ASK THEM JUST ONE QUESTION

(May 27, 2011) — What issue takes precedence over a known fraud in the White House and all of the kingmakers who made it possible? If Article II of the U.S. Constitution means nothing to a GOP candidate at this late date, after the issuance of two forged Obama documents, what else in the Constitution do they care about?
And if a GOP candidate is not willing to take on the most important question of the era, who is the fraud in the White House, how did he get there and how do we make sure that this can never happen again, why would there be a second question for that candidate?
For over two years now, a mountain of evidence has been collected and released on the Internet proving numerous ways that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” eligible for the office of President and Commander-in-Chief.
Every member of congress knows it and so does every member of the U.S. Supreme Court. But nobody, not even the newly elected Tea Party candidates of 2010 have raised a finger to do anything about it. The precedent stands, anyone from anywhere, loyal to foreign entities can be President of the United States now, without even having to provide the basic background information that is required every day in low level jobs across the country and around the globe.
Obama could never pass a standard FBI background check or high level security clearance. Yet, if this issue is not addressed, the precedence has been established. Anyone, loyal to any foreign entity, can be president and nobody can even question that individual.
If GOP candidates are not willing to take on this most vital issue to the future of freedom, liberty, decency, transparency and constitutional self-governance, what else should voters count on those candidates to do on behalf of the people?
Which of the potential 2012 GOP candidates cares about Article II?

How many of these people even know the true definition of natural born citizen? If they don’t know it, how much do they really care about the Constitution?
- natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.
- As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.
- The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children;
- in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.
Should anyone who does not know this basic information be trusted to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States? Should people who do not care about Article II of the Constitution be trusted to care about any other part of the Constitution?
If the Tea Party accomplished nothing else, it did accomplish putting the U.S. Constitution back on the table for debate. By the 2010 election cycle, even Nancy Pelosi was mumbling Tea Party talking points as she tried to stop the Republican tsunami that stripped her of her gavel.
But talking about the Constitution and actually acting to uphold and defend the Constitution are two very different things. If the people elected in 2010 and 2012 won’t ACT to protect the Constitution, all of the flowery rhetoric about the Constitution is meaningless. And if they won’t uphold Article II, which parts of the Constitution should we expect them to uphold?
Obama and his media minions told the world that he released his birth certificate back in 2009. That was proven to be an outright lie when he released another birth certificate, different from the first, in May of 2011, under increasing public pressure from business mogul Donald Trump.
Like everyone else above a 3rd grade education with an interest in truth, Trump has figured out that the second White House birth certificate is also a forgery. Surely the GOP candidates are smart enough to figure this out too, and if they aren’t, are they smart enough to be president of the United States at a time when we really need a real president?
Each American must find their own path here, choose what is most important to them and make their decisions on that basis.
As for me, the U.S. Constitution really does come first, and if a candidate is not willing to uphold Article II, then I do not believe they will be willing to uphold any other part of those principles and values.
In the 2012 GOP primaries, I have only one question for each candidate…
Dear candidate – What do YOU intend to do about the fraud in the White House and the utter intentional destruction of the U.S. Constitution, our economic systems and our way of life under their criminally evil assault on all things American?
If you don’t answer that question correctly, I have no second question for you! I stand for the Constitution, including Article II. If you don’t, I’m not interested…
Until we have a candidate who cares about Article II, we DO NOT have a candidate who cares about the constitution! That’s simply unacceptable!

GiveUsLiberty1776.blogspot.com site. JB, I have seen many of your great comments on it. A lady named Kathy has started drafting a letter which she is calling: “Citizens Demand For Justice”
In it she is writing down every point and way our current administration and leadership
is and has done wrong Constitutionally and legally.
The letter or petition will be circulated to get as many American Patriots to sign and unite with it in purpose and intent. With the vast amount of people who we all know will agree with this,it will force our government to bring these to justice.

