Recently several citizens contacted state representatives and senators as well as members of the U.S. Congress through a contact system set up by entrepreneur Arnie Rosner regarding the ineligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as president.
The following response was received from Nebraska State Senator Brenda Council:

To the dishonorable Brenda Council and Chris Triebsch,
As Arnie Rosner stated in his emails to your office: TRUTH is TRUTH and Obama is going down…will you go down with him? Will you go down based upon empty charges of racism against patriots of all races/colors/creeds/professions/backgrounds/ages and Party affiliations for a Regime and a Pretender to the White House whose very core is racist and whose agenda is destruction of everything America was built upon and the liberties we were gifted with? Will you go down protecting criminals who committed fraud and treason against our entire nation and every last citizen…merely because your chosen one is black? Because of the color of your skin? REALLY?
You cannot believe for a minute that your accusations and stonewalling will result in intimidation or silence. Silence is TREASON. Shame on you for being the racist that you are. You dishonor your state, your country and your own race; many of whom are fighting shoulder to shoulder with us to preserve our country and our freedom and prosecute the criminals who are determined to ruin us all.
Racist? Is that all you’ve got? Lie and manipulate? Forget the truth and the facts and the rampant and blatant racism that has taken hold of our White House and Justice Department? Forget that a massive number of white persons voted for the lying, incompetent, fraud in our White House BEFORE they learned what he really is? Forget that every action they take is on behalf of lies, treason, fraud…and terrorists, Black Panthers, Muslim interests, Marxist ideology and so on? That the destruction being wrought is against the moral fabric, the average citizen (black and white), our Constitution is anything but criminal?
You don’t even believe your empty charge of racism; it is merely a way to avoid dealing with the real issues. But you signed up for this job and swore an oath of Fiduciary responsibility to every American and our Constitution and whether that means anything to you or not; it means everything to us. It is not merely a moral issue; it is a legal issue and we are not going to sit by and watch you trash our nation and get away with it by charging ahead bearing your tired old banner of racism. We have the legal right and the legal means to take this bull by the horns and deal with it as a citizenry; bypassing all the criminals and slackers who fraudulently collect paychecks and benefits from us. We will remove you One by One…legally.
Destroy the Constitution, you idiots, and you destroy the rights of everyone; you destroy America and our future…you destroy the future for your own children. You destroy the hope of humankind all over the planet who have looked to us for direction and safety from corrupt rulers who would enslave them or hold them hostage as I write.
Protecting the criminal in the White House…assisting in the obfuscation that is intended to hide his history, crimes and corruption is hypocrsy of the worst kind. BECAUSE it is obvious you do so for one reason and one reason only; he has dark skin. YOU are the racist and YOU defile your Oath to represent ALL citizens just as the racist in the White House is guilty of the same crime. We should all be equally concerned about the Constitutional crisis this Usurpation of the White House creates. While there are a good number of Negro or Colored or Black (African-American is a ridiculous term since all dark skinned individuals are not necessarily of African origin or do not consider themselves ‘African’….choosing instead to be merely and proudly AMERICAN citizens); depending upon whatever designation you choose to use or whatever happens to be ‘in fashion’ at any given time….who would be excellent leaders and representatives for our nation. These people fight with us for America. They live within and for Truth alongside white Americans. The real issue is the legal requirements for each level of government employee and in the case of President; one MUST be a Natural Born citizen regardless of color. There are, of course, other considerations which include NOT being a criminal…NOT using a number of fake names and social security numbers…NOT being a Traitor or Foreign Agent to hold public office. Read the Constitution you pound on when you are screaming about the law and equality for the definition, if you have the mental capacity to comprehend it.
Since you are black and obviously a racist; I offer food for thought: how in God’s name do you reconcile the constant yammering about Freedom and Liberty and equality from Blacks while people like you defile everything we stand for and everything we have all fought for? That dog won’t hunt…is was all but dead for most Americans; and the irony is while white folks had changed and moved on, you racist pigs were still trying to keep that old tired dog alive to fight a war that should have been over a long time ago. People like you will spend your lifetimes trying to extract blood from innocent human beings who had nothing whatsoever to do with what happened hundreds of years ago…and the sort of atrocities that your ‘people’ in Africa are still perpetrating upon each other TODAY while you ignore that and do nothing about it. I say ‘your people’ because your racist attitude causes that separation. Enslavement to drugs, government welfare, prostitution, crime and gang mentality exists and is perpetrated and perpetuated by your kind and your race in your American neighborhoods; not by people like me and Arnie and Mary Seales and so many others. We fight for YOU and your family; not just our own. You CREATE racism through your empty accusations and refusal to let it go.
The Usurper hid his black extended family during the campaign. He hid his Illegal Alien aunt who had been living off American welfare for years; after being told to get out due to her fraud and theft. He appears to hate his black heritage as much as he hates whites…leaving one to see nothing but his Marxist/Islam roots, heritage and idealogy at the forefront of his agenda and actions. YOU are being played by your chosen one and those who illegally installed him. How do you really feel about that?

