Dear Congressman Bilbray;
Thank you for taking the time to meet with us at your office in Solana Beach on Monday, June 7th, in order to discuss our concerns.
You must have known of our intention to discuss the ineligibility issue for the putative President (Obama), since my request for the meeting included my “Top Issue of Concern” comments on your Constituent Survey: “That Mr. Bilbray honor his oath and demand Constitutional eligibility for the POTUS, plus my request, posted on your promo-mailer, for 4 or 5 of us to arrange a meeting with you “like the group of your constituents pictured here.”
However, your comments on “Birthers,” and what you consider to be a natural born Citizen, seemed to defy the two years’ worth of information given to your office by us – plus our 100+ constituent-signed petition asking for your written position on this matter, which has been completely ignored.
At one point you said: “Find out what Passport he used in 1981 to get into Pakistan, and you’ve got something to work with.” If anyone has the ability and authority to find that out, it would certainly be you.
You also gave us a convoluted argument and discussion about Senator McCain being born in a hospital in Panama – not under U.S. jurisdiction. What bearing that has on Obama’s not being a natural born Citizen was beyond me, but the discussion was too obfuscatory to pursue. And your comments about cattle roaming across another farmer’s property – not being under his “jurisdiction,” frankly left me speechless. We’re talking about the seditious overthrow of our Constitutional Republic by a foreign-born domestic enemy, and you talk about cattle and English common law.
I informed you that we are not ‘”Birthers,” but instead “Article II Constitutionalists,” and, considering your oft-stated stance on how important you feel that the Constitution, in its entirety, really is, I was stunned at how little you knew about the meaning and importance of the President being a natural born Citizen.
At this point, I spelled out in one sentence what we had been providing you concerning this over the last year, that is:
- Article II, Section 1 sets the requirement for POTUS to be “natural born”;
- Article I, Section 8 says that you, Congressman, set all laws and punishments in accordance with the Law of Nations (written 20 years before the Constitution, and the foundation of same);
- Emmerich de Vattel’s “Law of Nations” defines what a “natural born Citizen” is: born of two parents, both of whom are citizens of the country at the time of the person’s birth.
You said, “I didn’t know that. I will look into it.”
“I hope you sincerely mean that,” I said, knowing that once you did you would realize, without question, that Obama was not a natural born Citizen and therefore not eligible for the Office of President and Commander-in-Chief. He would therefore not be deserving of any Congress-member’s respect or cooperation, and instead their unwavering and continuing effort to remove him from the office he illegally holds.
ANSWER: Silence.
I told you that, as an elector for the Constitution Party in CA in the last elections, I was doubly disenfranchised, due to the fact that my citizen’s vote was voided due to an ineligible candidate on the ballot, thereby negating my vote, and my Electoral vote was nullified by you, Congressman, certifying the 55 CA electoral votes on Jan 8th, 2009 – WITHOUT OBJECTION – knowing full well that one of those CA electoral votes was by a deceased Elector, Ms. Irene Huber, who had been DEAD FOR OVER 6 YEARS!
ANSWER: Silence
Your answer to the question “Why didn’t you object to the certifying of the electoral votes until Obama’s “eligibility” could be proven?” – all we needed was one Representative and one Senator to force the issue – was answered with “it would just be overruled by a majority vote.” What that means to me is that you feel that the “majority” can overrule our Constitution by a “majority” vote at any time. That is “mob rule” in my book, not a Constitutional Republic. Preposterous!
I then informed you that a 10th Amendment Citizens’ Court Trial* was held in New York City less than three weeks ago (you in Congress and the Senate will shortly be receiving the transcripts and the “Guilty on all Counts” verdict – including Election Fraud, Obstruction of Justice, Disclosure of State Secrets, and Sedition), for appropriate action by Congress.
