Dear Congressman Rohrabacher,
Please find on the following pages an affidavit, presented and accepted as evidence in court, attesting to the forgery of the document Mr. Obama has presented to the American people as his authenticated copy of his birth certificate. Based on the expert qualifications of the person submitting this affidavit, this offers evidence of fraud and treason by Mr. Obama.

As you may know, the U.S. Constitution provides the mechanism of impeachment for removal of the President, Vice President, and other federal officers found to have engaged in “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” The House of Representatives is vested with the authority to impeach federal officers and draft articles of impeachment.
I share your concern for the current direction of the Administration’s policies. Please know that I will be mindful of your views and continue to monitor the Administration’s actions closely.

I sure hope there will be some movement in this process. Congress, by now, is in receipt of enough evidence concerning this matter that it should not be necessary to continue hemming and hawing about it. If we do not see action from them, I think it is safe to assume that some of them are also guilty because they knew about this ahead of time and did nothing. many have been in office much longer that the three yrs that Obama has been.
The impeachment process is for fully qualified and rightfully elected officials. No law can surmount the Constitution’s direct terminology unless Congress enacted a law to change the meaning of the passage.
In this instance, Article II (Executive Branch) has this passage:
Section 4 – Disqualification
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
It does not separate the President from the crimes process because of Executive privilege. If they commit crimes they can be removed from office. An opinion does not change the language.
Most certainly, it does not change the fact that the crimes were committed by a senator PRIOR to his assuming the Office of President.
There is no statute of limitations on these crimes.
Please pick up your phones and TELL (don’t ask) your representatives to remove this criminal under Article 2 section 4.

In nearly every case, our elected elite discard our concerns as non consequential and beneath them to consider.
Everyone of these individuals have sworn an Oath to the Constitution. Well and good, but if they don’t honor that Oath, what can we do? Threaten them? That will ensure us a one way ticket to the Gulag.
I know, because I have been threatened with arrest should I show up at the Fort Worth office or the DC office of Congresswoman Kay Grainger. I have been warned that I may only contact her via post mail.
Article 1 guarantees us the RIGHT to petition, but, nothing says they have to answer.
Well, I want them to know we are listening and we are aware. I want to jam communications in every form available to us with a simple message.
“Obama is not a constitutional President in accordance with Article 2 section 1 of the Constitution of these United States. Remove him”
The Senate will be in session the week of the 4th of July starting on the 5th of July. The House will be in session the week prior to the 4th of July.
We need to time our calls to insure the Congress in there to take our calls.

Starting Monday 27 June, we direct our focus to the House.
Starting July 5th, we focus on the Senate.

I’ve been emailing my congressman and senators on the fact that Obama is not eligible due to the fact that his father was not a US citizen since before the elections. Hopefully now some are taking this more seriously.
I’m thinking that the “splitting of hairs” analysis of the birth certificate’s is a distraction of the REAL problem at hand.. That Obama is and always has been ineligible to be President because of his father’s citizenship status. The SCOTUS should address that issue and that issue alone.

I just called the SOS here in ohio and asked if a pres. candidate has to show proof of citizenship – the answer i got was “its up to the political party” the candidate is running with to insure it. Time for some changes in our laws!

I am happy you have done this but I am surprised you were not told that if Obama is presenting a false Birth certificate, and we know that he is, he probably is not a valid President , therefore he can not be impeached, that is reserved for true Presidents, in Obamas case he would be arrested for fraud and forgery and whatever else they choose to charge him with but it would not be an impeachment, it would be an arrest. Dare we hope?

My Congressman has been notified and sent all document and web links. I called for an immediate investigation and the removal of all those complicit in this crime of Felony Treason. No impeachment of Obama is necessary as posted by jtx. All are guilty, at a minimum, of perjury and fraud. Most are guilty of Treason.
Hawaii Gov. Abercrombie and his “search” for Obama’s BC may be part of this story, in the following way.
The governor’s action seemed bizarre, first announcing he was going to search for the BC, then a month or so later saying no document could be found. I think that here he was communicating with Obama’s document-creation team, but doing so in a way that would not tie him in if this case resulted in criminal conspiracy charges. Any private message form, US Mail, emails or phone calls, would leave a permanent trail. By delivering his message in public, it could not be tied to him.
Then, once the document-creation team saw Abercrombie’s announcement, they had the go-ahead to create the forged BC. This is the same sequence used during the creation of Obama’s Certification of Live Birth. As soon as the news story appeared of the break-in of the US government document office in 2008, the Certification of Live Birth appeared just a couple of days later. The news of the break-in was the document team’s go-ahead signal to create the document.

You can’t impeach a person who is not legally the office holder … and Obama certainly is not legally holding the office nor has he ever shown himself eligible to hold the office based upon A2S1C5 … the “natural born Citizen” requirement.
He CAN however be found “… to have failed to qualify …” as in Amendment XX, Sec, 3 and may be legally removed by Congress. Dana won’t take any action I can assure you as he has been a sponsor of a bill to amend the Constitution to (in effect) mremove the nbC clause so that Ahnold could legally run.
For that matter, taking Barky’s latest forged BC as being real and intensively analysing it, what it actually proves is that the guy not only was NOT born in Kapiolani and that he was not born in any other HI hospital and in fact was NOT born in the USA.
Since he’s never been naturalized, he’s not even an American but perhaps an Indonesian or an illegal alien. We should get the MSM to call him what he is … “El Presidente Wetback”.
Don’t waste your breath on Rohrabacher (nor his staffers) – I’ve gone at them all repeatedly and made no headway except for hearing the old congressional bs “… we know he’s eligible …” with no proof of such.

You’re all wrong! There is no remedy! There was no remedy in 1891 with the Republican thug named Chester Arthur, and there is no remedy in 2011 with the Democrat thug named Barry Seotoro. You all are beating your gums and making hissing sounds in the desert winds. America is over and only civil war will solve the crisis we are in. The victor can then pick up the pieces and begin anew.
Let us correct this misunderstanding…as he is recognized as the president the only way to remove him is to impeach. Once impeached he can be treated as the criminal he is.
