IT’S THE CITIZENSHIP, NOT THE BIRTHPLACE

(Apr. 28, 2011) — As the media blitz to silence questions about Obama’s eligibility for office become shrill, Obama finally releases his so-called “long form” birth certificate (aka, a birth certificate), confirming once and for all that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States in compliance with Article II of the U.S. Constitution.
Let the impeachment begin!
The document posted on the White House web site, reported to be Obama’s actual birth certificate, appears to be a very poor forgery even to the untrained eye. But that’s not really the big story here…
The release of this document actually proves a few things much more important at this stage of the debate.

Obama lied – having claimed for two years to have already released his birth certificate, which birthers correctly identified as only a COLB (Certification of Live Birth). Now he has released his birth certificate, allegedly.

The press lied – swearing to Obama’s lie, also claiming over and over and over again for two years, that Obama had already released his birth certificate. He had not. Now he has, maybe.

Barack Hussein Obama I is his natural birth father – and since he was never a citizen of the United States, Barack Obama II cannot possibly be a natural born citizen of the United States.

Most people don’t know what natural born citizen means.
To be or not to be a natural born citizen
The official definition of natural born citizen is as follows –

natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.

those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.

The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens

in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.
For those still having trouble following along, a natural born citizen is one born the natural offspring of a father who was at the time of birth, a U.S. citizen.
Now that Obama has confirmed that his natural birth father was a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country. He has confirmed that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States.
As a result, the U.S. Constitution says he cannot be president of the United States, just as birthers have claimed for over two years. Article II – Section I – Clause V of the U.S. Constitution is very clear on the matter –
“No person except a natural born citizen, (or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution,) shall be eligible to the office of President;”
Case closed!
As the confirmed natural born son of a foreign father who was at no time in his life a citizen of the United States, Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States and he cannot be president of the United States, just as many suspected and the constitution states unequivocally.
However, now that all Americans know the truth, what can they do about it?
Impeach immediately!
Some have claimed that Obama cannot be impeached because he was not legally elected, as a candidate who was a fraud from the start. I’m not a lawyer, but I disagree.
From the moment that Supreme Court Justice Roberts administered the oath of office to Barack Obama on January 20, 2009, he has sat in the people’s White House as the official president of the United States and has in fact made a disaster of our nation and much of the free world while sitting in that chair.
Not only can he be impeached, he must be. He must be impeached, removed from office and maybe put in prison for life for his intentional outright fraud.
Further, all in his administration, in congress and in the Supreme Court who knew he was a fraud and did nothing to stop this nightmare, must immediately resign and be charged with conspiracy to commit fraud as well.
In any free representative republic, there is nothing more vital than the integrity of our system. Once the people have lost faith in the integrity of the system, there is no system. No individual or group of politicians is more important than the preservation of our system of self-governance. All who were complicit must be held accountable in order to protect and preserve our constitutional republic.
- I call for the immediate impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama for the high crime of fraud and breach of the public trust.
- I call upon House Representative Allen West to initiate impeachment proceedings against Barack Hussein Obama at once.
Allen West is a retired Military Colonel who has sworn an oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and the people of the United States, twice, as a soldier and as a House Representative. He took an oath to protect and preserve against all enemies, foreign and domestic and he currently has the confidence of the American people as an honorable man.
Last, the main stream press who has lied on Obama’s behalf, misleading the American public for almost three years regarding the fraud in the people’s White House, must be held accountable too. I call upon all American citizens to boycott all of the media outlets and personalities that carried water for the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American public.

Obama – Number one this is not a Birth Certificate.
This is a certificate of live birth This form is given to people who are not born in the United States sometimes.
I think we should see the real Birth Certificate.
Number two if this document is correct, than Obama is admitting that his father is not a United States citizen, therefore Obama is not qualified to be the president of the United States under the United States Constitution – that requires both parents to be born naturalized citizens.
Under the law of nations, to be a “natural born Citizen,” the child needed to be born in the United States (or what may be deemed its equivalent) to two citizen parents. This definition of a “natural born Citizen” is found in and has been confirmed by the following United States Supreme Court cases and other authorities:

