		<description>I called in to the Sheriff&#039;s department today (423-442-3911).  They confirm Fitzpatrick is resisting processing.  I told them that something stinks to high heaven when they were arresting Fitzpatrick while Pettway walks free while obviously violating his grand jury foreman term limits by 25 years.  I invited them to join Oathkeepers.</description>

Something changed in 1922 when the right of filing a criminal complaint was eroded and in 1946 when &quot;presentments&quot; were deemed by federal rule makers FRCrim.Procedures to be &quot;obsolete&quot;.

These two actions are of course unconstitutional,since the fifth amendment and the first amendment have NOT been repealed.</description>
