JUDGE ALLOWS OBAMA TO CONTINUE HIS ASSAULT ON SOVEREIGN STATES AND THE REPUBLIC

(Jul. 28, 2010) — After Clinton-appointed Judge Susan Bolton ruled Wednesday that–for all intents and purposes–Arizona does not have the right to protect itself or its citizens from invading drug cartels and the illegal foreign hordes that are bleeding it dry of its resources, it should have become apparent to even the dimmest that We-the-People no longer exist. We are now living under a tyranny developed, directed, implemented and enforced by the Marxists in power.
To add insult to injury, as The Obama and its minions refuse to enforce the invasion of a foreign power from assaulting OUR border and willfully and with malice refusing to protect US citizens, Hezbollah terrorists who have already invaded with blessings from The Obama will be allowed to continue to do so.
With this latest atrocity perpetrated by the US Federal government against We-the-People, isn’t it time to at least consider replacing the Federal government with something that works for us instead of against us? That is, assuming we citizens (almost serfs) still have any choice at all. Isn’t it time to give back the power to the United States? With its bought-and-paid-for leftist judges, election fraud and openly racist units, The Obama is now being given Carte Blanche to do anything he wants to control and destroy We-the-People and what used to be our country. Not even a provable US citizen, The Obama and his masters are the worst things to have ever invaded the United States of America; a USA that has now been destroyed. No more a Republic, Judge Bolton has also now ruled that States have NO right to their own sovereignty.
The Republic may have now come to its end, folks. Obama can now cheer and have another wild and extravagantly expensive party on the backs of We-the-People. Who would have thought we would be totally destroyed by a foreign power called Obama? Oh yeah! Our founders did when they incorporated Article II into the US Constitution, which reads: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President…” They may not have known The Obama’s name but they knew–if given the chance–what it would do. It has now done it.

Here is some interesting breaking news: Publius Huldah has an article over at Canada Free Press in which she notes that, in cases such as Attorney General Holder’s suit against Arizona and Governor Brewer, the Constitution specifically grants original jurisdiction to only the SCOTUS.
The case was illegally filed in a lower court and both of Obama’s legal genius minions Judge Bolton and A.G. Holder were too ignorant of the Constitution to even realize it!
The United States Constitution Article III, Section 2, clause 2 states:
“In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction […]”
Amazing, isn’t it? This is going to be very interesting, indeed.

Until the fed can be replaced, Az should do this and we will help:
1. have all the AZ sherrifs do what Sheriff Joe ARPAIO has been doing to deal with the illegal aliens. Sheriffs have ultimate authority over their own counties, even authority over federal laws/agents!
2. send their national guards to the border; utilize their militia and volunteer citizens’ help to fight the foreign Invasion at the border.
3. don’t bother appealing – it is a waste of time, money and energy – the judicial branch is completely broken! Use the donation for the lawsuits for securing the border instead.

We can’t impeach him because he’s not legally the pResident! Besides, we haven’t got enough honest men in the House of Representatives who will vote for impeachment proceedings even if we could! We need to find a way to get this in the hands of the Supreme Court so, once and for all, we can drag his sorry butt out of the White House and throw him into the Big House!

For clarity, a state law based on Federal law, is sued by the executive branch through the challenge of the Federal judicial law and told NOT to enforce the Federal law of immigration by the Federal judicial branch. WOW!
So, basically folks we have no law. What will it take to open the eyes of the citizens of this once great country to see that the liar-in-chief is operating above the law. Not only has he usurped the office illegally but his escalating demolition of the free enterprise system, the Constitution, and treasonous acts of NOT upholding his oath of office are violations worthy of immediate IMPEACHMENT. A swift trial and sentence is called for. The minimum sentence, life imprisonment to Gitmo. No bingo, no TV, no copy of the Quran, no visitors and no golf privileges. Solitary confinement would be to generous for the crimes against the people of these United States.
To add more arrests, all complicit staff, CONgress, and Democratic committees that never properly vetted this fraud for elections in 2008 should occupy the facility created in Illinois for the stalled hearings (thank God) of Gitmo detainees.

Are you familiar with the word “apply?” You have been doing it pretty much all your life! Anywhere you go in America as a citizen beginning with your parents “applying” for your birth certificate, one way or another….you were “applying” yourself! And not so much when you were younger, but much more often when older, so often so that you consider it just to be an accepted routine part of your life, you are asked for your picture I.D. by strangers who do it as part of the job requirement. You and I are always being asked to verify who we say we are! We are WE THE PEOPLE! We are Citizens of the United States of America! We are always asked to show “our papers” and we do so with pride because we understand the importance of it. And that concept today still “applies” to you and me! But now since a certain amount of American voters elected this corrupt president Obama who has yet to show the American People who he is and what is origins are thinks the same sentiment and consideration of “showing your papers” need not “apply” to aliens that enter the United States of America illegally! They are not citizens! Now, do you see what’s happening here? Citizens are being asked to see “their papers” while the federal government and the White House are very actively defending the illegal aliens by giving them a carte blanche status here in America that is superior than to you and me which exempts them from having to show “their papers!” People, WE THE PEOPLE, you must start realizing that the America that you thought you were living in no longer exists since Obama came to town! America is dead!

Can anyone deny our government provides us with neither? It’s time to bite the bullet, declare our State sovereignty and/or succeed from the Union. Governor Brewer, the current popular hero of the ‘right’, was sent multitudes of letters and notices by certified delivery to her office, specifically outlining the options available to HER/Arizona to file a “Quo Warranto” lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Washington, DC- that requires Mr. Obama to prove with documentation his legal authority, but instead, Ms Brewer has announced the [Derelict] route to counter by escalation to overturn??? More futile delay and distraction, all the while, the destruction continues.
Related note: 2 Federal Judges overturned the Obama gulf drilling moratorium, but Obama just ignored these rulings, and enacted another moratorium. And to this date, no drilling! Legal precedent?
Among the various militant-tactics effectively being used to maintain Obama-the-Machiavelli ‘Magician’, what better way to undermine the USA as a liberty centered nation, but to greatly diminish the nation’s legal foundations via the refusal to read or adhere to its Common Law, or for that matter, any of its laws. After-all, reading or following the laws of the Liberty centered nation gives legitimacy to those laws and a responsibility to uphold those laws— specifically, it is an acknowledgment of the existence and importance of its Common Law (its once sacred Constitution).
I remain convinced the only solution is (1) outcry by the masses for immediate release of all of Obama background records (2) outcry by the masses calling for resignation/removals.

State of Arizona should immediately declare a state of “Martial Law”, so that they can protect themselves, as per the Constitution, and at the same time arrest Judge Susan Bolton for TREASON, for not upholding the Constitution, and as a progressive, co-conspirator of obama.
