DEATH THREAT REPORTED TO THE FBI AND TO THE HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

The comment was left as a response to our article “Update: Breaking from Hawaii: No More Long-Form Birth Certificates!” published on April 12, 2011, apparently in response to a reply made by this writer to a commenter. The article dealt with a report from a Hawaii resident who requested a copy of his original, long-form birth certificate and was denied access to his record. He had obtained a short-form certificate several weeks prior. Our article also described a published change in rules by the Department of Hawaii Home Lands regarding the documentation required to determine if a person has Hawaiian blood. Prior to 2009, the DHHL said it accepted only the long-form “Certificate of Live Birth” as sufficient proof of Hawaiian ancestry. However, in 2009, it announced that a short-form “Certification of Live Birth” would be acceptable despite its lack of certain information. Some have suspected that the change in policy was an attempt to legitimize the “Certification of Live Birth” which Facthcheck.org claimed was Obama’s “birth certificate.”
The threat has been reported to the FBI.
Because a part of our investigation has focused on the Hawaii Department of Health to release any and all documentation pertaining to Obama, our question now is: Does this person work for the Hawaii Department of Health? He says “We have a deadly and BLOODY surprise…” Who is “we?”
Does he work for Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie or Lt. Governor Brian Schatz, whom we have also contacted about Obama’s records which cannot be located, according to Abercrombie?
Not one of these entities will respond to our requests for information regarding the apparent illegal change in policy in issuing copies of long-form birth certificates to legitimate requesters.
The following communication has been sent to the Hawaii Department of Health:
Hello, my newspaper has been investigating the background of Barack Hussein Obama, who claims to have been born in Hawaii. As you know, there is much circumstantial evidence that he was not, and your own governor has stated, in contradiction to Dr. Chiyome Fukino, that there is no long-form birth certificate on file for Obama in Hawaii.
Today I have received a death threat from someone who, while not stating openly that he is employed by you, used the term “We” in response to an article I wrote here: http://www.thepostemail.com/2011/04/12/breaking-from-hawaii-no-more-long-form-birth-certificates/
Since the article was directed at the Hawaii Health Department’s recent refusal to issue copies of long-form birth certificates to those with “a direct and tangible interest in the record,” I am wondering if this person is employed by you, hence the use of the pronoun “We.”

Directly after sending the message, we received an automated acknowledgement from the Hawaii Department of Health.
The Post & Email also wonders if Obama was born in Hawaii, and, according to the former Health Department Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, his original birth record shows that, why is someone willing to threaten to kill this writer over its disclosure? What is Obama hiding?
However, the actual reason for Obama’s ineligibility may be his foreign-citizen father, which no mainstream media outlet has investigated to date.

…Sometimes it is easy to forget that things have to be explained.
The sender of your email, very easily could be in Hawaii… yet using a proxy that runs through the server in Washington state.
Basically, his computer routes the transmission (email or post) to a Computer in Washington. That computer, with its IP/location, then retransmits the packets (email/post)… to your computer, or whomever is hosting your site. (I didn’t check)
Also, a NET-wise 16 year old could commandeer someone’s email, or computer… that is, assigned that IP… in Washington state.. and then send the email or post.
It would then appear as the sender originated in the host’s state. But, everything is logged, even going through multiple servers using proxies and changing the IP… it can be traced back… unless the sender was a NET-wise 20 year old :)

Sharon, here’s a little more NFO. But understand… An IP address is easily spoofed. By entering a proxy server in your LAN settings on your computer… or by utilizing readily available software such as Hide My IP.

I asked the security department where the commemorative plaque or statue attesting to the first black president’s birth, at the hospital, was located. They stated there was no plaque!

I called a resort hotel today, in Mombasa, Kenya to inquire through their concierge the possibility of arranging a city tour that would include our being given a tour of President Obama’s place of birth. Unlike Donald Trump’s tape being played repeatedly on the networks where Grandma changed her mind about 59 seconds after being asked where her grandson was born; in my case, the desk clerk who did of course speak English, readily stated, without any hesitation, no problem! The concierge was away from his desk, thus I was transferred to guest relations. Again, readily, the representative stated, they could easily arrange this; is emailing the particulars of the tour. I have the call taped.
I really didn’t get the impression that this was any sort of a secret in Kenya.
Maybe some of you could try various english speaking businesses and make the same type inquiry, then sending the tape to your congressman?

This building has several companies and persons as tenants. I’m sure you or another reader can look through the list.
The IP address range belongs to Wavecable.com, a broadband ISP out of Seattle, so whoever posted it was wise enough not to post through a government server. However, the users IP can be tracked if the FBI is so inclined to go to the ISP with a court ordered search warrant and get access to the server info. This more than likely was not someone in Hawaii unless Wavecable provides ISP service to Hawaii.
More likely it was someone that gets their kicks out of talking big, but stupid enough not to know that they could be located.

The operator of the site, Obama Release Your Records, would be all too happy to tell you about the threats from the person, who I remember daring the readers to come to Port Angeles, Wash., so that they can be easy pickings for him and his weapon.
