OBAMA PALS AROUND WITH TERROR-BACKERS AGAIN!

Each individual dot represents, to me, some of the individual coordinated acts that the current regime has been implementing to accomplish a hidden agenda, an agenda which involves enslaving the American people through a bloodless coup.
Various elements of the U.S. government, Congress, the Judiciary and now the U.S. Army have joined this conspiracy. For those with any remaining doubts about the implications, consider this as an invitation to connect the dots!

Officer Oath
“I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.”(DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)
As you can see, the officer does not swear to obey the orders of the President. They only have an obligation to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic (for example, a presidential USURPER).
Our forefathers were so brilliant to foresee a situation such as the one we find ourselves in now. The officer oath is a safeguard to protect the Constitution against a corrupt elected government. Officers only have an obligation to defend the Constitution. Military officers have a lot of legal clout when it comes to Constitutional matters. The officer oath does not mention following the UCMJ laws as does the enlisted oath.

It appears now you too have become one of the dots.
This is an open letter to you and the rest of the world. I am addressing this to you personally, for above everything else, this has now also become your personal issue with which to deal, one you cannot escape!
Your decision to deny discovery to LTC Lakin places you in a very unique position in which where you know and, interestingly enough, LTC Driscoll, we know…better than anyone else, the reason for your decision.
It has been openly stated that almost everyone has a price. Throughout recorded human history, we have seen this concept demonstrated. My own thoughts on the matter lead me to conclude that only a few real patriots have successfully yielded this temptation.
The Army has been promoted as being very strong on principle, a value for which you seem to lack any appreciation.
Since you and anyone else with whom you commiserated from the regime know the intimate details of your personal betrayal of the American people, what exactly was the cost which will eventually be borne by the U.S. taxpayer?

The Defense … fails to assert a legal basis by which its request might be allowable under the law of political questions, whereby courts will refrain from inserting themselves in matters constituti0nally relegated to coequal branches of Government. The Defense quest to use a military justice forum to invalidate all military authority while undermining the authority of a sitting United States President certainly appears at first blush to be a nonjusticiable political question.

“Just another guy in the neighborhood” Bill Ayers, his wife Bernardine Dohrn, and Jodie Evans, founder of Code Pink, reportedly organized the Free Gaza Movement flotilla which sought to break Israel’s blockade of Gaza.

Jodie Evans was a “bundler” for Obama’s presidential campaign. What a coincidence!

Mick- With all due respect, what are We the People to do? Despite letters to my representatives, made phone calls, signed petitions, made donations to several causes, written more letters, made more calls, vote at every chance, and reminded friends & family members to do so last May. Needless to say, the outcome is reprehensible as another criminal (Sestak) simply replaced the last (Specter).
Despite countless attempts, letters remain unanswered, email and telephone responses are generic, unconsitutional bills are passed, the Federal Reserve continues to rob us, our privacy invaded, 2nd Amendment rights slowly chipped away, illegal “invasion” is encouraged, not only from Mexico; but, millions who wish to “behead” all Christians, and the list goes on & on.
It’s not only disturbing the FBI, CIA, DOJs, etc. continue to sweep the corrupt filth under the rug; but, terrifying that our own military do so as well.
We the People have been too tolerant, too accomodating, too trusting, too asleep, or whatever else for too long. So, as the saying goes……”Keep your powder dry”. It’s close to midnight.
How long will the treason of the media and congressional enablers be allowed to continue. Are We the people that weak-willed?
