes me wonder, who in Tenn. is going to stand up and be a leader ? who will come to the rescue of the Commander ? what citizen , what lawyer, what judge, what city council person, what minister or priest will come forward and challenge the tyrants.. who will make right a wrong or will the state of tenn. stand by and wait for them to be next. or for this tyrannical action to spread to the next county and then to the next.. how many of you are turning blind eye to the obvious? So the lawyer just “phoned it in” instead of appearing in person on Oct 22 ??? I’ve heard of “dumping a client” before, but this Pidgeon character is outrageous. I’m sure he did not just pop up all by himself. Some snake in the grass must have persuaded Walter to hire this guy.
Always a bad idea to bring a big city lawyer into a small town case. A good country trial lawyer could have settled the whole deal for time served plus a couple of hundred for court costs. It would be interesting to ask Walt who it was that injected Pidgeon into the mix.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: We don’t know exactly what happened. I am trying to find out what happened to Atty. Pidgeon and whether or not he received notification of the alleged hearing on Oct. 22.
I have to step up here and defend Attorney Pidgeon: He is an exemplary attorney and he did not abandon his client. There are factors in play here which cannot be divulged at this time, but suffice to say that Attorney Pidgeon did nothing wrong here. Lt. Cmdr. Fitzpatrick’s objective from the beginning has been one of illumination; he is unwilling to settle and if you know him you will understand that his bearing does not allow him to compromise. In these times of trauma, it is vital to measure our words and refrain from commentary without knowing all the facts and/or the principals involved. On the contrary, we must stand together against corruption and give the benefit of the doubt to those willing to step up to challenge it, for there are few willing to take the risks inherent with any act of integrity in our current political climate. Suffice to say, I can attest to the fact that both Lt. Cmdr. Fitzpatrick and Attorney Pidgeon are men whose integrity and professionalism are beyond reproach.
Thank you for providing public awareness and documentation of this disgraceful abuse of American justice. How else can the news of this offense become public? Is there anything we, the people, can do? Criminal charges and lawsuits must be filed somewhere!!!!
Makin flyers and signs of articals is very important.
I called my local news paper just now and ask them to look into the situation and expose what is happening there in the paper. The lady in the editoral department was not interested unless it was connected to our city. When I explained that one of the persons serving on the jury is from our city, she quickly brushed me off.

The Birmingham News, Birmingham, Alabama. I asked to speak to the Editor, Tom Scarritt, the lady said yes but she could tell me that they would not be interested in anything that was out of the area, or, didn’t have any connection to the area. Mr Scarritt was not available and I declined to leave a message.
WDH, are you going to look into this??? Please get this into your paper! There are many of us not even remotely close to Tennessee that are outraged at the physical abuse of Cdr. Fitzpatrick!
