“WE’VE GOT THE INITIALS”

(May 21, 2011) — Dr. Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., who was recently interviewed by Alex Jones, provided details about when and by whom he believes forgers created the image released by the White House on April 27, 2011 purported to be the long-form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II. Corsi also declared in the interview that he has documents from the government of Kenya which show that a crime was committed when Obama’s records were either destroyed or hidden.
Corsi said he is “on the trail” of a media person who may have been involved in the creation of the long-form forgery which he claimed was released in response to the anticipated publication of his book, Where’s the Birth Certificate?. Blogger ObamaReleaseYourRecords has suggested that that person is AP reporter Mark Niesse.
Last August, The Post & Email received an email from Niesse about the “Vexatious Requester” law being considered by the Hawaii legislature to which we responded. However, Mr. Niesse has never responded to any of our inquiries.
Niesse appeared to toe the Hawaii Department of Health line when he wrote a story which affirmed the Department’s contention that birth index information was available in one-year increments when the HDOH had told others that it was not. The story has since been removed from some of its source locations.

We will report if and when we receive a response from Mr. Niesse, who has apparently been on familiar terms with Janice Okubo, the Communications Director at the Hawaii Department of Health.
A report from The Daily Caller quotes Corsi as having said after the release of his book, “I was called by my insiders, several of my informants in Hawaii about three weeks before it was released, and I was told the document had been forged and put into the log book and that we would be seeing it shortly and had it described to me in detail what had been forged. I knew what was on that document before it was made public.”
Corsi’s book Where’s the Birth Certificate? was released on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. The work was targeted by Esquire Magazine in a piece that stated that WND Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah had made a decision to “recall and pulp” all copies of the book and issue refunds to purchasers. The article was later “updated” with an explanation that it was “satire.” Farah has stated that he will sue Esquire over the “libelous smear” perpetrated by its article.
It has been reported that Obama and his handlers at the Department of Justice had spent over $2,000,000 to keep his original birth certificate hidden from the public, yet on April 27, an image of such was released on all major networks and the internet. Almost immediately, however, graphics experts and analysts stated unequivocally that it was a bad forgery.
Dr. Corsi had been in touch with The Post & Email briefly while he was in Hawaii several weeks ago, during which we provided some information to him. Dr. Corsi was kind enough to send The Post & Email an advance copy of his book, which we received early last week.
Corsi had been scheduled to give his first interview following publication of the book to Sean Hannity of Fox News, but Hannity canceled it on the afternoon prior to Corsi’s scheduled evening appearance.
During the interview with Jones, Corsi stated that he has evidence that Obama’s birth in Kenya was covered up by “criminal tampering” of the birth record. He said he has proof from Kenya’s government of the criminal conspiracy. He pronounced that Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham were never legally married and that Stanley Ann had gone to Kenya alone and given birth to Obama II there.
Does that theory lend more credence to Lucas Smith’s document allegedly obtained from the Coast Province Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya?
The State Department has been sued to produce the travel records of Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s alleged mother, but has implied that they were destroyed, which is against the stated policies of both the National Archives Records Administration (NARA) and the State Department. According to the NARA, the State Department should still have Stanley Ann Dunham’s passport applications. The State Department released records from 1965 and forward to Christopher Strunk, one of the plaintiffs who had filed a lawsuit against State.
If Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961 as he has claimed, what is the State Department hiding? Why did Obama hide his “birth certificate” for almost three years if it was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health as it would have been all along had he been born there?
Why did the Hawaii Department of Health make public statements about Obama’s alleged birth in Hawaii but then claim that privacy laws prohibited the release of his full birth record?
In another interview, Corsi stated that “the White House is running a full-court press” against his book. He said that he intends to prove that the long-form birth certificate released on April 27, 2011 is a forgery.
Corsi stated that he “knows” that Obama was not born in Hawaii and that “Kapiolani does not have the records of his mother.” He also said that the Kenyan government and “intelligence services” there did “a deep search” for Obama II’s birth records. Corsi also appeared to validate Atty. Philip Berg’s contention that Obama’s step-grandmother, known as “Mama Sarah,” had affirmed that Obama II was born in Kenya.
If there was a conspiracy to put Obama in the White House, how many people are involved in both Kenya and the United States? How many people within the Department of Justice know and have been complicit? How many people in Hawaii know?
And what will be the price that they pay?