The Trial evidence revealed that Obama/Soetoro:
- traveled to Pakistan in 1981 on a Kenyan Passport (which answers your opening remarks of: “find out what Passport he used in 1981 to get into Pakistan, and you’ve got something to work with”);
- was recruited by the C.I.A. while at Occidental College in CA because they needed a non-U.S. citizen, Arabic-speaking Muslim to work under cover for them in Afghanistan to help the Mujahedeen drive out the Russians in the early 1980’s (using Columbia University as a “cover”);
- he never attended Columbia, nor was he a member of Wayne Allyn Root’s class of 43 students total – only two of whom were “black.” His “Degree” in Political Science was a fake, and Columbia never came forward during the elections to notify Americans that Obama/Soetoro was not Constitutionally eligible for the Office of President, thereby becoming complicit in the unconstitutional takeover of our government.
Instead of saying “This is fantastic news. I will certainly look into this to see if it proves, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he is ineligible for the Office of the President (non-U.S. citizenship would certainly prove that), and that removing him for ineligibility would solve all our Amnesty, Illegal Immigration, Cap & Trade, ObamaCare, etc., battles in one fell swoop,” you instead said: “The left would love to play that angle as an example of his service to his country.”
We know what the “left” will do, Congressman. The question is, what will you do, once you have the Court’s findings and verdict in front of you and your fellow Congress-members, demanding a full-scale investigation by Congress (and the Senate, and the A/G, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff) into the Guilty Verdict on all counts of Election Fraud, Obstruction of Justice, Disclosure of State Secrets, and Sedition – against the former Columbia University President Michael I. Sovern (1980-1993) and Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro?
Finally, I have come to the conclusion that if you believe that Barack Obama is not a natural born Citizen, yet you challenge his policies, in effect you are saying that his presidency is legitimate. If he is not a natural born Citizen (already proven not to be), then his presidency is illegitimate. Any bill that he signs is an illegitimate bill. It is seditious to imply that you respect his right to sign any bill into law when you know he has no right to be in the office, in my opinion.
Your response to this correspondence would be most appreciated.

American brothers and sisters – It’s clear that we agree on the problem, that our nation has been hijacked by enemies of God, Truth, Liberty, Justice, and Freedom, and who intend to nullify our nation’s Constitution and dissolve our national sovereignty in a holocaust of numerous disasters, to put us, and the whole world, under their domination with iron chains around our feet, hands, and necks.
If you know your Bible, you know where it started and where it’s going. That provides a sober dose of reality, but also of hope. Whether or not we can still fight and win our nation back, is questionable, even if the vast majority of Americans agree and want just that.
The problem is that “they” have advantages we are not likely to overcome, even with whatever guns and bullets fellow patriots may have stored against this day. And, the villains have been working toward this goal for so long, even though we don’t see it so clearly, their superstructure
is vast and strong. They have assets in places, and in such strength, our fellow citizens would be, and will be, shocked when they realize we’ve been had.
I wish it weren’t so, but this very subject has been my part-time (gotta still make a living, ya know) study over the past five years, and what I’ve seen is indeed frightening. I’m not kidding. What we see on the surface is just the tip of a massive iceberg. Obama is just a well-trained nobody who is their latest vessel of use. To the same extent that Mortimer Snerd talked while sitting on the lap of Edgar Bergen 60 years ago, that’s analogous to what we have in Mr. Obama. Those who made him what he is and who he is, pull his strings and throw their voice into his.
I would like to see him found out and cast out of office. There’s a fairly good chance he will be found out before November of 2012, but we can all see the problems getting there. Their allies in the judiciary, the press, and elsewhere, are very powerful and persuasive beyond measure.
The most devastating blow to our immediate and longer term hope of remedy is what is currently happening in the US Senate. Joe Lieberman (say it isn’t so, Joe) has introduced legislation that would give the president the authority to literally shut the internet off if he deems there to be a national crisis or emergency that requires it – and he would be the one to decide what constitutes a crisis or emergency. This is far worse than their shutting down talk radio, if they ever succeeded in doing that.
If that bill proceeds in Congress, that must be our most urgent call to action. Tens of millions of us dropping what we’re doing and marching off to Washington. The internet is our lifeline of communication and information. Just think where we’d be without it today. Short of that, they want to regulate it, allow only speech that is compliant with their standard of “fairness, tolerance, and balanced.” All of them euphemisms for the death of free speech.