JB is a great writer and I have had personal debate with him over the “natural born citizen” qualifications of Sen. John McCain. To be the nay sayer of the comment considerations, to understand the “pass” Republican candidates give Obama, is to understand Sen Res. 511 which was non-binding, pushed by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
I think a great question to consider here is “How can your ‘Natural Born Citizen’ qualifications be lost because with many in Congress its all about giving that status somehow defying nature, and the natural yearnings that come from ones birth place.
As the only candidate in the 2008 Class who ran for President to sue Sen. John McCain and Barack Obama on that very issue, my question is how could you support Sarah Palin or any of the candidates mentioned who sat around and did nothing?
The next question- How many people will donate to my campaign in 2012 so I can enter the race as a Republican and give them all something to think about? If you can’t put a few dollars to your resolute and convictions, then your all a bunch of talk anyway right?
Something to think about but anyone able to run on the R. ticket who can raise the issue has to be able to get to the debates and have a little support. My name is Cody Robert Judy and I am prepareing to enter the race, and I think I’m gonna do it as a Republican because if conservatives can’t clean their own house because of the fear of splitting the vote, nothing anyone said here really matters anyway.
If that single issue is so important to you all, your support would be greatly appreciated because last time I did this in 2008, I footed the bill believing my time, talents, and fortunes were worth defending America. I think half the time Americans want some fat rich cat to do all the campaigning when the truth is the small donations of Americans who believe in this issue really could move the mountain!
Its time a few Americans who believe in this issue got behind someone whose been there the whole time, otherwise your supporting a candidate who says they will handle the issue with no back ground on it. That’s pathetic lip service for your dollars, rather than the conviction you seek I believe.

I am a registered Independent mostly libertarian in my views towards government. The pundits say the Independents are mostly for Obama, don’t you believe them. I am reregistering in the Republican Party so I can vote for a candidate who will answer one simple question. If you will not take on the most important question of my lifetime why would I support let alone vote for you to become the candidate? I am tired of voting for the lesser of two evils and I suspect so are the rest of Americans.

Somehow, some way, the message of this article needs to find its way into, and take root in every American, regardless of political affiliation.
The issue must be depoliticized and presented to the people in a way that all Americans, regardless of their politics, can see the dangers ahead for the nation if this usurpation of the Constitution is allowed to go unchecked and uncorrected.
I’ll confess up front that I don’t see how it’s possible, but I do feel that unless we can get enough Democrats and Independents engaged on this issue, it’s hopeless. Perhaps showing proof (which is a technical rather than political matter) that BHO’s ‘birth certificate’ is a fake is the best way to do this.
The two focal points of “what is a natural born citizen” and “the forgery or faking of a birth certificate for the purpose of establishing eligibility to be President of the United States” should be our rallying cry.
The myriad amount of proof that has already been demonstrated clearly shows that the documents which the Usurper has presented to the public as evidence of his eligibility are, indeed, fake. This SHOULD BE an affront to everyone who really cherishes freedom and liberty regardless of individual political views.
The ramifications of a usurper in the highest seat of power in our nation, especially one with possible or likely allegiances to foreign entities or causes, is just as dangerous and destructive whether he/she be a Republican OR a Democrat! Mac, wasn’t it the UN security council that agreed that he should attack Libya? He’s now taking orders from himself?