Hmmmm. Could it be that he said the wrong number of states then later so publcly wrote the wrong date in the UK to create a future defense that he has a long history of confusion re details. Perhaps he thinks that recurrent bouts of dementia,even if fake,will be his Get Out of Jail card?

Listening to Corsi is extremely important, and very interesting. I think that they have proof of things at WND. It’s almost like more every day. Many things of his investigation makes total sense with SAD.

Lots of people are calling this latest birth certificate a forgery – but it is not. It may be a fraud, and the White House press office was wrong in describing it as an image obtained by scanning an original document, but is a real birth certificate really issued by the state of Hawaii.
Let me explain: back in the 90s these was a brief fad in the records management business in which sql-server applications were developed to issue pre-print document images on request. In operation these assembled the preprint image from bits and pieces stored in the database – from, for example, some text info and digitized bits like signatures.
Hawaii put lots of money into building one of these – and that’s what produced the apparent “forgery” markers: things like the image layering, boundaries, faux registration marks, and text kerning.
To use one of these to make a fake identity all someone had to do was find a birth certificate number matching a dead or missing person, and then then change some values associated with that number in a Windows database – trivial for an insider and hardly a challenge for an outsider. Once that was done, these systems would happily produce state certified birth certificates for the target identity – that’s why DHS, in the post 9/11 world, put money behind getting rid of these systems.
What this means is that Mr. Obama’s newest birth certificate is not a forgery, but may be a fraud – and we won’t know one way or the other until he either produces the source documents or the “real” person 151-10641 was assigned to is revealed.

I thought it was that or the initial that was in the forgery mentioned in one of the detailed reports. But it bothered me that specific reference to the comment was not in this article and that it might have been left out inadvertently. There is so much information to process for all of us who try to read everything.
For any citizen of this country; the persecution and prosecution of so many who are asking the questions we pay Fiduciaries to ask and answer and then take appropriate action is overwhelming.
I’ve had massive experience with this corruption personally over the past few years and have not written much about it because so much more keeps happening. My experiences started in the earlier stages before the information started to make headlines; and they continue while all this plays out on the larger stage. So many details to keep track of and document personally and at the National level; it’s just crazy.

This is a very interesting find. So this Bounel character seems to be the link to Obama’s Connecticut social security number. I mean, it looks like skullduggery was accomplished here. We need to see if we can find the original social security number of Harry Bounel. If it turns up to the be the same as the one Obama is using, or if it cannot be confirmed, well then, we really have something here.
Things never smelled right with Obama from the beginning. These new revelations only further confirm that something is terribly amiss in Obama’s cover story.
It’s interesting – since Obama’s race was listed as “African”, might that not be indicative of birthplace, rather than race? I think it’s indisputable that no one would have been classified as “African”, but more likely “Negro” or even “negroid” or “mulatto” in 1961 – “Black” didn’t come into vogue until the mid to late `60’s, but never as an official race classification. Also, the fraudulent birth certificate seems like the best evidence yet of non-NBC status – if they’re going to hold out this certificate as legit, then clearly, since the listed father was not a citizen, Obama is ineligible under the Constitution and SCOTUS precedent.
The fact that there’s not a single photo of a pregnant Dunham is also interesting – that seems to underscore the “shame” of a teenage pregnancy in 1960/61.
I think when it’s all said and done, there will be an asterisk next to Obama’s name in the history books, and if there’s any justice or rule of law left in this country, he’ll be serving hard time at Leavenworth or Guantanamo when they make that entry.

