Sharon, I posted a link to this article on my http://einhornpress.com/ObamaVersusLakinBirthCertificateNews.aspx page. Let's hope this intersting move, or one of the numerous other challenges to Obama's presidential legitimacy, will finally expose the usurper and get him kicked out of the Oval Office. It's digusting to think of this lousy creature leaning back for well over a year now with his shoes cocked up on the presidential desk while he spends millions of our taxpayer dollars for Justice Dept. lawyers to fight against conscientious American citizens.

Joe,

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but I retrieved this from the U.S. State Dept. pertaining to passports.

Passport Records for Issuances 1925 – Present
Requesting Your Own Record

Passport Services maintains United States passport records for passports issued from 1925 to the present. These records normally consist of applications for United States passports and supporting evidence of United States citizenship, and are protected by the Privacy Act of 1974, (5 USC 552(a)). Passport records do not include evidence of travel such as entrance/exit stamps, visas, residence permits, etc., since this information is entered into the passport book after it is issued.

Thank you, Mrs. Rondeau and Ken Allen, for all your work.

I was able to find an order for summary judgment filing dates but not for the order referred to in this post. Is there a website that it is posted on?

I don't understand why Lolo would have any passport records if he was not a US citizen. I do not know if passport records detail your comings and goings.
A stamp is usually made when you enter a foreign country but you do not get a stamp upon arrival back to the US for US citizens. Customs is another matter.

Customs tracks what you're bringing in countries. If you have nothing to declare, you continue on. Passport control identifies your status entering countries but I don't know if they kept records of everybody entering the US back then. Now they scan passports as you enter.
---------------
Mrs. Rondeau replies: I am told that it is on Pacer, although I do not have a link yet.

That is all exactly why I have been trying to get somebody else to undertake the pursuit of the POE records of Stanley Ann's return from Kenya. She HAD to pass through CUSTOMS on her return. Possibly New York, or Boston. Because she had Lil Barry under her arm she would also have been required to fill out an INS Form on which there will be the WHOLE STORY. It will tell the place of birth of Lil Barry, and it will bear his mother's signature. (The icing on the cake). THERE WILL BE EXISTING RECORDS!

Mrs. Rondeau replies: I believe several parties have searched for the Point of Entry documents, Stephen Pidgeon and Ed Hale among them.

They were ordered "to discuss discovery and possible limitations thereof. Counsels were ordered to comply with Rule 26(f)"

What is Rule 26(f)? Can someone point us to that language?

Will this be their out? What exactly are the limitations of discovery and did that report explain them to Mr. Allen?

"National security" will no doubt raise its bogus head. Myriad redactions.
Sorry to be so cynical, but the past several years have made me so.

We already have ex-CIA Brennan's "employee", according to an anonymous source with knowledge of the State Dept. investigation into the passport breach, saying that the breach was designed to "cauterize" Obama's passport files of "embarrassing" information. Why wouldn't there simply be another sanitation?

As someone said, remember Sandy Berger. Slap on the wrist. The kid who read Sarah Palin's email will probably do more time. And the media aped the talking points about Berger simply being "sloppy." Remember that?

When you're dealing with lawless people, what would possibly make them follow the law?

As with everything else, even if there's a "there, there", the lamestream media won't report it.

I do hope something comes of Mr. Allen's efforts. I really do. But I fear there is no "hope" and this will be the "change" that we never wanted to believe in. Coup.

Great work by Ms. Rondeau. Note that a comprehensive chronicling of the life of the thig in chief is in The Obama Timeline - 638 pages of evidence to help get him deported to Indonesia. Part II of the Timeline is at www.colony14.net.

If I'm not mistaken, the FOIA allows you to go to the location of the information to view it personally right out of the file.

It seems that if you showed up with your court order that they would have to provide it on the spot.

I wounder how that would play out? Especially if you decided to show up with a few select reporters.

Good squeeze - while dba Obama's handlers went at great lengths to cover paper trails and "persuade" potential witnesses to be un-responsive to any question and inquiry regarding the Manchurian candidate, there still are nooks and crannies in this elaborate Potemkiniade that, if smartly pried upon, could cause larger crevices, then a final collapse -