(1) Where in the Constitution does it say that the President has the authority to use our military force against another nation state after consulting only the UN? Note: Libya does not meet the criteria of the War Powers Act. (2) Yes, himself and/or his handler(s).
His stint as President of the UN Security Council in 2009 was only temporary, but it was an opportunity to trample the Constitution that he and Rahm didn’t want to pass up. Obama’s agenda is very clear, usurp the Constitution at every opportunity and render it impotent and useless in his quest to “fundamentally change” America. His treason has no boundaries.
Under the circumstances, that the omnipotent and omnipresent media control public opinion, it is strategic to veil the answer to JB’s question. It is up to the best interpretation of the candidates position based on their understanding of the principles enshrined in the founding documents which may be answered facetiously in order to attain that office from which a proper assault upon treason can be waged. It is up to us to do our best to aid in the promotion of the individual best tempered to perform the task given the opportunity. To evade the enemy one must match wits with him and gain the high ground without him knowing, just as what was done in commission of the usurpation. Our choice must not be determined by exposing the will but in evading it being a detriment.
An even bigger problem exists with the usurper establishing precedence that virtually anyone can be POTUS, i.e., who is really commanding our armed forces and to whom or what is his or her allegiance? It’s not just the greatest Constitutional crisis in our nation’s history, it is also the greatest threat to our national security in our lifetime and a nuclear surety threat of the highest order. That is what the question Lt Col Lakin was asking was all about and I am dumbfounded that other military officers and leaders are not asking the same question and raising hell.
Consider this; in September 2009 Obama presided over the U.N. Security Council in an “unpresidented” (intentionally misspelled) move. So who was his allegiance to at that time, the United Nations or the United States of America? IMO, the United States was leaderless and Obama betrayed the nation. No, he doesn’t get to wear two or more hats while he is POTUS!
How about Libya? If Obama doesn’t need congressional approval to commit forces and can unilaterally declare war on Libya, what’s to stop him from also using a nuclear weapon because he deems it necessary? Will the military suddenly say, sorry boss, you can’t do that? Essentially he has unbridled authority to do whatever he wants. We are living in a dictatorship folks. This is a national security nightmare of mega proportions and it must be brought to a halt immediately.
Great article JB, I just had to add my thoughts on the national security aspect because I believe we are living in epic times that are extraordinarily dangerous. In my view, America has become the apex of evil under the Obama administration.
No.1 problem is the mass media which protects Obama from the eligibility issue.
But why would Fox News join hand with the leftist CNN and MSNBC in this issue? Why have Palin and Bachmann changed their rhetorics in TV interviews in the last 5 months from “Americans are asking a legitimate question” to “let’s not get distracted from more important issues”? Why did Hannity happily interview Trump 2 months ago on the issue of Obama eligibility but cancelled in a rush his interview with Dr. Corsi about his new book “Where is the birth certificate?” I don’t believe it’s because of the pressure from the White House. I rather believe Ailes got notice from the “advisor” which the new Comitern had planted there.
No.2 problem is the Republican Party establishment which is also under the influence of the new Comitern which has politicians and businessmen bought by “being your factory and owning your bonds.”

JB, this is an excellent article! You must have read my thoughts and put them in writing. I have told campaign callers in no uncertain words that if they do not address that ONE problem, not only will no other problem be solved but they are good for nothing and my money will remain in my pocket for that one soul who will not only campaign on this issue but follow through when they are in office. It is an outright lie for any politician to claim that they don’t know for sure or they believe what they’ve been told. The words they are actually shouting from the highest mountains are, “I’m a yellow bellied moron but never mind that, give me your money so I can make you a miserable slave.”
If there is anyone out there who doesn’t believe that evil triumphs when good folk DO nothing, look at the world around you. This is the last of the best nations but VERY VERY vulnerable to failure. Bush gave us a taste of slavery but this slimy sham in DC has given us a front row view of the enormity of the enemy. They already feel quite comfortable just ignoring every attempt to correct our course in a civilized manner. They are not afraid of us and I believe that is called tyranny. I also happen to believe that the elegant, avant garde voting machines are a gift from Chavez to the new world order. We are no longer going to be toast, we already are. And, because none of the candidates will touch the Constitutional presidential eligibility issue, they all might be wondering the day after the 2012 election, why Conservatives, Independents and some Libertarians didn’t bother to vote. In a recent blog entry of mine, I put it this way:

Finally, if Sarah Palin does run for the GOP nomination, – she might just be the one person who has the courage to make the presidential eligibility issue a huge highlight of her campaign. If she does run and if she does highlight Obama’s unconstitutional, illegal presidency, Palin’s chances of occupying the White House are a very good percentage…….
Boy do I agree with you on Palin. Just look at the attention Trump got with the issue. Any candidate that can’t see that as an advantage doesn’t need to be running.
The support of the Constitution is NOT a “pick-and-choose” option……it’s ALL or NOTHING! Not a single candidate running so far gets this……not a single candidate running so far is worth your vote!