3 years ago it was my gut feeling that Obama was not the child of SAD but rather that Malcom X paid SAD and paid Obama Senior to front for the baby. That is where all the money was coming from. SAD was a confirmed Communist believer so she could be trusted and then she was paid handsomely for the it. Probably the communist Marshall made the arrangements with Malcom X. That is why Marshall was such a mentor. Also explains why Obama wound up in Muslim school in Indonesia. Baby Obama was the money ticket for the Dunham family.
The plan was for SAD to go to Kenya to pick up the baby and run it back to Hawaii to make arrangements for the fake BC. That was why SAD and mother went to Hawii in the first place. It was arranged early. Everyone knew that was the way to get the baby back into USA with citizenship.
I was saying way before the 2008 election that Obama was a dead ringer for Malcom X and looked nothing like Obama Sr. And that Sr and SAD never had a real romantic relationship. It was all business.
We will probably never really know what happened. But any way you look at it. Obama is not a NBC born of 2 citizen parents on the soil of USA. Even if Malcom X is the daddy, SAD is still not the mommy.
Obama cremated grandma Dunham so to avoid any DNA testing. I am not even convinced that momma and grandma dunham are dead. I don’t believe anything from Obama.

Regardless of where the fraud was born, it is inconceivable that IF Dunham is the mother that she would be “alone” during a birth. Someone, a family member or friend would have been providing moral/financial support and companion her during the event.
To my recollection… no one has come forward having witnessed or heard tales from SAD about the circumstances surrounding Barry’s birth? Some lady (can’t recall her name) in Seattle claims to have seen little Barry as an infant, but has anyone questioned or interviewed her about what SAD told her (if anything) about the delivery? What SAD called Barry as a child? The location? The doctor? Who was with her at the time? How much the delivery cost? These all seem like normal conversation items of a young proud mother would boast to friends.
Was SAD a loner with no close friends? Doesn’t anyone else find it odd that not one US citizen has ever came forward giving information (even if false) about Barry’s nativity story? Where not talking about some random child picked from a crowd of millions, this is the guy squatting in the White House!

Maybe she didn’t go alone. Has anyone FOIA’ed the grandparents passport records? Perhaps she was accompanied by Maddy or Stanley. They could have talked her into going over there to give birth and give up the child to the paternal family. Remember this was the early sixties. In our want for PC we often glaze over the detail that a mixed-race child, during this time period, would have been controversial. So it’s feasible to consider that a family during this time period would have gone to extreme measures to “protect” their daughter’s future and reputation. Remember as well that she was eighteen when she gave birth which means she was most likely 17 at conception. That’s pretty hard core for late 1960 early 1961.

It IS about the birth certificate. As much as I would like to push the two-parents = NBC argument, so far the courts have refused to even address that issue. Phil Donofrio, Mario Appuuzzo and others have been to the Supreme Court with compelling arguments in favor of the Vattel definition, but the truth is the courts have consistently denied their arguments without comment.
Only one federal court has defined NBC: The infamously wrong Ankeny decision in Indiana. In that decision, jus soli was ruled as the definition of NBC. We lost.
But there IS a way to win this battle. Federal Court is NOT SCOTUS.
If we can get another federal court to rule in opposition to the Ankeny Decision, this creates a conundrum that SCOTUS HAS to decide. They won’t be able to dismiss our cases without comment IF we can convince a federal judge, ANY federal judge, of the merits of our case.
And that’s why I say move Orly to the background and get a lawyer up there who crosses his T’s and dots his I’s. Orly has the ideas, but courts are run by precedent and decorum and FACTS. Its one thing to say Obama was born in Kenya. It’s another thing to PROVE it. Orly thinks it is Obama’s job to prove her accusations wrong. That is just not how American courts work. Our lead attorney has to come up with PROOF.
I have no doubt that proof exists. But when you’re suing other attorneys and screeching about felonies on TV, you’re pandering to the Court of Public Opinion, not the Court of American justice. The Court of Public Opinion can un-elect Obama in 2012. But are we willing to take the risk that we lose just because the MSM portrays our lead attorney as Natashe from the Bullwinkle Show? They will, you know.

