MR. SPEAKER, OBAMA IS NOT A “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN!”

Dear Editor:
The following letter was sent to Speaker of the House John Boehner regarding the arrest and charges brought against Theresa Cao, who “participated” in Congressman Robert Goodlatte’s announced reading of the U.S. Constitution on January 6, 2011 by exclaiming, “Except Obama! Except Obama!” when the clause about the “natural born Citizen” requirement for President was read.
Dear Mr. Speaker,
For reasons that I do not know, you steadfastly refuse to address the greatest assault on our Constitution since the founding of our nation; the fact that we do NOT have a legitimate President in the White House! By Mr. Obama/Soetoro’s own statements, his (claimed) father was never a United States citizen, thus barring Mr. Obama/Soetoro from being President because of the “natural born citizen” clause specifically addressing this issue in our Constitution.
Now comes Mr. Holder’s Justice Department bringing charges against a Theresa Cao for expressing her rights of free speech in making note ot the above fact during the reading of that very clause from our Constitution before the House of Representatives. This is a travesty on all for which our Founding Fathers gave their lives, their treasure and their sacred honor!
Mr. Speaker, it seems that neither I nor anyone else can make you honor your oath to protect and defend our Constitution, but at LEAST I ask that you do SOMETHING to stop this assault on Theresa Cao’s Constitutional right of free speech as guaranteed under the First Amendment.
Her statement might not have been deemed proper under the rules of decorum in the House, but since WHEN do the rules of decorum in the House trump the Constitution?

Update: On March 21, 2011, Theresa Cao reported that she, two missionaries and a woman from Pennsylvania carried out the first date of the official “National Call to Action” in Washington, DC from approximately 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. outside of the White House. The woman from Pennsylvania drove to Washington especially for this event and had met Ms. Cao at the court-martial of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin last December.

Four people? FOUR PEOPLE??? Is that all we can get??? Where’s the “Million Man March” if we can’t even get 10 people to go? Where’s the 91% of Americans, how can we only get 0.000001% to actually show up?

boehner and all of congress have known since the 2008 campaign that obama was not a natural born citizen and was a fraud. they are afraid to act because obama has information in his possession that will bring almost the entire government down. do not forget that he worked for and with the c. i. a. years ago. he has obtained very damaging information about the u. s. government if he should decide to spill the beans on them
The only beans Barry would have to spill if he went out on ineligibility would be the fact that many members of Congress knew, and aided his usurpation of the presidency. That information would send them to prison without the need for any other damaging information.
Congress cannot reveal Barry’s usurpation because he will then reveal their part in the fraud/scam that got him elected.
It’s a stalemate which also prevents Barry from ever being impeached, no matter what he does.

Tell congress that if 5 people go out on a robbery and one guy shoots a person during the robbery then all 5 are tried for murder. Congress is like those other 4. They are adding and abetting Obama in his crimes. The RICO Act must be applied to all of them. It is definitely a conspiracy. they all conspire to destroy the Constitution against their solumn taken oath of office.
These congressmen show no mercy for someone smoking a joint. They throw the book at the person and his friends. But their super crime is all covered up. They are much worse than the person who smokes a joint. Their oath requires them to come forward just like LtCol Lakin came forward. And Theresa Cao came forward and many other Patriotic Americans.
I would take great pleasure if all these politicians were found guilty in court of law and the law was applied vigorously to them for their crimes.

Down through history this has happened before. Then the power structure changes and those guilty pay the price. They walk free only so long as they maintain power. Once they lose power the new power will bring them to justice. We must work to bring in new people.

Congress is a ship of fools sailing without a rudder into a sea of socialist storms that will sink the lot of them, and good riddance. To them the Constitution is just a piece of historical litter. All of this to protect a foreign usurper from facing the truth about his fraudulent election. The whole U.S. government is now a criminal enterprise.
Indeed there is a cover up, a conspiracy of the highest order. The danger is they have been compromised and now can’t stop this usurper no matter what he does. Obama just showed us what he is capable of by attacking a sovereign state when it was of NO threat to our nation what so ever. He did it without a congressional consult but with only the UN preferring we use our assets, our men and women and all at our expense. It is also at our peril for now that our military acts on his orders alone against anyone without provocation there is only a time and place between them and us or some other desired object he may wish to pursue.

