WHEN WILL THEY LIVE UP TO THEIR MOTTO?

(Apr. 13, 2010) — The following letter was sent today to the writer’s local FBI office:
Dear Sir,
I am a retired federal contracting officer and would like to know why the FBI is not involved in investigating the constitutional ineligibility of Barack Obama to serve as a de jure president? Just recently, on March 25, 2010, during debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country’s minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America’s election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:
If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?

How indeed? That is the question to which millions of Americans are demanding an answer from our elected officials and civil servants who are tasked with investigating criminal activity. No one is above the law, especially a putative president with questionable allegiance, citizenship, and who has a huge constitutional issue requiring immediate investigation.
Besides Obama’s constitutional problem, there is the question as to whether he was ever investigated for violation of the Logan Act over negotiations with Iraqi leaders as a senator, or when he went to Africa in 2006 to campaign on behalf of his Kenyan Marxist cousin Odinga.

The Logan Act is within the FBI’s purview, is it not?
Sir, this issue is clear and unambiguous. We have a constitutional crisis in this country and ignoring it or hoping another agency runs with it will not get the job done. Barack Obama must be investigated and removed from occupying the White House as a usurper if he is not a de jure president. He is not a natural born American citizen, as required by Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5 of our Constitution, and his own birth country’s parliament affirms that! You cannot say this is a matter for the courts to resolve if you do not do the investigation that could lead to a federal grand jury indictment for it to even get into court.
I took an oath as a federal employee to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and never cancelled it. All FBI employees did, too. So WILL you? Will the FBI step up to the plate and support and defend our Constitution and our country? If the FBI does not step in and rectify this national travesty, then to whom do we appeal, and what purpose is accomplished by taking an oath that you refuse to uphold?
There is no place for politics or some asinine “political correctness” to impede the quest for truth and justice. If the FBI does not exercise due diligence in investigating this constitutional crisis, then this country is lost, because we either have the rule of law and our Constitution is sovereign, or we don’t. And if we don’t, then every man must be a law unto himself. And if that happens, God help us all!
I ask that you not allow the passing of this buck to another agency, nor let bureaucracy obfuscate and delay the problem. This should not be a hot potato item just because Barack Obama is black. It is not his skin color which is a problem; it is his natural born ethnicity as a Kenyan (publicly stated and unrefuted in the official minutes of Kenya’s Parliament on March 25, 2010), and not a natural born American, which is the heart of the matter.
Be law enforcement agents of courage, determination, and fidelity to the oath you took as agents of the government. This crisis will be exposed sooner or later. Will people be asking, “Where was the FBI on this? Why didn’t they protect our country from a usurper taking over our White House?” Remember Richard Nixon and Watergate? Well, that will look like child’s play when this explodes. America waits. The world waits.
Concerned Citizen – This letter is splendid! Oh, that someone at FBI would have the courage to do some investigation!
Does anyone remember Gary Aldridge, who was an FBI agent assigned to the Clinton White House? He resigned because of the wrong-doing he observed and then wrote a book detailing some of the shenanigans. Actually, nothing even came close to what we have today! Of course, Aldridge was not in a position to do an FBI investigation, because he had resigned. Then he was able to fill in the public as to many things we had not previously heard.
Have investigative reporters been threatened? The FEAR factor is powerful in keeping mouths closed.
Like most others here I was “shocked and awed” when I found out that candidates for POTUS are not subject to an FBI background investigation in order to determine whether or not they can be entrusted with the country’s highest national security clearance. Having myself been subject to same in 1965 as a pre-requisit for admission to a U.S. Army electronics school and knowing the extent to which the FBI investigated my background, the fact that Obama associated with numerous prominent American Communists and domestic terrorists should preclude him from being entrusted with any security clearance whatsoever.
Obama pulled another fast one with the McCain senate resolution 511. Obama made sure to add the following statement to the resolution…”Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President”. Gee I wonder why Obama would want to insert that statement? This guy makes slick willy look like an ameteur.