In addition to the Supreme Court cases you cited, there are three other Supreme Court cases affirming that a natural born citizen means born in the country to citizen parents:
1856 Scott v. Sandford — they quoted Vattel.
1874 Minor v. Happersett — they used very similar language to Vattel.
1939 Perkins v. Elg — they affirmed Elg to be a natural born citizen. She was born in the US to naturalized US citizen parents.
It is deceitful to quote the minority opinion in WKA as if it were the opinion of the court.
Simply state that Justice Gray, speaking for the 5-4 majority, made his Tory allegiances known by basing his faulty opinion upon British Common Law rather than upon the correctly decided _Minor v. Happersett_.

Since no picture of Ann Dunham pregnant has ever been produced, nor has any witness ever come forward saying they saw Ann Dunham when she was pregnant, is it possible that Ann Dunham flew to Kenya to “adopt” Obama instead of to give birth to him?? That would certainly explain her “being in a condition to fly” to the USA immediately upon “having the baby”??!! 1959 Malcolm X travels to Middle East and Africa including Kenya. Malcolm X meets with Jomo Kenyatta (recently released from prison following his conviction on leading the Mau Mau Rebellion), Tom Mboya, and may have met Barack Hussein Obama Sr, who was Mboya’s close confident and fellow Luo tribesman both from Lake Victoria.
Due to a program offering Western educational opportunities to outstanding Kenyan students that was organized by nationalist leader Tom Mboya, Obama Sr. was awarded a scholarship in economics, and at the age of 23 (1959) he enrolled at the University of Hawaii. [§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.
(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]
§338-20.5 Adoption; foreign born persons. (a) The department of health shall establish a Hawaii certificate of birth for a person born in a foreign country and for whom a final decree of adoption has been entered in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hawaii, when it receives the following:
(1) A properly certified copy of the adoption decree, or certified abstract thereof on a form approved by the department; and
(2) A copy of any investigatory report and recommendation which may have been prepared by the [director of human services]; and
(3) A report on a form to be approved by the department of health setting forth the following:
(A) Date of assumption of custody;
(B) Sex;
(C) Color or race;
(D) Approximate age of child;
(E) Name and address of the person or persons adopting said child;
(F) Name given to child by adoptive parent or parents;
(G) True or probable country of birth.
The true or probable country of birth shall be known as the place of birth, and the date of birth shall be determined by approximation. This report shall constitute an original certificate of birth; and
(4) A request that a new certificate of birth be established.
(b) After preparation of the new certificate of birth in the new name of the adopted person, the department of health shall seal and file the certified copy of the adoptive decree, the investigatory report and recommendation of the director of human services if any, the report constituting the original certificate of birth, and the request for a new certificate of birth. The sealed documents may be opened by the department only by an order of a court of record or when requested in accordance with section 578-14.5 or 578-15. The new certificate of birth shall show the true or probable foreign country of birth, and that the certificate is not evidence of United States citizenship for the child for whom it is issued or for the adoptive parents. §338-21 Children born to parents not married to each other. (a) All children born to parents not married to each other, irrespective of the marriage of either natural parent to another, (1) on the marriage of the natural parents with each other, (2) on the voluntary, written acknowledgments of paternity under oath signed by the natural father and the natural mother, or (3) on establishment of the parent and child relationship under chapter 584, are entitled to the same rights as those born to parents married to each other and shall take the name so stipulated by their parents or, if the parents do not agree on the name, shall take the name specified by a court of competent jurisdiction to be the name that is in the best interests of the child. The original certificate of birth shall contain the name so stipulated. The child or children or the parents thereof may petition the department of health to issue a new original certificate of birth, and not a duplicate of the original certificate that has been amended, altered, or modified, in the new name of the child, and the department shall issue the new original certificate of birth. As used in this section “name” includes the first name, middle name, or last name.
(b) The evidence upon which the new original certificate is made, and the superseded original certificate shall be sealed and filed and may be opened only upon order of a court of record.
(c) If the child’s natural parents marry each other and desire to change the child’s name, the child’s name may be changed and a new original certificate of birth prepared.
(d) Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the power of the courts to order the department to prepare new certificates of birth under section 584-23. John, you’ve hit the nail on the head. Even as late as the mid-seventies, young people were “going away” to bear illegitimate children. And then they would give them up for adoption.
Clearly, Stanley Ann wanted her child to have a life among his own people, so she left his father in Hawaii and traveled alone to Kenya to bear his child, fully intent upon leaving the children with his paternal relatives. This would explain, too, why she bore the child in Mombasa, 300 miles south of Obama’s family village. She would have gone to this seaside town alone, expecting solitude for the decision to put him up for adoption. She was probably unprepared for the visit by Granny Sarah.
I can’t say why she changed her mind and brought the child back, but that decision has clearly derailed the history of this country. Maybe Granny Sarah’s visit caused her to change her mind.
All the pranks she pulled in order to give Obama American citizenship are at the heart of the biggest FUBAR in American history.

