The following email was just sent to Rep. John Boehner (R-OH), the new Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives:
Dear Speaker Boehner,
I could not rest after seeing your NBC interview with Brian Williams tonight until I had contacted you. John, Brian asked you about Obama’s American citizenship in reference to that brave woman in the chambers who yelled out in protest against Obama while Rep. Frank Pallone read Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of our Constitution. For all your talk about our Constitution, have you really read it? Have you read the presidential eligibility section that Rep. Pallone recited today? When Brian asked you what your opinion was on Obama’s American citizenship, you lost an opportunity that millions across this country have been waiting more than two years for, and said if Hawaii officials said he was born there, that was good enough for you.
Brian Williams led you down the primrose path with his question about American citizenship, circumventing on purpose no doubt, the Constitutional requirement to be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Only a natural born citizen is eligible to be a U.S. president and Obama fails that test with an African father!! You need two American citizen parents to be natural born. It just does not matter where the usurper Obama was born. He was born with allegiance to the British crown with his British/Kenyan heritage through his father!! Wrap your head around that, John, and do your job by settling this issue once and for all through congressional hearings. Obama is not eligible to be president because he does not meet the Constitutional requirement to be a natural born American citizen. Do you get it? If you do and ignore it, you don’t deserve to be Speaker of the House of Representatives. If you have not been apprised until now about the severe gravity of this issue, then you need to act on this and do it now. We have been waiting for more than two years for this issue to be adjudicated either in Congress or the courts and both have turned a deaf ear. E’ tu, John? If so, you have already lost the confidence of Americans all across this country who have been suffering deeply over this issue. I know. I marched on Washington, D.C. in 9/09, attended tea parties and conventions and have rubbed elbows with those millions in the march and all those in attendance at the tea parties and conventions. We are mad as hell because our so-called representatives are deaf, dumb, and in denial about the “Obama issue”. John, IT DOESN’T MATTER WHERE OBAMA WAS BORN; HE HAD ALLEGIANCE TO GREAT BRITAIN AND NOT AMERICA WHEN HE WAS BORN! HE IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN AND IS INELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THESE UNITED STATES!
John, if you do not do your duty as Speaker of the House of OUR Representatives, then you might as well go off quietly into the night, because America will never forgive you for turning a deaf ear and blind eye to the Constitutional crisis we have with a man who usurped the American presidency on your watch. What will you do John? We are waiting and watching. Do our country the service this calls for and settle this issue in Congress once and for all. Americans are truly damn sick and tired of our so-called representatives tiptoeing around the most important issue this country has faced with a usurper in the White House since Chester Arthur!

Editor’s Note: The new Speaker’s website announced that the reading of the U.S. Constitution today would be “the first time in the 221 year history of Congress that the supreme law of the land has been read aloud in the House chamber.” When Rep. Frank Pallone read the section which states that the president must be a “natural born Citizen,” a woman seated in the gallery reportedly interrupted him by shouting out, “Except Obama, except Obama.”
Excellent summary Ms. Gotto. We are accumulating so many references confirming the truth of John Bingham, or Morrison Waite’s dicta that the problem has become one of not overloading the reader. Using the words of founders, framers, or justices seems pursuasive. Pat Leahy and Michael Chertoff provided convenient support for your statement. “My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.” (Apr 2008 from Leahy’s Senate Web site in reference to SenRes 511, trying to clear the path for McCain, whose ineligibility Democrats had decided to stop questioning once Obama had replaced Hillary as the likely candidate).
The challenge is how best to inform those who haven’t the time to read original sources? Ms. Cao, like many concerned citizens, didn’t seem to understand your theme: Having been born of a non-citizen disqualifies anyone from becoming President. But we have learned that neither Obama, nor Kagan, nor Sotomayor regard the Constitution as currently binding. Obama never told us he was a natural born citizen. Having obtained the acquiescence of the Republicans by helping McCain become his opponent, he knew he would not be challenged.
It seems expedient to avoid complex legal discussion. “Born of the soil of citizen parents,” Vattel as cited by Marshall is the most succinct. Even Bingham, originator of the 14th Amendment, “…born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty” leaves no doubt. Keep educating people!
Mike at Lamborn’s office just called back because I had asked him if the shout out at the reading yesterday will become part of the Congressional Record. He said the record will show only that there was an interruption but not what was said. Then I told Mike I had a challenge for him: to call Boehner’s office and talk to his rep, Tim, and educate him on what a natural born citizen is and how a dual citizen does not qualify as a natural born citizen. I told him to think about it. He chuckled and said he would see what he could do. Now, if you all do the same thing, we just might be able to build some momentum here and put Boehner and his underling, Tim, on notice that we are not slumbering, but are very much awake and are ravenous hungry–for the truth!
I just called my Congressman, Doug Lamborn, and spoke at length with is rep. I told him that now that Republicans have a majority in the House, for Cong. Lamborn to take actiion on the ineligibility issue. Next I called Rep. Boehner’s office (202) 225-6205 and spoke with his Rep, Tim. When I explained the dual citizenship and allegiance to the British crown that obama was born with, Tim just regurgitated two or three times that if Hawaii said he was born there, that was good enough for him. After explaining the issue again to him with the same response, I said, “If you are going to pass on my comments about obama to the Speaker, then pass this on also: if you are not going to abide by our Constitution, then don’t even bother reading it aloud again!” Come on folks, you have his phone number here; give the Speaker your input. You know, I do try to be polite, but after more than two years of this @#$% I am fed up!
Bob Goodlatte is no better. He is the one that wanted the Constitution read on the floor of the people’s house. I have written to him several times and he answered once that the citizenship of Obama was why he was voting that all candidates most show their birth certificate to get on the ballot in Virginia.