Naturally Obama would like everyone to ignore born of citizens in plural.
GREAT LETTER! I (and a friend of mine) both have tried calling our local offices to ask these same questions, but with no luck. We both were required to leave messages and neither of us received a returned phone call.
We (Americans) can not allow this FRAUD “Obama” to get away with this crime/treason. There has to be some true patriots in our FBI, Military (BESIDES LARKIN AND FITZPATRICK), CIA, S. Court etc…. that will stand up for our constitution.
I admire the writer’s passion. I remember having a long conversation with my local FBI office in California right after the election but before the electoral college. That is when I was astounded to find out that there is no background check done at all on elected officials. I remember talking with the agent and asking him why no one was investigating the accusations that he was not eligible and how angry I got when he laughed.
That was when I realized that the Obama campaign and the DNC had done a great job at using the Allinsky techniques of ridicule and “freezing the target”. It is the con of the century but just like with Bernie Madoff–we expect the con man to have on ratty clothes and a sinister voice but when we find out it was the cool guy with the silver tongue, we just don’t want to believe it because it destroys our confidence in our ability to protect ourselves.
The US Constitution is the Law of the land. The justice department, the federal courts, FBI, CIA, Congress, state law enforcement officials (sheriffs) all swore an oath to support and defend the constitution. Their abdication represents a Constitutional crisis as they have all violated their oath. It may be that they are all guilty of treason. If those who have been delegated the power of “We the People” to act on our behalf refuse to, then what recourse do the People have?
Will we sit here like saps as our liberty is flagrantly raped? Do you think it is time for the People to rise up and force our officials to act?
Why are all these useless excuse for newspapers and so called tv journalists (including hypocrite conservative talk show hosts) conspiring to black out this news? This is the biggest news in our lifetime that there is a conspiracy to undermine the Constitution and the entire gov’t and so called “mainstream media” are complicit! Maybe even bigger than tiger woods whoring scandal. There are already something like 30 actions filed in federal courts, being dodged by weasel judges. How could these facts not appear on the front page of every major newspaper?
Even if you were a skeptic, wouldn’t you run an investigative piece and explore the facts if you were an editor? Wouldn’t you hear the case if you were a judge. Don’t the Citizens have a right to have a definive legal examination of the facts? What is obama/ soetero hiding? Why are all the elected and appointed officials risking conviction of treason for abdicating their oath?
When provisions of a contract are un-enforced over time they eventually become viewed as surrendered. Are you willing to accept that fate for your Constitution and your Liberty?
I believe the FBI trumps the CIA in this situation since the FBI is national and the CIA usually is international–please correct me if I am wrong. I am sure the FBI will do what we want, after all they too are american citizens and have families that they don’t want to grow up in communism and taxed out nation.
WE must stay on top of this–it’s finally coming together and he is not too big to fall-after all the bigger you are the harder you fall. He must know that we the people are all over this and it’s just a matter of time.
Just worried now about that nuke summit today–where he wants all spent fuel to be stored in America–which is dangerous and may become a false flag since Hillary today, said there is a chance of nuke terrorism coming and obama has also intimated it.

I gotta say, and I have been outspoken about this fraud from late 2008 … the president looks ROUGH right now. I thought it was just people on these boards making it up. But look at the man. Something is really making him weary. Maybe it’s the job, I don’t know. He has a pale face and gray hair at today’s nuclear meeting.
I don’t like the fact that he went “to a soccer game” without the press. I’ve seen one report that there was no soccer game. What’s going on?
We could discuss that until all the governments opposing Russia have crashed…

Twice I posed my comment as a question, and I got a message that it was suspiciously similar to spam, and the message suggested I retry. I did so without posing a question that would end the sentence with a question mark.

Well done with succinct, cogent points of concern. The CIA will most likely trump any FBI investigation. See- http://www.globalanalysis.net archives for whom really is in control of the USA. It is rather astonishing that laws governing the masses are not applicable to political figures for the most part. Look, tax cheat timmy geithner runs our Treasury. Charlie Rangel sits the committee for tax policy. Now, why would anybody pay taxes when the leadership is saturated with fraudulent dealings with impunity? You or I miss a tax payment and it’s no slap on the wrist. We are tired of the CORRUPTION. If the alphabet agencies don’t enforce the rule of law who will? Just wait, the eligibility issue will become exposed by patriots, citizens, and upholders to the Constitution. The internal weight (mental stress) of cover up is already showing on the physical features of barry soetero. Soon, less coherent speech will become obvious to many. Rational connecting thoughts will be strained trying to remember the lie from the last speech or interview. Pressure will mount and the usurper will have no way out of the solitary confinement in his own mind. His own narcissism will drive him mad because he won’t get his way.
