On March 14, 2011, the following letter was sent to Oklahoma’s new governor, Mary Fallin, members of the Oklahoma legislature and others:

Dear Governor Fallin,
For many, many, months now I have been questioning you about adhering to our Constitution; but unfortunately I have received no response.
It is obvious to all who will “see” that the citizens of Oklahoma were more aware of our Constitution than those we had previously elected to public office because the voters of Oklahoma DENIED Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, even ONE COUNTY in the fraudulent 2008 election! It is unmistakably clear in the Constitution of the United States that to be considered eligible to be president that a person be, amongst other requirements, a natural born citizen. Mr. Obama/Soetoro fails in this respect as he was not born of two United States citizens, his (claimed) father being a Kenyan, a British subject! The Founding Fathers made it quite clear that they wanted to ensure that whoever was commander in chief of our military forces had loyalty ONLY to the United States, and were particularly worried about lingering British loyalties, as born out by much writing at the time [The Law of Nations, Vattel, 1758, etc., Joseph Story, etc.] hence they wanted to only consider a person having both parents owing allegiance only to the United States.
In Oklahoma’s last session of the Legislature, Rep. Mike Ritze introduced a bill which would spell out and require that any candidate for the presidency must prove that he/she did meet all the Constitutional requirements prior to appearing on the Oklahoma ballot. As this bill got absolutely NO help from the Democrat Governor, it died in that session. A similar bill was reintroduced in THIS session by Senator Anthony Sykes. It appears that this bill is also going to die in committee after suffering from a total lack of leadership and support from a now “Republican” Governor!
Governor Fallin, how can you continue to turn you back on our Constitution, the very bedrock of our nation? The usurper in the Oval office has wrought a great deal of harm on Oklahoma’s economy with his anti-American, anti-energy, Marxist policies yet it appears that those we have chosen to represent us are DISserving us, the People of Oklahoma, by failing to address this issue. This man should be under indictment for fraud, extortion, embezzlement and outright treason instead of languishing in the White House!

I met Mary Fallin in 2010 at the Glen Beck/Sarah Palin tour show. She was campaigning even then. This show of course was a tea party/conservative venue. She promised to the people that she would uphold the oath of office and she ran for governor on repealing obamacare and keeping our 10th amendment alive. So far, she has continued to keep the millions of dollars that Brad Henry took from Obama, she has done nothing about obamacare, she has done nothing about keeping our 10th amendment alive and most of all she is voiceless against the 755 bill that we the people voted on in 2010 against sharia law being used in ok. 72% of the population doesnt want sharia law here and some muslim from out of state comes in to OKC and sues saying that’s its unconstitutional NOT to allow sharia law in our OK courts–it is sitting in limbo on one of the most liberal federal judges desk doing nothing. NO word from Ms Fallin trying to throw it out. She will not get a 2nd term vote from me.
Mary Fallin has taken the oath several times. Lt. gov 2 terms, House of misrepresentatives once!

Last year I sent email to Mary Fallin house of misrepresentatives, Tom Coburn US senator, Jim Inhofe Us Senator, Brad Henry At that time Gov. Of Oklahoma asking each why they are not honoring their oath of Office— still waiting for answer from any of them!
I’m guessing that Mary Fallin publicly took an OATH of Office at the time she was indoctrinated into the office of Governorship. IF she can not in good conscience support her own Oath and that given to the citizens of Oklahoma, shouldn’t she — IF she has any honor and self-respect, step down and let the next person in the chain of command take over?

Yes he was and he accepted millions of federal dollars a few months before his term ended–and Mary Fallin inherited it!
