The following letter was sent today to Mr. Chuck Dasey, Army Spokesman
My Dear Mr. Dasey,
My apologies for not addressing you by rank, if indeed you are part of our military, as it was not furnished. Since you are listed as the spokesman for the Army, please consider my remarks below as being made for not only the Secretary of the Army but also for the benefit of the Joint Chiefs of Staff as well.

You know, Mr. Dasey, Obama and his handlers seem to think the citizens of this great nation are really pretty dense. And of course up to a point he might have been correct. After all, we used to trust our government and our military. Who would have thought the situation would have deteriorated to such an extent such that today a large part of our population openly expresses its fear of our government, that our government has been taken over in a bloodless coup and is under the control of subversive elements of the Communist party and foreign interests, or in other words, under the control of both a foreign and a domestic enemy.
But you know what, Mr. Dasey? At this point, many of us get the picture. This little charade is just another blatant attempt by Obama and his supporters to spin the truth. We now know the real motivation behind these types of decisions. He is serving the interests of his Islamic Masters.
My question to you, sir, is if you are part of the military and have taken your oath to defend the Constitution, how can you deal with the position in which you find yourself? How can you even consider following orders from an individual who is so abusive to the Constitution and the American People that he refuses to meet the basic requirement of the Constitution as to proving his eligibility to serve as your Commander-in-Chief?
Certainly you were required to furnish yours. And every other member of our military has been required to provide his or hers. How can you and the Joint Chiefs of Staff honor their oaths and continue to place our entire nation in this predicament?
Are we to assume that Lt. Colonel Lakin is the only conscientious person left in the military to honor his Oath to protect the Constitution?

Not only that if you look hard enough you will find Obama himself on video saying the same thing.
I think it might be well to mention, firmly, in the case of the military officers acting in support of non-president Obama, that after the truth comes into play, and Obama is found to be the usurper he obviously is, he will be doing a lot of jail time. Then those who supported him, Officers in all branches, in spite of the overwhelming evidence of his usurpation, WILL be next in line for the legal ax. If they believe their careers are in danger now, they have not seen anything yet. I served in a time when the military had the guts to do the right thing. The present military has given in to political career protection tactics. It’s time that not only congress gets rotated out, but the politico/military coterie as well.

My next question is–the SCOTUS must be in on this or they would stand for us and our way of life and our Constitution. Since they are not doing so, then I believe they are part of this coup and they too must be arrested.
I think arresting scotus would be irrelavent if the RestoreAmericaPlan.net is put into place. We need to offer those that took the oath to reaffirm it and then if they do not we start using the De Jur Grand Juries and yes ultimately arrest the cowards/traitors.

Many months ago, I was very discouraged by the obvious corruption involved in electing POTUS. I considered turning away from my citizenship and leaving the US. I questioned if there were any men of courage left in this nation that would stand to defend its people and its Constitution. John replied with words and actions that moved me to stay and take action. His words demonstrated strength, and integrity. Today, I believe there are men of great courage that will fight and die for our way of life under the mighty and awesome US Constitution. I believe John’s “Sign The Petition Hawaii Government Must Release Obama’s Birth Certificate” is based upon sound legal principle- and is the most powerful force and action in the efforts to release all of BHO background records. It is taking time and extensive efforts, but we will get it into the public domain [as planned].

How can he face his wife and family? How can he sleep at night knowing that our soldiers can’t fight back unless they’re shot at and are in great danger at all times? What will he say to those military families whose sons and daughters have given their lives?

Of even greater import, though, let’s hope it makes some of those intervening between Mr. Dasey and said CIC sit up and re-think their position and take Constitutional action.

So as not to sound stupid, let me see if I have this right… we have a well spoken Kenyan fellow who is play-acting as President of the United States of America, who has successfully taken over the greatest nation in the world by Islamic Jihad, and we are just letting this happen?, because maybe we think that a few Patriots like Lt. Colonel Lakin will do the heavy lifting for us, and then we can just continue to drift along aimlessly pretending that this really isn’t happening to us??? Why aren’t we arresting this usurper? Why do we keep letting this evil, immature, inexperienced, usurper keep making new rules, and illegally passing bills that are intentionally designed to sink our “once great nation” into oblivion? Why isn’t he president of his own country Kenya ? Why with all the courage’s blood that has been shed do we allow the Constitution to be abused so ? Why are the heads of our judicial system so delusional ? While I was in jail for my exposing of Crimes committed by BHO supporters in Nashville, there were literally hundreds of good Patriots who stood up for me. They bombarded the DA’s office with calls and emails and brought charges against the Criminally Corrupt judge Dumas who unconstitutionally revoked my bond and I was set free.
So, I know that there are many good Patriots in America. Lakin, Fitzpatrick, Dr. Sam Sewell, Citizen Wells, Pamela Geller, Sharon Rondeau, JB Williams, Arlen Williams, Carl Swensson and General Vallely are just a few that instantly come to my mind. There are thousands if not millions of others who will stand up for our Constitution. We just have to keep the Faith.
We are owed a rational explanation with an apology, immediately followed
by action.
No excuses.
Sunshine patriots abound, I’m afraid. Wouldn’t expect much from Dasey and his ilk.

Another great letter, but I wonder if you will ever get any answers from Mr. Dasey or any of the Chief Joints of Staff?
Ltc Lakin is definitely a hero, and there really have been many more before him who have yet to see any kind of justice/satisfaction as one judge after another just ‘dismisses’ each suit for lack of standing, even for those who have standing. Some who come to mind are LtCmdr. Walt Fitzpatrick, Maj. Cook, Mr. Kerchner and the other plaintiffs of Mario Apuzzo, as well as about 100 more represented by Orly Taitz, such as Pamela Barnett & others. Then there are other suits/presentments brought about by other attorneys and grand juries across the country, too numerous to list. I won’t leave out Pastor Manning who strives for Truth and refuses to be cowed into silence, regardless of his personal safety in doing so. All these plaintiffs, attorneys and brave Americans have stood up and put their lives and reputations on the line for Truth, and all are American heros and patriots in my opinion. I will pray for Ltc Lakin that God Blesses him and grants discovery soon.