If you want to know what it is these people really have in store for us, you just have to take the time to look for it. For now, the evidence is out there, on websites, YouTube, and elsewhere. You have to be discerning about what is true and what is not, and start putting the pieces of the puzzle together. The search for it will take you to places you will think too far out and bizarre to be true, but if you really want to know, you have to be open to everything you see, and then use your God-given abilities of discernment to separate the truth from the fiction. Over time and constant searching, it will fall into place.
Then, get out your Bibles and (re)connect with our only real hope in this world. The one who gave His life to save our souls and to destroy evil, once and for all time. Evil loses in the end, but it’s going to be a horrendous time on earth to get there. That’s what I believe.
Yes, it appears to be true — a conspiracy of silence to protect territory and property and possessions and power. There is truly, and we can now see it, a power structure above us which is only concerned with the maintenance of power and control. It has no name, only an unspoken presence and primary mission of its own self-preservation at our expense. It allows us to exist and operate at its whim for as long as we satisfy its requirements and feed the beast. We act out the charade of contested votes, of free market activity, of opposing sides. It will take desperate measures probably brought on by a desperate situation for heroic individuals who are actually willing to sacrifice membership in the charade to stand and to initiate the movement to break free of the yoke of servitude of which we have become a part. I hope that moment arrives soon-I’m not sure that there will be a carcase of a Nation under our Constitution left if it is much longer.
You have said it clearly Nutin2say and Tom. California is simply further down the path than most other states. Hearing former San Diego mayor and “conservative” radio talk show host Roger Hedgecock play the Chris Mathiews to recently registered democrat and Obama supporter running against Orly Taitz for Secretary of State is just another bit of hard and sad evidence. It is reminiscent of the classic “Invasion of the Bodysnatchers.” All those upon whom we trust to represent our values and our Constitution must be examined. The reality is probably that these public figures have seen the power of the political attack machine. These are people who depend upon the media, now being controlled by the far far left in the FCC, and are afraid to speak the truth. They have families and mortgages too. The may figure that this threat will pass, and their weakness will be forgotten. It isn’t ignorance, since Hedgcock is an attorney, and Mark Levin has quoted James Madison’s eloquent warning against allowing new meaning to be attributed to words used by our framers – it would render the Constitution useless (p37, Liberty and Tyranny).
OrlyTaitz, who experienced the tyranny of Communism and pogroms, see’s the signs with an urgency derived from experience. She is familiar with the politics of personal destruction. It didn’t start with, but was skillfully used by the Stalin and Mao. Hillary and Obama are not coincidently acolytes of Alinsky (Hillary’s senior thesis was on Alinsky). The Obama press has made Taitz an untouchable. No one has any way of knowing how much political support she really had. Her promise to reinstate voter ID at polling places made her very dangerous, though control of votes counts trumps everything, and that has certainly frightened them. That is why Soros has publically and financially supported a focus by the left on secretary’s of state in future elections. They have real control of the elections.
Most blindly trust the integrity of our vote counting mechanism. That is willful blindness. Those managing the vote counts wouldn’t dare raise questions. They have families to feed.
With computerized vote counting there is no audit trail. California now has paper ballots in some precints, but the safety in having party representatives monitor paper ballot counts in local precincts is gone. Whether or not the counting machine vendor is a Chavez-controlled Venezuelen company, the counts are intentionally not transparent. Not the IRS, or the FDA in chemical assay audits, or courts in chain of evidence, would validate counts with no verifiable audit trail.