And where is this necessity, the urgency which precluded the consultation with congress? Where in the constitution would there be a just power to overthrow a ruler completely at the behest of a foreign entity? This is what treason has bred from congress and it will not end there, count on it. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The corruption and lawlessness in the federal government is rampant and widespread. If the states don’t control the unlawful federal government – an entity they themselves created – we the people will either have to nullify and shut down the federal government, or, alternatively, we will find ourselves in another internal war with our own communist central government.
Shouldn’t we start asking ….Why has this government including the U.S. Supreme Court initiated an illegal process to diminish the authority of the U.S. Constitution? And why are the Bill O’Reilly’s of the MSM acting has cohorts to this crime rather than reporting it to the public?
I’ve said it before….this is dangerous stuff they are doing! It goes beyond the illegal usurper Obama! This government has put America into a state of “check” and it is WE THE PEOPLE this government wants to capture!
And compared to other people in other parts of the world who are now questioning their leadership by standing up, protesting and demonstrating their defiance. What do Americans do? By comparison….AMERICANS DO NOTHING THAT IS COMPARABLE! While America was burning over eleven million people were busy watching the superbowl. So much for love of country when entertainment prevails over freedom!
The Constitution of the United States of America is and has been under an attack since the government installed an illegal usurper into the White House and the people of America don’t do a damned thing about it! If you aren’t sure if Obama is an Constitutionally Illegal Usurper….then do the homework and find out for yourself. It’s on the internet. Look up the very first SCOTUS Chief Justice John Jay. It is believed he is responsible for having NATURAL BORN CITIZEN put into the U.S. Constitution. Then look up Morrison R. Waite! He is the 1874 SCOTUS Chief Justice that more or less says in the case of Minor v. Happersett, that Obama fails to be a legally Constitutionally qualified NATURAL BORN CITIZEN because his father never being a U.S. citizen. The nonsense about a birth certificate and being born in Hawaii is a deliberate diversion and decoy. Obama could have been born in Montana with thousands of witnesses and he still would not qualify to be a presidential candidate because of his father!
If you know with certainty because you have read the U.S. Constitution and studied American History that Obama is a genuine Constitutionally Illegal Usurper….then where are you? Why aren’t you standing up for America?
This is an extremely legitimate and valid Constitutional concern that is most worthy of consideration for a national debate and civil discourse by all citizens of America. But instead this subject is deliberately and intentionally and has been for over two years now….suppressed and oppressed by this government and the Bill O’Reilly’s of the MSM!
America is supposed to be a nation guided by laws and not a nation guided by a bunch of renegade lawless men!

I am soooo very proud of you. I have spoke up for you on a lot of forums before you became Speaker of the House. I was happy to spend time in debate with others as I see what you are capable of. I know you have a plan in how you want things to go. I think what people worry about now that you are Speaker is that they think you are going to become happy with the power and happy finding balance between the parties. The fact is, there is NO happy balance point. You are best when you find your passion…..you are best when you say,” HELL NO, YOU CAN’T!” Please don’t become complacent with your new power….please FIGHT …. FIGHT like you did when played football.!! I believe in you…….. PLEASE STAND UP!! STOP THEM. REPEAL HARRY REID on the EPA! He has no right!! I don’t think most of Congress now gives a rip about protecting Barry the usurper. The leader of Congress have told all the members of Congress, after they had a meeting, that Barry is eligible due to the information Hawaii has provided, and Congress has decided to take no action.
That is what I was told by the staff “expert” at Senator John Boozman’s office just a few days ago. She basically said, to paraphrase, “case closed, they ain’t doing nothing no matter what, no need to talk about it”.
The reason is, in my opinion, almost, if not entirely to protect the members of Congress who helped get an ineligible Barry on the ballot in 2008. Many had knowledge of Barry’s ineligibility at that time, but they did whatever was required to get Obama on the ballot….which in Hawaii at least was a bit of a challenge. There are documents available that prove election fraud, but nothing anyone can do with them.
The leaders of Congress, including Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, and the current Republican leaders, all silenced the rest of Congress to protect those involved in getting the usurper elected ffom facing jail…….or worse. Some in Congress would likely rather not be part of this cover-up, but I don’t thank they have been asked to participate, they have been told.
I believe protecting Barry is not the number one priority, it’s Congress protecting their own. I believe there are now plenty in Congress who, if they could involve only Barry, would spill the beans to get rid of him now.
To those in Congress who are complicit:You won’t get away with it.
