EXPOSE THE CORRUPT JUDICIARY AND TAKE BACK YOUR COUNTY

(Nov. 5, 2010) — To all who are following the developments of the plight of my friend Walt Fitzpatrick, we must be unrelenting and refuse to be deterred or turned away. I have had the pleasure of knowing Walt for going on six months and can say that he is without a doubt a courageous patriot.
If it wasn’t for Walt, I wouldn’t have had the information that I needed to take on a corrupt judiciary in my own state of Nevada. To those residents of Monroe County, TN, I have but one question. Before you, you have a man who leads from the front, yet, you choose to remain silent and not close in the ranks. Why? I understand that you have been intimidated, harassed and threatened for a very long time, but it IS time to make a stand for what is right and what is just.
I am doing my part by teaming up with others to get the BEST attorney in the country on Walt’s case and exposing the corruption in Monroe County. But my small part is not enough; the heavy lifting must come from within your county!
Look, you have before you a man who has laid it on the line for you. Some of you he knows but most he does not. He is doing this because it is the right thing to do. The issue is basically one of integrity, moral courage and principle. Now it’s up to the citizens of Monroe County to step up to the plate. I know, it may not be the popular thing to do and you might be frightened at the prospect. But I can tell you one thing from my own experience: there is power in the position of being right and strength in numbers. Quite frankly, I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror if I chose to look the other way at this juncture, and I fear the wrath of my Creator if I had to stand before Him and give excuses for why I didn’t act.
Below is an email that I sent to Bill O’Reilly this evening. We must keep up the pressure on the media and especially the FBI in demanding that they move on Monroe County and root out the corruption and stop it once and for all.
Bill,
This evening while speaking to Megyn Kelly you made the statement that you “go after corruption at all levels.” Well, buddy, it’s time to really stand up to your word and employ some of that HARD journalism within you.
How about looking into the corruption in Monroe County, TN in the case involving LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick III (Ret)? This is corruption from the judicial branch that is so alarming and obvious that even you can’t miss it. This is a story that the nation should be made aware of because we all have a stake in having our judicial system, no matter what state or county we may live in, as just and lawful as possible.
Perhaps you would prefer to pass this one on to Megyn Kelly.
This is important and the story will have legs (so to speak), and you should at the very least address it for what it’s worth. Get in front of the issue; this is CORRUPTION, writ large, and a patriot’s freedom lies in the balance.
Please stand with us, not only in your words, but be prepared to make a stand with either a donation to Walt’s legal defense fund, writing to your elected representative, calling the authorities every day if need be, or even standing up and saying in public at the top of your lungs in Monroe County, NOT ON MY WATCH!
LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) deserves all the support and commitment that we can muster, and quite frankly, we will all be better off in doing the hard thing instead of the easy thing, which is sitting back and ignoring the problem. It was Sir Isaac Newton who said, “If I have seen further, it is because I have stood on the shoulders of giants…” Those giants were our Founding Fathers, and I don’t believe a corrupt judiciary is what they had in mind for our republic, or for your community in Monroe County, TN.

Thank you for your email to O’Reilly. We need the help of the National Media to expose the Tyranny here in Tennessee.
Contacting conservative members of the National Media (Rush, Beck, Hannity etc.) about the Tyranny in Tennessee involving Walt’s, Mr. Houston’s and my cases would help. It is important that the media understands that it is not just Monroe County where this Tyranny is taking place. It is happening to Patriots across the Nation. If the media realizes that they too are in jeopardy and that this tyranny is not just happening in a one small County, then they may speak up about the Tyranny all acrossTennessee.

Yes, the heavy lifting must come from the residents of Monroe County. Having said that, we must also acknowledge the fact that these very same residents are very fearful of this corrupt court system. It may very well take outside help to assist them in getting the Constitutional ball rolling. Once these trampled upon citizens see the perverbal torches and pitch forks I firmly believe they will rejoice by becoming active participants much the same way as those liberated towns did in Europe during WW II.
Through Walt’s efforts ground zero has been identified and, if acted upon, as I pray we will, can lay the groundwork for the return of our fredom and liberty across this great land.
Restore the Grand Jury, Restore the Constitution and remove the stare decisis (positive law?) usurpation of our 5th Amendment rights.

“Restore the Grand Jury” You don’t “restore” the grand jury, you convene one! THAT is THE RIGHT of THE PEOPLE… You don’t wait until the judiciary ALLOWS you to do so!