We are converging on a society where most of the jobs are government jobs. The twelve percent unemployment in California will become fifteen and then twenty (and already is in California’s farm country, where Mexican imports are replacing crops not produced to protect a non-indigineous smelt). That is the plan. Congressman Bilbray will do what he is told to do. We don’t expect a congressman to have read Joseph Story’s Commentaries on the Constitution, or chief justice John Marshall’s clarification in The Venus, or Chief Justice Morrison Waite in Minor v. Happersett. The definition has been accepted through 2008, but no legislator will acknowledge the extensive history still available in libraries, even if our Internet sources, Wikipedia, are beginning to censor the past. Our legislators have become weak tools of the central committee. We will have a harder and harder time replacing them in the future, particularly in California with the incumbent Democrat, Debra Bowen, controlling the vote, or the Democrat through 2009, Damon Dunn, an Obama supporting football player and sudden Republican controlling the vote.
Damon Dunn will be easily defeated in California, whether by pointing out his complete lack of qualifications – his hidden registration as a Democrat has already been exposed by Taitz – or by the impossibly corrupted vote counting mechanism controlled by the Democrat Sec. of State.
Having no control of our votes means that representative government is an illusion. Tolerating the ineligibility of our sitting president is a symbol, and perhaps an intended one, of the reality that legislators and judges now have a different role, that of controlling the prolitariat rather than representing them, as our constitutional foundation is replaced by the oligarchy of the left.
And the words from Madison you refer too:
…I entirely concur in the propriety of resorting to the sense in which the Constitution was accepted and ratified by the nation. In that sense alone it is the legitimate Constitution. And if that be not the guide in expounding it, there can be no security for a consistent and stable, more than for a faithful exercise of its powers. If the meaning of the text be sought in the changeable meaning of the words composing it, it is evident that the shape and attributes of the Government must partake of the changes to which the words and phrases of all living languages are constantly subject. What a metamorphosis would be produced in the code of law if all its ancient phraseology were to be taken in its modern sense And that the language of our Constitution is already undergoing interpretations unknown to its founders, will I believe appear to all unbiased Enquirers into the history of its origin and adoption…”

Does anyone remember the movie “The Stepford Wives” shere the husbands of the community managed to turn their wives into robotic like slaves? In America today, the people of America are being dominated by the “Stepford democrats, republicans and mainstream media!” There is the Stepford Newt Gingrich who has his eye on the White House. Then there is the Steppford Nancy Pelosi who is soon to be replaced. The Stepford Karl Rove who is all over Fox News. Then you have the Stepford Glenn Beck who should also be selling books at Barnes and Noble because he sure likes to sell books but never brings up ARTICLE 2 SECTION 1 on his TV show. Then there is Stepford Bill (who’s looking after you) O’Reilly who at some point in time it seems stopped looking after the people and started looking after the ILLEGAL Obama! Somebody, some entity here in America or from somewhere else, has put a leash on these mind controlled people! Someone is controlling the word content of what comes out of their duct taped mouths. When some entity has the power to do that to the American system of politics and news, what does that tell you? Well I’m not sure about you but it tells me it’s not good! Something or someone, an entity has taken control of America folks! Your freedom and liberties are right now in a state of jeopardy! The U.S. Constitution is under siege right now and you are better off to assume that the Constitution has been suspended without your knowledge of it! Folks! Let’s face the truth straight into the eye! Right now in America a crime is taking place, a Constitutional Crime of the highest order. And it most certainly appears that all the elected officials that swore an oath to serve, uphold, and protect the United States Constitution are instead all acting in collusion committing an attack on ARTICLE 2, SECTION 1 of the U.S. Constitution! Let’s break this down to a bare minimum. The Question! There is a very reasonable question to ask regarding Barack Obama. Does Barack Obama qualify under A2S1 to be eligible as President? And that is where the real problem America has is revealed! Some entity in the United States of America has told all of our elected officials and all of the Main Stream Media (not the Post & Email) including Glenn Beck….Not to ever bring up the subject of A2S1 in reference to Barack Obama! That subject is TABOO! Now keep in mind….what I’m saying is just to be able to ask the question. For the American People to be able to talk about A2S1 and Barack Obama. Somebody is saying no to our so called elected officials and the MSM …and they are listening to them and not us! That’s the real problem!
Perhaps the only entity capable of such a large organized threat is the CIA.
They want to play Let’s Rule.