Senator Council is the one who said she was “going to have fun” at the committee hearings for State Senator Charlie Janssen’s anti-illegal immigration bill. Racism is a two-way street, Senator Council.
I think she has just invited the wrath of millions of us “birthers” on her. Hey that works for me, how about y’all? Fielding millions of emails and phone calls a day might just make her rethink that response. If anyone here lives in Nebraska, I think you should publish her response in the local newspaper under the “speak out” section or whatever your paper calls it where citizens write in to speak their minds. Anyone willing?? That should stir up some good old responses. :)
Kudos, Deborah! Great letter. You know, I cannot help but think of the great chasm between the treasonous turds in WASH DC and the truly great patriots all over this country who are fighting with all they have to expose and stop the destruction of our country and Constitution. The inmates are running the asylum, but only for a time. Every single congressman has made it abundantly clear that he/she does not give a wit about what we think, believe, or want. We are nothing to them except backs to step on while they claw their way to power. Well, each and every one of us must take our country back by getting involved at the local level to get men and women nominated who are Constitutionalists and have the moral integrity to be counted worthy as our representatives. We have a lot of work to do, but as we start networking and figuring out the election laws of our individual states, those of us who believe and trust in God have Him available to call upon to expose and eradicate the scum that, too long hidden from us, has finally bubbled up to the surface at all levels of government.
If this is true then it ought to be reported and followed through to all political ethics committees (the Nebraska state and the federal). Not only is this insulting but it is also representative of the problems WE THE PEOPLE are having with the bad attitudes of America’s civil servant work force at the political level!
A State Senator has ordered a voter, a citizen, a constituent to NOT CONTACT THEM. This must be addressed legally, immediately, because if not, when the person who was ordered not to contact (ie speak) does so again, they will be “dealt” with as stalking. This letter is the foundation to arrest and/or sue the person it is addressed to. Measures need to be taken as this is a set-up letter. Believe me, they know just what they are doing. By not responding, legally and with representation, the writer is “documented” as a racist. This is not a game. It is a set up and needs to be confronted and needs to backfire on the senator. Since all letters are public record, I believe, this letter is inflamatory and libel when it declares the constituent to be 1. Racist 2. Birther (mentally unstable) and 3. An Attacker if writes back. Serious stuff.
Who pays her salary? She cannot, as a state senator, tell a taxpayer not to contact her.

This open letter is being sent to every member of the 112th Congress, and can be used by any Article II Constitutionalist to send a message to their Senator and Representative directly.
Dear Member of the 112th Congress;
‘THE ESSENCE OF RACISM’
The Essence of Racism is in treating two candidates differently because of the skin color of one.
The FACTS:
John Sydney McCain is WHITE/Caucasian;
Barack Hussein Obama is BLACK/Mulatto;
The TREATMENT:
In the 2008 campaign for President, John McCain was required to show his Long Form Birth Certificate AND the location of the birth, AND the nationality/citizenship of his parents at the time of McCain’s birth.
BUT NOT FOR OBAMA – The essence of racism.
Following that racist demand that ‘Whitey’ McCain ‘show his papers’, the Senate (including Obama) voted on SR-511, declaring McCain to be a ‘natural born Citizen’ (as required by Art II, Section 1, Clause 5) BECAUSE he was born of two U.S. citizen parents.