I actually read an article about the Indonesian goverment saying they found immigration records that said that Ann dunham and Obama came from KENYA to Indonesia!

It appears that there are problems in both areas. One the NBC argument-even though we are convinced of what the law is-is tossed back and forth as being conditioned on one or two parents-and that as it is not defined in the Constitution it is subject to interpretation-the other-is the big lie aspect-the public at large would be asked to consider the perp a liar-the congress to a man/woman negligent and all violating the Constitution-all Judges part of a conspiracy- the entire msm engaged in the conspiracy as well. I don’t find it so difficult to believe. Jomo Kenyatta was elected “President” of Kanu in May, 1961, while still a political prisoner there. Jomo and Tom Mboya were very good friends, and Mboya and Senior were good friends. Jomo was released from prison in August, 1961. SAD, being the defiant little commie that she was, may well have gone to Kenya not only to meet Senior’s family, but also to be present when Jomo was released. There was much going on in Africa at that time, and it wouldn’t be a stretch to think that SAD, perhaps to “impress” Senior, wanted to participate.
It’s a possibility. I am not saying it was true, but SAD didn’t operate like most young people, and THAT’S a FACT!

Why do you find her going to Kenya alone to give birth so hard to believe? SHE WAS BARELY 18 AT THE TIME RIGHT so perhaps she didn’t want to actually GIVE BIRTH alone without the father present and at that, to MARRY as well. Perhaps giving birth to a half-black baby (and ALONE) wasn’t particularly comfortable back in the U.S. in 1961. Perhaps she didn’t want to keep the child and wanted to leave him in Kenya but changed her mind. According to Obama’s birth certificate, she didn’t work and was a student so financial concerns would’ve been heavy on her mind as well as the burden of having a child at 18 under these circumstances.. Why so hard to believe? It’s ALL believable.

With regard to Stanley Ann going to Kenya alone to give birth, perhaps she was in love with Obama Sr. and he wasn’t in love with her, or perhaps she couldn’t have him because he was already married (which he was). So she went to Kenya on her own to claim some form of “heritage” for her son if that was all she could have. Sounds farfetched, but she was an odd duck and pregnant women’s hormones are all out of whack and they are very emotional. She also might have wanted to “stake her claim” to Obama Sr. so her intent might have been to confront the wife in order to cause trouble and end the marriage. Obama Sr.’s family knew she was there as some were allegedly present for the birth.