Notice: “natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution”. I don’t think Obama was born at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, do you?
As you can see our forefathers did make a difference between Citizen and Natural Born Citizen!

Regardless of where Obama was born, he fails the Constitutional requirement of a Natural Born Citizen, based on a foreign father.
If you have taken the time to look at the “Certification of Live Birth” put out by the Obama team you would notice that at the bottom it says that the document was filed…it never said that is was accepted. It does not have vital information as to what any other Birth Certificate has.
I beg of you Sir to please do something about this as Our Country is in dire need of someone to stand up for HER.

This is interesting. But something doesn’t fit this hyperbole, however. If Hillary/Clinton regime thinks it was owed the presidency, that she/they were inflamed so much that Obama took over, beat her … and Boyle claims that the Clintons KNEW but did nothing about it? That is totallly contradictory. They had enough supporters to totally destroy Obama early on if that were truly the case.
Now they’re gonna spring it on him after all this time? Sounds like fiction/sensation, yet again, sadly for us.
Katie, took your suggestion and listend to the Kuhner interview. It is good to hear that Boyles and Kuhner are concerned with the concealment, but sad that two journalists have no conception of the definition of natural born citizenship. Chief Justice Morrison Waite explained, ” At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens…” If they did, they didn’t mention it. Perhaps the mystery makes more exciting radio, even where the mystery is irrelevant. Are media figures playing the “Hinman” role, the journalist who fanned the fiction the Chester Arthur was born in Canada, when Chester always held back his Vermont birth certificate? Hinman probably helped to keep other journalists, who had a sense something was wrong, from checking Arthur’s father’s naturalization.
Real journalism is what Mrs Rondeau has shown in discovering the attempted usurpation by justice Charles Evans Hughes when he ran agains Woodrow Wilson in 1916. If Mr’s Boyle and Kuhner had bothered to read The Post and Email, which led to the Chicago Legal News essay by Breckenridge Long, it is all there. They don’t need to read Joseph Story or Marshall’s decisions or Vattel’s Law of Nations (which is an amazing document). I believe they are not stupid – lazy perhaps, but not stupid. How can they not understand the truth when even Charles Hughes, after returning to the court as Chief Justice, cited Morrison Waite’s definition, the same definition used by Marshall, by Bingham, by Horace Gray in Wong Kim Ark? They could have, and should have, read Mario Apuzzo’s case, or simply read his essays on natural born citizenship. It appears that they prefer World Net Daily, which has helped considerably to promote ignorance of the Constitution among people who care.
Could they all be explaining their perfidy in advance, knowing that the truth will be exposed if the Tea Parties continue to drive out cronies of both parties? They won’t be the ones to explain why no more proof of Obama’s ineligibility is required. Morrison Waite even trashed the Larry Tribe misdirection “…because it wasn’t defined in the Constitution.” No it wasn’t, and neither was much else. The Constitution was written in the the common language of our citizens so that lords aren’t required to explain what it means. Kuhner simply said what James Carville said before the election “If you invalidate him there will be riots bigger than Detroit and Watts.” Kuhner and Boyle had nothing new, and didn’t credit Orly Taitz, whose investigator noted the social security number irregularity.
Obama was most likely born where he said he was born. Keeping that a secret “Because it would embarass the President” is most likely misdirection. The real issue, which only displays the brilliance of our framers, has to do with allegiance. As 14th Amendment initiator John Bingham said to the House in 1866, “…of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty.” Obama (with help) wrote a whole book about the Marxist and nationalist ideas of his Muslim father. His sovereignty was not toward our Constitution, and neither is his son’s. Our framers disqualified him from holding the office, and to quietly accept that ineligiblity implicates every lawmaker and military officer in a crime. Waiting to tell the truth will only enable Obama and his supporters to cause more damage, and prove to all that the Constitution only applies when it is convenient.