In 1982, the vital records law was amended to create a fourth kind of birth certificate for children born outside of the Territory or State of Hawaii. HRS Chapter 338 was amended to add a new section authorizing the Director of the Department of Health to issue a birth certificate for a person NOT born in Hawaii either as a Territory or State, upon sufficient proof that the legal parents of such individual had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth of such child.
It is a sad realization to observe just how little anyone — including legislators, the judiciary, the media and we, the people — actually cares about the Constitutional qualification to be a ‘natural born citizen,’ to be eligible to sit in the White House.
The differences between a ‘citizen’ and a ‘natural born citizen’ have been so blurred — with the complicity of the media and the woefully ignorant legislators we have elected — that the terms have become
interchangeable, irrelevant and are no longer distinguishable one from the other by the educationally challenged electorate.
This is a battle we cannot win in the court of public opinion!!
Instead, obama has ‘trumped’ us (no pun intended) and has further framed and denigrated the eligibility argument to keep the attention on the place of his birth — with the carefully timed release of another fraudulent documentation of the place of his birth — which we know has never been the crux of the argument.
When Donald Trump moves on to other interests the majority will be comforted that as obama was born in Hawaii all is right with the world.
On May 2, 2011, I believe it is, Dr. Orly Taitz will have her day in court to present oral arguments relative to the dismissal of one of her earlier lawsuits. She will be heard for 20 minutes in front of judges, appointed by Bill Clinton, who will be judging an appeal of another democrat appointed judge. Anyone want to place bets on how quickly the appeal will be denied????

A BIG reason dunham didnt release birth certificate was he was using it for leverage. One, he felt he didn’t have to, just the white guy needed to, and TWO, if you asked for his birth certificate he then could call you racist. A statement from Barack Obama’s half-sister has at least cast a shadow of doubt on the legitimacy of the “Certificate of Live Birth” document that was released by the White House this week in an attempt to stifle questions about his eligibility, by referencing his apparent adoption by her father, Indonesian Lolo Soetoro.

could you please address the US CODE Title 8? does it change the definition of NATURAL BORN CITIZEN from what the founding fathers understood and intended it to mean.

US Code section 1401 does not change the definiton of a “natural born citizen” but rather defines who is a citizen at the time of birth as opposed to naturalized citizen. This distinction is being ignored by the media and Congress. A federal statute cannot change the meaning of the constitution, only a constitutional amendment. The term “natural born” is not defined by the Constitution and has not been completely settled by the Supreme Court. What is settled is that a natural born citizen is a person born on US soil whose parents (both) were citizens at the time of birth. President Obama does not satisfy this requirement. It is not settled that all people born in the US are natarual born citizens. They are citizens but not necessarily natural born citizens. It is constitutional question that should have been answered before he took office and should be answered now. As for the Supreme Court, there may be an issue with the court removing Obama because the Constituion provides that impeachment is the only way to remove a President. Bottom line — the rule of law is once again ignored and our country continues to slip towards oblivion.
Actually, I don’t think that the problem with passing the full impeachment process in this case is necessary. It would be easier and more legal to have him removed via the Supreme Court. That way, no political hay could be made since it would be dealt with as a Constitutional question and clarification. I am sure that an article of impeachment would pass the House, but the Senate would be a different animal since there are those there that don’t want him impeached due to their political ties to Obama. If his presidency is deemed as invalid, then there is the real possibilty of destroying the Democrat party.
Michael Heffley says: It would be easier and more legal to have him removed via the Supreme Court.
The problem here, Michael, is that the Supreme Court is complicit in the Treason of seating a known usurper, and in covering it up for over 2 years. They would not be likely to initiate the action required now, as they would be impliating themselves, and they have no defense of ‘plausible deniability’.
Better to pressure Congressmembers, who can be given immunity … if they do something about it now. Starting with Allen West sounds like the best idea to me. He has only had ‘plausible deniability’ since November 2010, and can now redeem himself – and get the support of millions of Americans to do what he knows is the right and honorable thing to do.

I would like to express to you that it is NOT over. Please be sure to tell Bob Schiffer. You see, Barack Obama has played right into the hands of the birthers. If he stands by the Certification of Live Birth he posted and stood before the world to declare it is authentic, he has a problem. A much bigger problem.
Whether or not it has already been debunked that it is photoshopped, he can’t admit that (and a poor job at that). It shows his father to be Barack Obama senior, a Kenyan National and never a US Citizen. He has just proved to the world, he is not a Natural Born Citizen therefore he cannot be president. That is the only reason we needed to see the birth certificate! Maybe even Donald did not know that! He has only been a birther for 3 weeks. I have been a birther for 4 years! If you want corroboration I suggest you at least do a minimal of research and go to http://www.puzo1.blogspot.com. You can do that much can’t you?
Things are just getting started. We still want to know how he got a social security number issued in Connecticut when at the time he got it , he lived in Hawaii! Also we know who’s social security number it belongs to Jean Paul Ludwig. Someone who used to work for Senator Reed in Pennsylvania. We have records from the social security administration showing that it was never issued to Barack Obama.
Let’s hope the next time, Barack Obama has a temper tantrum, that he doesn’t have his finger on “the button” nuclear that is.
