(Feb. 6, 2011) — Patriots: This has been a long journey. There is no guarantee at this point we are at the end, but the information provided here is, in my personal belief, the closest I have come to understanding what has happened to this great nation!
Of course this is still subject to independent verification, so I would invite all of you to whom this may also be of interest to review this information to satisfy yourselves. Please also do your own research.

Many of us have battled for most of the last two years to understand why our members of Congress failed to live up to what we believed was their oath of office. Well, we have been misled; as I understand the circumstances, the oath of office was not to the original Constitution (organic Constitution); their oath was to the corporate constitution which does not derive its power from the people. It comes from a corporation located in a ten-square-mile area referred to as Washington, DC.
My friends, the great citizens of this country have been swindled out of our true government over 100 years ago; the worse part is that no one in recent history has bothered to even tell us. They have hidden this fact so they could stay in power.
There were signs. But we did not understand the signs when we heard them.

Why Congress will do nothing regarding Obama! He is not the president of the United States of America. He is president of the corporation!
There is a group of patriots that are in the process of forming a new republic. To some extent, chapters are in place in all 50 states. I have just begun investigating this effort so I cannot offer any personal conclusion. However, I urge you too, to also investigate as time is of the essence.
If you decide to follow the rabbit hole further, you will be presented with a scenario that will absolutely boggle your mind. However, the more you pursue this the more all of this makes sense. The pieces will start to fall into place. You will begin to understand separate parts of history that were before this time not understood.
You may hear many things pro and con about the formation of a new republic. But for those who continue to believe in this nation, in liberty and in restoring the original Constitution and the original republic, then I urge you to look further.
Many questions still exist but it appears we are making progress. As in all endeavors to recapture our liberty, all agree that unity of purpose is the key. In this endeavor success will also depend on the ability of the individual to join in the common effort. You have heard this before but never has the decision by the individual patriot to unify ever been of greater importance.

HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION
(note by Panama Legal: These are the basic premises adhered to by the people in the movement and the people in the Sovereign movement. The Government is a Corporation actually functioning as the Federal Government.
Thus it does not have to follow the constitution. Also, it does not matter if Obama is not a natural born Citizen since it is a corporation which he heads.
The corporation gets the permission of the people to reign over them by deceit. This is done by wording in the Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, driving Licenses, IRS forms, Marriage Licenses and other documents.
They always refer to the “person” in all capital letters. This means the name represents a corporate entity. This is how the corporation courts get jurisdiction over you. Even in English common law which the anti-constitutionalists like to quote, it takes ‘nature and birthright’ to make a ‘natural born subject’
Read Lord Coke (Calvin’s case( which is cited by SCOTUS)
Quote:
“There is found in the law four kinds of ligeances; the first is, ligeantia naturalis, absoluta pura, et indefinite, and this originally is due by nature and birth-right,”
The equivalent to jus sanguinis AND jus soli.
But Lord Coke also wrote:
7 Coke Report 5 b, 77 ER p383: “By all which it eVidently appeareth, that they that are born under the obedience, power, faith, ligealty, or ligeance of the King, are natural subjects, and no aliens.”
7 Coke Report 24 a, 77 ER p405/406: “Certainly they being born under the obedience of one King and sovereign were all natural-born subjects”
From that, it does not appear to follow that ius sanguini plays any role in Lord Coke’s argument.
I think your misunderstanding comes from the fact that you take “nature and birth-right” and assume that “nature” is somehow related to “parents”, however that is not what Lord Coke writes.
So I humbly posit that the equality “natural born citizen = born (on the soil) of two citizen parents” must be drawn from somewhere else than Lord Coke’s arguments you cite.
I think the point is rather whether the Founders looked at Common Law’s “subjects” when they considered a “citizen”; in my opinion this is where the decisive difference is that makes the Obots’ argument “but Common Law says ius soli suffices” incorrect.

P.S. Rod is also on another talkshoe.com program, Radio Free America. That show ID # is 17898. They sometimes discuss other issues also, but I see in my email file that one of the Private Attorneys General sent an email out about the 10.10.09 (episdoe 62 from the archives) discussion on the radio re the case getting filed in the D.C. Superior Court. However, that info is dated, but will give someone a little background.
Rod Class has been researching this U.S. Corporation issue for years, and currently has litigation in with the Coast Guard, since Class believes us to be under Maritime Law. I even sent one of the eligibility attorneys Rod’s latest coast guard filing, but never heard back. He may have thought it was just a conspiracy theory. It really is hard to believe that Americans have lived under a phony system for nearly 100 yrs, but never underestimate the craftiness and greed of corrupt bankers. Rod has discussed how maritime terms have been incorporated into our transportation system with terms such as highway ISLANDS, shipping DOCKS and BAYS, etc.
Rod and Carl (or another researcher) gave a very chilling account of how they found the D.C. Superior Court when they were flying a test case on this Corporation issue about a year or two ago. They went first to the Federal District Court in D.C. but after Rod told them he wanted to file a lawsuit not against the U.S. Government, but against the U.S. Corporation, the manager directed them to go out a side door, through an alley or some such thing, and go to the D.C. Superior Court which had jurisdiction over D.C. corporations. When Rod and Carl made their way over there and told someone what they wanted to do, she ushered them in to see her manager. I remember the chill I felt when Rod said the man looked at the two of them, put his head down for a moment, then looked up and said, “So, you found us.” I believe what happened subsequent to their filing in the Superior Court is that they were slow-rolled and obstructed. The last I remember hearing was that when Rod got wind that there were problems with “words”, he petitioned the court to agree on definitions so both parties would know what was being discussed. I believe that was the last thing the court wanted to do, because it was hiding info it did not want made known.
That may have been when Rod took this case to the Administrative Court of the U.S. Coast Guard, since they have jurisdiction over maritime issues. It is chillingly fascinating, but if true in all its diabolical schemes, it is enough to cause a revolution in this country, because Americans would have more right to a revolt than any other nation on earth.
I can’t believe this whole “maritime law” cr-p finds it way up here. We don’t need any more crazy ideas which courts to go to, we need to take action!

I listened to an interview with Rod Class on blog radio in Sep.’09 and couldn’t believe what I heard. The “experts” I asked about it dismissed it, said it wasn’t true and I took their word for it – big mistake. If someone tells you you’re a conspiracy nut that’s almost a sure sign that you’ve discovered the truth. Good example: 9/11.
I just came across a good documentary by Clint Richardson, “The Corporation Nation.” It’s over 3 hours but if you’re a doubting Thomas, it’s a must-see.

Finally! I commend Rosner for informing the public of the truth of our once great nation, also to “The Post & Email” for publishing it. It became blatantly obvious to me in 2008 when the dual citizen became a nominee. Since then I have had many conversations with Maritime Admiralty Law scholars, and every one of them had no idea what I was talking about. At least that is what I was told by them. As a young man I worked in the TV and film production industry where I learned, “We tell them what to think” as one of my producers told me. From there I entered into the Merchant Marines, and worked for the MSC (Military Sealift Command) among other Federal agencies. I was told, by a former Marine, “There is no yellow in red, white, and blue”. Once you begin to research the path of Sovereign Citizen Authority, and re-learn the Law, you shall hold the key to your own prosperity, and freedom as it was intended.You shall learn how bogus our govt. really is. Do yourself a favor, and study what each American should be doing about their own future. Do not give yourselves excuses for doing nothing. Begin at once. research the definition of Sovereign Citizenry and how to become one, prepare, and then file. May God bless each for the strength, and courage required.
