(Apr. 27, 2011) — Business giant Donald Trump has placed Obama’s eligibility for office at center stage again as Obama continues to insist he was born in Hawaii, the son of a Kenyan father and American mother. But despite hundreds of challenges, Obama remains defiant, refusing to release any vital documentation to back up his story and thus, doubts persist.
In a CNN “investigative” piece titled Obama ‘birther’ claims have no merit, picked up and run by all the pro-Obama mainstream news outlets, of course, CNN asks and answers the following question – Was Barack Obama really born in America?
“A new CNN investigation reveals what most analysts have been saying since the so-called “birther” controversy erupted during the 2008 presidential campaign: Obama was born in the state of Hawaii on August 4, 1961. Period.”
Well, that’s it, I guess. CNN said so, case closed!
Never in my life have I ever seen such a massive media propaganda effort to suppress the truth. The total absence of any honest journalistic curiosity concerning the life of a sitting president of the United States is nothing shy of astonishing. Never before has the entire U.S. press worked so hard to avoid learning anything at all about an individual.
The Official Record
Twenty-seven months after claiming the most powerful office in America and one of the most powerful offices in the world, Barack Obama has not offered a single authentic document supporting his claim to be a natural born citizen of the United States, eligible for the office he currently holds. No birth certificate, no school records, no medical records, no passport records, no adoption records, nothing… He is the first totally undocumented president in U.S. history.
Trump is right about one thing: Obama has something to hide…
Natural Born Citizen
CNN lays out the fundamental lie at the base of pro-Obama propaganda defending his undocumented status.
“The U.S. Constitution says only “natural born” citizens can become president — a vague clause that some members of the birther movement contend disqualifies Obama because, they insist, he was born outside the United States.”
There is nothing vague about the term natural born citizen and the issue is Obama’s birth father, not his birthplace — His dual and divided loyalties, which he has demonstrated every day since taking office.
It is well known that the Founders borrowed the term from the Law of Nations and the historical definition of the term is indisputable based upon four simple statements dating back to the mid-1700s.
- natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.
- those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.
- The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens
- in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.
This is the definition of natural born citizen and CNN along with every other press outlet, member of Congress and U.S. Supreme Court know it.
Of course, this means that no matter where on earth Obama may have been born, he is not a natural born citizen and they all know this too. Obama’s stated natural birth father is Barack Hussein Obama of Kenya, who was at no time in his life a citizen of the United States. Since natural-born citizenship follows the bloodline of the father, Obama II cannot be a natural born citizen of the Unites States no matter where he was born.
This is why Obama and his press minions are desperate to keep the discussion limited to his birthplace and the ongoing search for a missing Hawaiian birth certificate. If the people ever learn that natural born is based upon birth father (natural-born) rather than birthplace (native-born), Obama must be removed from office in handcuffs, a fraud that cannot be allowed to stand.
Born in Hawaii
Because Obama refuses to release his birth records, nobody actually knows whether or not Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii. CNN is lying… All we have to go on is third-party opinions, which vary and would not even be admissible as evidence in any court. The COLB presented by Obama supporters is not proof of anything.
Not Certified by the Democrat Party
We have known since at least September 2009 that the Democrat Party refused to certify Barack Hussein Obama as constitutionally eligible for the office he sought in 2008. The DNC knows that Obama is not a natural born citizen and is constitutionally ineligible for the office he currently holds. They intend to fix it after the fact by redefining the term natural born citizen, basing it on birthplace instead of the bloodline of the birth father.
To hear pro-Obama minions tell it, a natural born citizen is anyone born on U.S. soil (Hawaii) who was not born by C-section. They even go so far as to use 14th Amendment naturalization court decisions to support their claim of Obama citizenship, as if there is no difference between anchor baby citizens and natural-born citizen.
Why all the desperate lies?
Because the horse is already out of the barn, trampling all over the rose garden and the truth will not set them free, it will put all of them in prison for the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American electorate.
The line of succession to the presidency will not hold in this case. Vice President Biden, Secretary of State Clinton, then-Speaker Pelosi and Senate leader Reid were all aware and complicit in the fraud. They all have to go down on the bad ship Obama.
Even the Supreme Court Justices are aware of the fraud that took place in the 2008 election and none of them had the backbone to stop it. Of course our nation’s legal scholars know what natural born citizen means…and that Obama isn’t one.
When Obama goes down, everyone complicit goes with him. Can you even imagine the turmoil that will create at a time in history when the political left already has the nation on the verge of total utter collapse? Hence, the desperate effort to end the discussion or at least limit it to a missing Hawaiian birth certificate.
State “birther” Bills
The current rush to pass “birther” legislation is a huge blunder on the part of well-intended people. Because these efforts wrongly focus on birthplace as well, they will serve only as a final nail in America’s coffin. They will help the left establish birthplace rather than natural birth rights as the foundation for natural born. A bad bill is worse than no bill at all.
These efforts must be stopped until state legislators correctly define natural born citizen and make that the centerpiece of their bill, rather than birthplace. Natural born follows the bloodline of the father, period.
As for the press, beyond the fact that American journalism is now nothing more than a propaganda machine for the international Marxist agenda to redistribute American wealth, news agencies no longer operate freely. They are beholden to those who feed them in the 24/7 commercial news industry.
So the lies just get louder and louder. The drumbeat of all-out war against “birthers” who only want the truth to be known and the nation to be set free from this nightmare is growing towards a crescendo.
As we move into the 2012 election cycle and questions persist about the illegal usurper in the people’s White House and all of his evil enablers, the attacks on patriotic Americans seeking only the truth will get vicious.
CNN and other propaganda outlets will continue regurgitating false information around the clock, desperately trying to convince voters that there is nothing to see here; Obama was born in Hawaii.
But no matter where Obama was born, he is not a natural born citizen of the United States and that makes him not only a total fraud, but a usurper of the U.S. Constitution as well.
This crime cannot stand in America. Sooner or later, no matter the massive media effort to silence the questions, the truth will be known. The more they work to conceal the truth, the more painful the truth will be when it is finally known.
With the fraud successful, there is no easy way out of this corner. May God give Americans the strength to right this wrong and turn this nation away from the cliff! I join my dear friends in prayer for my country!

Thank You JB Williams for your supportive article that supports my research and discovery of the Natural Law Theory. I have been trying to get people to understand that the BC bills in the States are the wrong way to go. For one thing, they open up the States to liability that they are currently immune from. So what if a Secretary of State obtains a BC? If she puts Obama on the ballot anyway without understanding that the BC proves Obama is not eligible due to his foreign father, then what good does the law requiring the Secretary of State to obtain a BC convey? Nothing. It only then opens up the State to a law suit.
The proper avenue is to force the State Attorneys General to sue the Federal Elections Commission to obtain a court order to force the States to not put Obama on the ballot in the next election. If they refuse then you as an individual citizen have gained standing to sue your State and the Federal Elections Commission for failing to protect your natural sovereign political status under the law that is supposed to be guaranteed and protected by Article II nbC.
There are only four crimes enumerated in the Constitution for the federal government to prosecute: ” . . . counterfeiting the securities and current Coin . . and Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations, plus Treason.”
So now we can add crimes against the Law of Nations for forgery to the already long list of treasonous actions.
This phony BC will now allow him to be on the ballot for all 50 states. Unless WE THE PEOPLE are able to bring the NBC statute about him being a “Dual Citizen” who’s father was not a US Citizen, he may just pull off another fraud.