More than 60% of “We the People…” seriously question Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to serve as POTUS for one reason or another. Apparently John Boehner hasn’t heard us yet.

Let’s keep the heat on him (no letup), and make him face the issue with phone calls, emails, and letters. If the constitution is important to him, he MUST face this issue.
Even if O was born in Hawaii, and both of his parents were Americans ( was his grandfather, actually his father? And, is this the embarrassment referred to in the Lakin trial?), he was adopted by his stepfather and was an Indonesian citizen.
More people should be open to the possibilities that exist until we have documented proof otherwise. There are many ways this could unfold – but your theory at least attempts to tie everything together instead of ignoring pieces of information in favor of a “Pet” theory.

Correction notice should be delivered to the gavel waving man calling for order in the House of Representatives when Theresa Cao spoke out from the gallery during the Article II Section 1 reading of the Constitution. Whereby he shouted back that she was a guest of Congress. Excuse me ‘Gavel Guy’ but the House belongs to ‘The People’, not to the hired servants of ‘the people’. Previously referred to as the “People’s House”.

Rep. John Boehner is already a disappointment by not questioning the snake oil salesmen, believing what he is told and not what he knows or sees. So John can you hear us now, “The British Are Coming” & “The Ostrich Has Landed”.
Regarding Speaker Boehner’s very disappointing lame comments on this issue:
When it comes to the Constitution’s Article II eligibility clause, if after twenty years in the House, John Boehner doesn’t know to distinguish between Citizen and natural born Citizen then he is an incompetent fool and has no business collecting a Representative’s paycheck, let alone holding the Speakership. That may be a horrible thought and sorry a commentary on the ignorance of the average politician, but if he actually does know better (which is likely, but not certain), then the implications are far worse, for then he is either a coward, a self-serving sell-out, or a tool of the global elite.
Some might say that he has no choice but to tread lightly on this issue because, as first in the line-of-succession if Obama and his complicit regime (Biden too) were to be unseated, then Boehner seeking the ouster of the usurper would be an unacceptable conflict of interest. I suppose if he were to give a direct, blunt response like any of us here would, he would risk being endlessly roasted by the main regime/stream media, but that is no excuse for essentially lying about the Constitution.
With much credit to Freeper plain talk, this is my suggestion for how Boehner should have responded:
“I have no idea where Obama was born. This isn’t about Obama. This issue illustrates that we need a process to ensure our Presidents and officials meet the eligibility requirements specified in the Constitution. There are countless times when private citizens have to produce birth certificates to prove their legitimacy. We should ask no less of our Presidents.”
“The fact that Obama has not offered a long form birth certificate or sought a court determination to clear up this issue is puzzling to me. Many good, honest Americans – and I’ve heard from quite a few of them – have questions. In particular, they find it unacceptable that he would let a distinguished senior member of our armed services languish in Leavenworth rather clear up this issue. I must say that I completely agree.”
“But I am equally concerned about the overall process of selecting a Commander-in-Chief and of false precedents being set. Let me be clear – this is far more important than whoever may be the current occupant of the White House. This really is about respecting our Constitution and preserving the rule of law that is the very foundation of our great Nation.”

Speaker Boehner, you took a solemn oath to defend and uphold the Constitution. From what I’ve seen so far you are an abject failure to that oath. The voter has a right to expect better. Please do your duty or be replaced by someone who will. Fortunately for you, you still have time to correct your course. We are watching.

Sadly, Plain Talk’s suggestion is all about the birth certificate and not about Obama’s non-citizen father. If required, would the most powerful man on the planet, backed by billionaires, be able to “produce” a piece of paper showing a Hawaiian birth? But the document that Obama cannot produce is the one that shows Obama Senior to have been a US citizen.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: There are numerous questions about Obama’s background, birthplace, citizenship and therefore allegiance, parentage, college education and employment. The fact that he will release none of this information compels one to wonder if each and every piece points to fraud, at the very least, on his part.
Just to take a step back guys, what is your immediate response to someone who says, “The Hawai’i DOH director said on record he was born in Hawai’i” (7.29.10)???
Do you say that the statement “born in Hawaii” may possibly NOT mean born in Hawai’i? Just wondering. I think that’s would be what Boehner would ask you, in reply. Then he would say, “How would that be possible?”