It is not a crime to be ‘racist’ (unless you think that laws enforcing ‘thought control’ are acceptable under the unalienable rights of our Constitution), but it is a crime to aid and abet in knowingly seating a usurper in the Office of President and Commander in Chief. It is also a crime to continue to aid and abet in his crimes of Treason:
– from his unconstitutional suspension of Posse Comitatus;
– to declaring unconstitutional wars without the approval of Congress;
– to attacking sovereign states for defending their borders, while failing in his sworn duty to do so himself;
– to posting blatantly forged documents concerning his purported place and condition of birth: Mispersonization of Identity, a Federal crime and an impeachable offense, punishable by 15 years in Leavenworth prison (NOTE to all members of the 112th Congress: Misprision of Mispersonization of Identity carries the same penalty);
– and to violating his oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic, etc., etc.
… it is a crime to continue to aid and abet without calling for immediate IMPEACHMENT proceedings under charges of TREASON.
However, you, as a member of Congress, can possibly redeem yourself, lest you be charged with Misprision of Felony/Mispersonization/Treason, by calling for his IMPEACHMENT NOW!
Stop calling Article II Constitutionalists ‘RACISTS’ and instead do your sworn duty to support and defend the Constitution – by calling for IMPEACHMENT NOW!

The lower level parasites in government take their cues and, therefore instruction, from the Pretender in our White House, the DOJ and our Legislators. They see and hear the disrespect proffered to us and directed at us. They hear one tell us to get a life (which we would all love to have back!), call us racist or ridiculous and they all follow like the lemmings they are.
They see the theft and corruption and follow suit instead of exposing it and sticking to their guns to promote the rule of law and Fiduciary duty, per their Oath. Hey! If the big guys and corporate cronies are getting away with it…so can I..yooo hooo! And they smirk at us and tell us to pound sand at the city and county level because they can and they know will be protected.
While I expect it to some degree from certain ‘types’ and Liberals; it infuriates me when it comes from the jerks who ran on Conservative tickets. Imagine a world where they say “I’m a Progressive! I’m going to fight for Amnesty and Global governance and more governmental control!” “Now, vote for ME!” never happen…they would never get elected.
Impeachment is just too good for all of them…I envision much more severe punishment and nullification. But, they should all be impeached with no further remuneration, benefits or recognition of any kind.
What are the laws regarding libel? Can this gal be sued for libel? Could that be used somehow as a basis to get legal discovery regarding the claims of “birtherism”?
Oviously this miss council does not have the intelligence or erudition to respond with
facts, but can only mimic the rhetoric of the main stream media.
One has to wonder; has she ever pondered what got her voted into office?
We will come to know this “racism” charge for what it really is, black apartheid. We’ve watched for years as the “black caucus” has used its perch to destroy equality, fund enclaves which soon become ghettos due to the lack of a natural drive to achieve anything beyond a nonexistent “black culture”. While it makes these congressional members feel important to have power, their ignorant abuse of it reveals much more than islands flipping over; it reveals an agenda to create an authoritarian state where any number of ridiculous claims can be made to enact oppressive laws. We are under assault by blacks, sexually preoccupied egos, illegal immigrants and a long wave of immigrants that rightly have no purpose here but to subvert our culture and laws. This one woman with a chip on her shoulder is but one little pus pit on the wound of America cut by devious politicians and judges for over a century.
It’s concise with easy to understand instructions.
I think the letter is astounding in its truthfulness and wit. Unfortunately, you should have written it for a 4th grader to read.
Unless it is explained to her, the dishonorable senator won’t understand it.

I am stunned by Brenda Council’s response to the earlier message Ms Warren sent to her. Every voter in Council’s district – no – every voter in this country should read what Council wrote to Ms Warren. It should go viral. I’ll do my part to help make that happen.

I do believe it is…calling a spade a spade. What is there to fear but what will happen if we don’t put ourselves out there in full view and with our voices raised; with the Truth our best weapon and banner?

The following was published on The Post& Email and I thought it warranted my comment. I do not care where Obama was born but I do care about his qualifications to be in the office of President. You as an elected Representative should represent all of your constituents, not just the ones who happen to be the color you see in the mirror every morning like Obama and A.G. Holder have and are doing (do I need to point out the Black Panther issue). This makes them and you the real racist and Real Americans are tired of it, so wake up and figure out it is you and your locked in the past kind that have and are messing up this great country. You need to be recalled for dereliction of duty, to put it mildly.