In addition to being hormonal due to pregnancy, she was also a teenager. Teenagers are often irrational. Teen girl, raised by commies, pregnant and in love with the baby’s daddy who doesn’t love her back = very irrational individual.
If it turns out that Obama-fraud actually was born in Kenya (certainly one of the more likely scenarios) then the prime suspect in the destruction and cover up of his records there would have to be Rahm Emanuel.
I remember at the time being very suspicious of Emanuel’s December 2008 “long planned family vacation in Africa.” Ostensibly, he was to be on “safari.” No doubt he was hunting down some sort of rare and very possibly dangerous species of big game such as Birthcertificate-Kenyan-Incriminatous. This species has a lot in common with the Dodo bird in that it doesn’t run away when encountered. But unlike the Dodo, it can be very hard to bag unless bated with huge piles of hundred dollar bills. Not to worry, I’m sure Rahm was on safari fully equipped with plenty of “leftover” campaign funds. Uh-huh.

I’m not quite sure about all the conflicting information coming from Corsi and WND. First they pushed “Where’s the birth certificate?”, then they said “It was never about the birth certificate but about Obama not being an NBC”, now they’re again talking about Kenyan birth. I’m not sure what to make of that.
Is someone trying to send us back on the Kenya trip to make us forget about the clear issue of Obama not being an NBC regardless where he was born?
(Remember the Kenya issue will be hard to get track with the general public because they are not prone to believe both the White House and Hawaii would be lying.
However the NBC issue requires no-one to take issue with the authenticity of the “COLB” or the “LFBC”, it’s a very simple question that anyone can understand.)

I find this version hard to believe. Why would she go over there *alone* to give birth? What would be her motivation? Something about this new theory does not sound right.
There is quite a bit of circumstantial evidence to support the Kenyan birth scenario. (Speaking of Stanley Ann’s travel records, testimony of Kenyan relatives, various old newspaper articles, and statements of Kenyan officials and politicians), but it is only one of several possibilities. Stanley Ann was a “free spirit” raised by immoral commies, and she hooked up with an equally immoral lowlife who was planting his seed everywhere he went like he thought he was the Johnny Appleseed of Kenya, so who knows what her motivation might have been?
One plausible suggestion is that she was sent to Mombasa by her mother to drop her misbegotten spawn and leave it there with the Kenyan half of the “family.” But then, the theory goes, her maternal instincts kicked in and she couldn’t go through with the plan, so she packed her cute little baby Barack back to Hawaii – or Seattle (or wherever).
There certainly are several other very plausible scenarios, too, but, as you correctly point out, does it really matter? Obama-fraud is on record having declared himself having been born to an alien father who never was a permanent U.S. resident and never had any interest in becoming an American citizen. So it doesn’t really matter where little Barack Jr. was born, his nbC status is and always will be one big epic FAIL – at least if you pay any heed to the Constitution, the intent of the Founders and the rule of law.
The problem is that, as clear as this seems to you, me and most of the readers here at The Post & Email that legal fact might not be enough to win the day in the court of public opinion, hence the big push to uncover the facts of Obama-fraud’s very likely foreign birthplace.
At this point, the only thing I am absolutely convinced of (besides his being an ineligible usurper, of course) is that he was NOT born in any hospital anywhere in Hawaii.
Isn’t it all important?! If he proves to be born in Kenya, there’s no need to go through the NBC charade (one parent or two? was he born at Kapiolani? Queens? or somewhere else?) IF He was born in Kenya – He’s TOAST! IT’s OVER! He’s probably not even a US citizen.

I agree Martin, why is Corsi now focusing on and coming out with “evidence” that Barry was born in Kenya? WND and Corsi are all over the map on this and now you have some of the public making these grand speculations about the nativity story.
To make speculations is pointless. Like saying Barrys father is Malcolm X? Or he was adopted from Kenya? Come on!! They may be great scripts for a movie of the week, but any information being brought to the public/media should be based on FACTS and actual DOCUMENTATION, not some grand speculation……it makes everything surrounding this mystery start to sound like a circus act.