By what authority did the DOH make this declaration? What authority was given to the DOH to inspect bo’s private & sealed records? And unless I am mistaken, did not the DOH declare bo a “natural born” citizen by virtue of his “supposed” Hawaiian birth? Where do they derive the authority to make such a claim?
My immediate response is that even if he was born in Hawaii he would still not be a natural born citizen due to the fact of his non-citizen father. Obama was born subject to a foreign power. Natural born citizens, born in the US to two US citizen parents, are not born subject to any foreign power — they are born with exclusive allegiance to the US.
Kathleen, this is a good email and applaud your writing it and sending it to the Speaker. As you stated, Obama Senior was not a US citizen, and that fact alone makes Obama Junior not a natural born citizen. The politicians, courts, and media cannot argue this fact, and so they must ignore this argument and pretend that place of birth is all that matters.
Note that Obama was born with dual allegiances: US via his mother, and Britain/Kenya via his father. But a dual citizen at birth is ineligible for the Presidency for the same reason as a naturalized citizen: both are born subject to a foreign power. Obama was born subject to a foreign power on account of his foreign citizen father.

Superb letter Kathleen. Just superb. No doubt Mr. Boehner who actually works for you and me…he will IGNORE your letter just as Obama ignored LTC Lakin’s respectful inquiries. I agree Kathleen, that Mr. Boehner is not fit to be Speaker. His flip answer to Brian Williams is an automatic disqualifier in light of the fact that he represented that he is going to uphold the Constitution and do the people’s work! Yeah right. These people cannot be trusted.
Also, I urge everyone to write to Mr. Boehner and that fool Frank Pallone who read the Natural Born Citizen language on the floor. Ask him what is meant by “Natural Born Citizen”? After all he read it…so tell us what it means. This excuse of a representative is already on record as saying that “of course Obama is natural born”. The cover-up continues. Please America…write to the new Congressional reps and of course Mr. Boehner and demand an investigation! They are supposed to be working for us!
Everyone should also ask your “representatives” the simple question: “Tell me Congressperson…What is the difference between native born and natural born?”

John doesn’t need to be bog down at this point on Obama’s eligibility with everything else going on.
Do I wish he would say “Obama is not even a Citizen” You bet.
I watch John body language and with the little smile John just might be up to something.
John is not go after Obama but will let some of the little guys take on Obama and he will step back and watch. If it goes bad John hands are not dirty and he still will be able to attack Obamacare.
I don’t equate defending the Constitution with being “bogged down”. Obama’s occupancy of the Presidency is a serious and blatant violation of our Constitution, and his removal (peacefully and legally) from office would be in defense of our Constitution.
And the argument is not whether Obama is a “citizen”, but whether is he a “natural born citizen”, as required by the Constitution. He probably acquired US citizenship at birth (born to a US mother, and/or possibly also on US soil) or became naturalized at a later date. These would make him a citizen, but not a natural born citizen (born in the US to two US citizen parents). Obama’s father was not a citizen, and that fact alone makes Obama ineligible.
A big salute to the writer for a fine piece. The only thing that needs to be corrected is that it was Chester Arthur, not Chester Hayes (or Rutherford B. Hayes), who ineligibly served as president.
No doubt that Boehner’s intellectually dishonest answer ruined what otherwise should have been a much-welcomed transfer of power back to the Republicans. They need to realize that as much as they fear a civil war breaking out over this issue, it isn’t going to go away. I’d suggest that the sooner they resolve this issue, the better before more powder is added to the keg.
This issue is the summit of all other constitutional issues, which makes the reading of it seem like a waste of time and a farce! How can we trust the cafeteria constitutionalists (those who pick and choose what to abide by) to do the right thing if they persistently refuse to accept that the presidency is in illegitimate hands? It’s insane to just take some obscure Hawaiian bureaucrats’ word for it that Barry is a natural-born citizen when not even Boehner understands what makes one as such, let alone that he was born there when no conclusive proof has been given.
Am I confused or is Ms.Gotto? Who is Chester Hayes? Perhaps the lady meant Chester Arthur (who is alleged to have been born in Canada)?

You may have mixed Chester A. Arthur with Rutherford B Hayes. Hayes was elected just before Garfield. Chester Arthur was VP under Garfield and succeeded to the Presidency when Garfield was assassinated.

Chester Arthur knew he was born in Vermont and he also knew that his father was an Irish citizen when he (Chester) was born. Chester Arthur allowed allegations of his birth in Canada to go largely unchallenged, while he told lies about his father and family history, which successfully hid from the public the fact of his father’s non-citizen status.