I have preaching exactly what you are saying for the last three years or more.
The Constitutional crisis we now face compliments of the ever widening fraud of Obama & Co. is the MOST important issue in America today. Before we can hope to fix any of our other problems long term, we MUST solve that crisis ASAP.
We ALREADY have Rubio and Jindal waiting in the wings planning their opportunity to usurp the office of president even though neither is a natural born citizen. By contesting the true meaning of the term “natural born citizen,” they are either not knowledgeable enough of the Constitution; OR, they are willing to allow their political ambitions to over rule what they know is wrong.
Therefore, either way, in my opinion, they are both unfit for any elected office in America!
I’m sure there are many others in both parties who are willing to forgo the original intent of the Constitution in order to further their political careers.
This issue MUST be solved ASAP; and, it most certainly needs to be solved before Obama completes even one full term.
As you allude to, if he is allowed to complete a full term, that will set a legal precedent that will be almost impossible to overturn in future court cases dealing with that issue that are sure to come up.
Courts have previously handed down rulings that if certain laws are moot if not enforced equitably in the past. This case is FAR too important to allow that to happen!

Even if a candidate feels Article II isn’t that important – point is, it is a rule and law of the Constitution to abide if anyone wants to run for president. There is some talk about making it “law” for the next election. This idea is obsurd to me, because it already is a “requirement” and always has been, and followed all these years. No “new” law has to be made for this. These people in DC are law creation crazy!
This is not complicated. It very simple.

For all the readers here, if you pick to follow Darrell Issa (@DarrellIssa) and Senator Pat Toomey (@SenToomey) on twitter, they will probably follow you back (at least they did with me and several others I know) so if you have a twitter acc’t, follow them and if you don’t have an acc’t get one and follow them…then once they are following you, keep tweeting about this issue plus you can direct message them too…this is yet another way we can keep this issue in their face, join in the fun!

JB hits it again. This has been “the” question prior to the 2008 elections. We now see the cowardice of CONgress, in the longevity of this fraudulent occupation of the Oval office. This question is paramount to the entire future of our Republic.
The blogging and articles are great. The media outlets that do cover the crime of the century with facts keep us informed. However, as the Founders took action in their day. Today, NOW, as in URGENT, we must act. Clogging the traffic arteries of DC we can descend upon the corruption nest of our despised leaders by the tens of thousands demanding the arrest (not the impeachment) of the fraud-in-chief. What agency of the US Gov still abides by the rule of law? We shall see. Should they all be complicit, we then form citizen tribunals (as grand juries) to indict based on law from our formation as “We the People”.
Why can Spain, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Syria get the attention (often life threatening) of their government and we can’t get anything but a forged birth cert. He (barry soetero) mocks our laws and shoves Alinsky style leadership at us like we are dirt. I say, the Goliath of deceit is going down. They are all gutless when it comes to confronting Barry.
There is an opportunity for someone to jump to the front of the pack to oppose Barry, simply by respecting the Constitution and not being afraid to speak out on Barry’s ineligibility and hidden records, bogus BC, etc., etc., etc.

JB draws the clear line in the sand. I too have been keeping score and there is no one on the list that has the intestinal fortitude to stand for the Constitution. Many of the contenders/pretenders on the list have taken an oath to defend the Constitution or, if not yet, they must take the oath to become President. Yet, everyone on the list insults the American people with their weasel words, “I believe he is a citizen” or “I believe he was born in Hawaii” without even taking the time to determine Obama’s eligibility deficiencies or to examine into the meaning of the term ‘natural born citizen.’
