I called in to the Sheriff’s department today (423-442-3911). They confirm Fitzpatrick is resisting processing. I told them that something stinks to high heaven when they were arresting Fitzpatrick while Pettway walks free while obviously violating his grand jury foreman term limits by 25 years. I invited them to join Oathkeepers.

The founding brothers based the “Right to petition our government for redress of grievances” upon British Common law. Something changed in 1922 when the right of filing a criminal complaint was eroded and in 1946 when “presentments” were deemed by federal rule makers FRCrim.Procedures to be “obsolete”.

These two actions are of course unconstitutional,since the fifth amendment and the first amendment have NOT been repealed.
