Wow Frank Jordan actually asked to see Cleaver's birth certificate, what a novel concept!!!!

"In 1968, the Peace and Freedom Party submitted the name of Eldridge Cleaver as a qualified candidate for president of the United States. The then-Secretary of State, Mr. Frank Jordan, found that, according to Mr. Cleaver's birth certificate, he was only 34 years old, one year shy of the 35 years of age needed to be on the ballot as a candidate for president," the brief, being filed this week, argues.

All candidates need to get on board on this. The ones that don't are against the constitution and we DO NOT NEED THEM IN OFFICE!!
Let's all put the heat on all candidates. The more this is brought out the more pressure. DO NOT LET UP. Show them this will not stand and anyone not on board is out!

If current Governor James Gibbons chooses not to answer Gino’s call for Gibbons to immediately file a legal challenge, requiring proof of Obama/Barry Soetoro’s eligibility, then he will have then proven himself unfit to run again as Governor for the State of Nevada, because unless he files such a challenge, he has proven that he just like the many other politicians who are deliberately disobeying the Constitution, while ignoring the fact that America is being methodically destroyed from within, which makes him likewise complicit, and he will then be voted out of Office. I say that Gino is a Patriot because if Gibbons does respond as requested of him by Gino, then Gibbons could thereby vault himself into Hero Status and would probably secure his own re-election, at Gino’s expense, “What a Patriot you are Gino”, but I see that you are looking at the big picture and are truly doing your part to save America from becoming just another third world nation like Venezuela, run by thieves and thugs. May GOD BLESS THE PATRIOTS, and help America to wake up and stand strong against this evil. And Gino, you are exactly what America needs most right now, “Thank You”.

Not sure what happened but the 30 plus comments disappeared.

Someone recently posted that we should show our support of Mr, DiSimone by making a campaign contribution.

I totally agree. I visited Mr. DiSimone's website and regardless of his position on the eligibility issue, his resume and political philosophy is quite impressive. Other than his service in the Navy, he has spent his entire career in the private sector and has a thorough understanding of what it takes for a private business to grow and prosper and how an ever expanding government impedes growth and reduces our personal liberties and freedoms.

The last thing we need is more self serving career politicians; now is the time to elect candidates who have executive or managerial experience in the private sector and who understand how their actions either positively or negatively influence the "bottom line". I dropped Mr. DiSimone a quick note expressing my support and forthcoming campaign contribution.

Mr. DiSimone if you read this: I'll seriously consider moving to Nevada if you are elected and are able demonstrate progress toward achieving a NV state government CpK of 1.33 or better (the fact you understand this great and attribute or variable measurements will suffice) and via your continual improvement plan you achieve tangible results that revitalizes and diversifies Nevada's private sector where skilled and experienced professionals (not unlike myself) can thrive. The bordering state I live in is going the way of CA with no hope of meaningful recovery in the foreseeable future.

The campaign contribution is on its way!
